The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean as were common spaces. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub (again clean). We brought our 60lb pit mix dog and had zero issues. For those with low vision, the lobby, hallways, elevators were all very well lit. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked with a wide variety of options (and, you guessed it, very clean!). Lastly, and most importantly, there were no weird smells in the room, hallways, lobby, etc. Overall an excellent place to stay!

When we got to our room. The trash cans weren’t emptied. The coffee machine be was disgusting . It looks Like a nice place in the outside and the lobby and common area. However the rooms are not clean.

The property and staff on first impression was fabulous. Great service, rooms appeared clean, breakfast in the morning was great. Unfortunately on night two, 3 out of 4 people in the room woke up with bug bites. Yuck. I have a call to the manager and waiting to report.

I enjoyed the stay but was put off by the poor cleaning that had been done in my room when I checked in. Most notably the toilet rim which was gross. I expected better. Other than that I enjoyed the room and stay.

Very clean and new. Lots of nice amenities in the motel. Close to shopping/food. Two drawbacks were loud highway noise at night (our room was on the highway side) and the mini refrigerator was not adjustable and some of the the food/drinks froze.

The hotel is great, good breakfast, nice amenities. But it's loud...right next to the interstate. The traffic didn't bother me as much as the noise from the HVAC system...we were on the 5th floor and I'm presuming it was on the roof. Very noisy. Wish I could give it a better review because it's a nice place, ya go to a hotel to sleep though and that was an issue.

I really like that you can sit in the hot tub and still be able to watch kids in the pool and the slide area at the same time. Breakfast had many options. Friendly Staff. We will defiantly come again. I didn't like that the room had no bathtub, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, and the sink was up too high for kids.

We had a great stay! The hotel is new and clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our room was perfect and the beds were comfortable. The only trouble we had was that the bathroom door latch wasn’t aligned properly so the door could not be fully shut. But otherwise the rest of the stay was great!

The entrance and the dining areas are spacious, inviting, and clean. Breakfast items are restocked regularly - omelettes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, homemade oatmeal and cereal, and fruit. Regarding the suites, they were clean and spacious. Howler, the AC kicked on at certain times, so even though we set the thermostat at 70, it rose to 74 by the morning when we woke up. A nice stay overall.

The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. We reported the issue to the day manager but still left disappointed. The main reason we stayed here was because of the hot tub amenity. Otherwise we loved the room and the breakfasts.

Staff, especially general manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and discriminatory against those w disabilities. I had a medical procedure and needed new linens to which I was laughed at, belittled and shamed in front of other guests and denied linens after disclosing all relevant health information as to the need for the change. I was in complete shock and horrified at the treatment I received not once but three times by two different staff members. The staff at this location (directly across the street from Mayo Clinic) we’re disgusted by the thought of my getting my germs on more pillows despite that being the doctors orders- change all toothbrushes, linens, pillows after day one of two of treatment. I disclosed more personal health information than necessary and received worse treatment after disclosing that information. I will NEVER stay at an IHG property again.

My wife and I both have service dogs. I am a veteran. It was 2:00 am in the morning when we checked in. My company booked the room. I brought the dogs in later. I was told I wouldn’t be charged but I had to fill out a form … that disclosed the fee. My wife called again to explain it… They threatened to charge us $300 … told us we could never come back … My wife asked the name of the employee … she said she would not give it and hung up

Nice and updated. Able to get to many shops and restaurants. There were a lot of teen volleyball players there and the hotel placed us om a floor away from them at our request. Really appreciate them accomodating us and players were respectful.

This place was ahhhhmazing!! The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the shower was great and the hotel was very quiet!! The breakfast was awesome and they even had Udi’s gluten free muffins for breakfast and that says a lot, being Celiac there are never options for hotel breakfasts! This place was great!!

We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It was clean and tidy. The front staff were very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of oatmeal, scrambled eggs, pork sausage, mini cinnamon rolls, a pancake maker, and more! The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. We used the pool and hot tub during our stay and it was very nice. Would love to stay here again someday.
