Great place to stay, although the pool was down and they offered no discount. If you take something from the "store" they charge your room. (Which I understand, however, when their full amenities are unavailable nothing is done to make up for that, I do understand things happen. But all corporations will take from you and expect you to pay them fully even though they are not supplying things as promised.

The rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bathtub has lots of safety features including a fold down seat. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed down because of a broken pump. That happened four days before our arrival dates that we had booked a month ago. It would have been nice to receive an email telling us about the pool so we could have tried to find another Fairfield Inn nearby with a working pool. We were there 6 nights.

Visiting area to see a long time friend coming into town for graduation. This hotel is great. Clean and staff was very courteous . Area where located is good. The swimming pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again if in area

It is an above average hotel. I like it in a safe location with plenty of parking spot during my visit. It also has a decent laundry room with 3 sets of washers/dryers available. There are also couple restaurants and a convenient store with gas station within walkable distance. Continental breakfast is decent. The bed is comfortable. Room equips with a mini-refrigerator and a microwave. Couple improvements areas are noise from the hallway and provide Q-tips and cotton pads in the bathrooms will be good.

From check-in to checkout, this place is HIGHLY recommended! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the pool is clean and convenient, and the included breakfast was delicious with choices for all ages. There is nothing negative to say about this place!

Clean and great breakfast. It is not the usual fruit and a muffin breakfast, you get real bacon and eggs with all the other things that go with it. The pool was always clean and the staff was very friendly. Will be going back.

The reception clerk when I checked in, who was the same one who attended me when I checked out, was excellent, polite and helpful. The only problem we had was that there were many black ants in the room, mainly in the bathroom. We had to buy ant poison to distribute in the room and leave the room until night to avoid breathing the Raid product.

Excellent dtsy room was great except around the shower bottom and edges there is mold building up should be removed before it’s gets out of hand to control just a little bleach on it got a couple minutes will take care of the problem

I would've given the Fairfield, Cape Coral FL all 5stars except for 2 things...our room was not very clean when we arrived (floor was dirty), and it never got cleaned the 4 days we were there, and hotel room walls are too thin - TV's and people walking over our heads kept me awake most of the night. That said, the hotel is well decorated with pleasing spaces, and the best free breakfast ever! Our room was spacious and attractive. Had it been quiet and clean, we would've been very happy there but not sure we'll come back.

Everything was exceptional, but there is a need for training at the front desk. I was aware of the free water 2-bottle/day rule. When I retrieved my 2 bottles this morning, the front desk clerk stated in a loud and stern voice, "What's your room number!!" The lobby was busy, and a few of the customers looked at me like I was trying to steal the water. I informed the clerk I was merely obtaining my water bottle ration for the day, to which she replied, "OK, I have to account for the water from each room." I believe the inquiry can be made more professionally (i.e., polite and quiet voice in a non-accusatory tone). Thank you.

Our stay at this Fairfield Inn location was perfect! Starting with checking in, it was quick and easy. The room was very clean and packed with anything and everything you need. The breakfast options were great also, a hot and delicious breakfast is always a nice way to start your day. We will be back!

Even know I live in Fort Lauderdale they Charged a $350 hold because my ID had my business address changed listed which was local to the hotel and anyone that has a local address is charged triple the hood rate. Insane! That was more then the entire stay. This ruined my work trip as I was unable to complete the project because I couldn’t purchase the rest of the materials because of this over reach. They didn’t even tell me the amount before doing so or even after the fact. I had to find out from my bank when I couldn’t purchase materials because they over drafted my card

Evacuation warranting was issued and we we given paperwork that the hotel might be closed without notice. We were told if we checked out we were not going to be charged for that night. Hotel still charged for the night even though we were told that we were not going to charged for that night.
