Chambre très confortable. Bien équipée. Personnel très gentil. Salle de sport très bien équipée. La piscine est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment agréable, produits frais, dans un cadre magnifique. Le petit moins, l’hôtel reste bruyant, on entend beaucoup les bruits de couloirs. Et nous sommes tombés un week-end de mariage, musique jusqu’a 2-3h du matin. Les fenêtres tremblaient tellement le son était fort. Dommage à 250 euros la nuit…on a clairement pas dormi de la nuit.

Fantastiskt! Service 10/10, våra barn har födoämnes allergier som de hanterade på bästa sätt under hela vistelsen. Personlig och utmärky service. Rummet var stort och rymligt för en familj med 2 småbarn. Kidsclub, bra barnpool. Utmärkt!

Picture this: You're finally chilling by the pool in your swimsuit, soaking in the sea breeze listenign to the hotel music, when suddenly 75+ people from the meeting room swarm in - fully clothed, chain-smoking, guzzling booze, and yammering at ear-splitting volumes. What was a peaceful oasis turns into a toxic smog fest where you're the unwelcome intruder choking on their cigarette stench while they trash the vibe without a shred of self-awareness. Great job Hyatt - milking extra cash from these the meeting/events crowd and their F&B tabs, all at the expense of actual paying guests who came for tranquility, not your revenue-boosting circus. It ruined my stay.

Magnifique séjour en bord de mer. L'hôtel et le service sont irréprochable. La décoration, les chambres et le confort au top. Pour sur, nous allons y retourner à chaque visite au Maroc, un spot de plage incroyable. Légère remarque et pas des moindre, la distribution de serviette au compte goutte à la piscine avec surtout 1 maître nageur peu sympathique. Vu le tarif de la chambre, c'est désagréable de courir derrière les serviettes. Et l'ambiance autour de la piscine le week-end bien trop désagréable par rapport à la semaine au vu de la vente de day pass aux externes de l'hôtel. Étant client de l'hôtel ça me paraît abuser de chercher des transats en vain. Dès détails qui gâche une prestation 5 étoiles mais cela reste un hôtel merveilleux et nous y reviendront.

. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, with excellent breakfast options and friendly, attentive restaurant and cleaning staff who were particularly great with the kids. However, there were a few issues that fell short of five-star service. First, we arrived at 3 pm, but our room was not ready. A simple apology was given, but we were surprised there was no compensation or even a complimentary drink or snack, especially considering the premium we paid. Additionally, the pool area was understocked with towels, requiring us to ask the lifeguards, who seemed reluctant to provide enough for our family of four. There was also an issue with the child pool. I was supervising my son, who requires one-to-one support due to health conditions, but was told by the lifeguard that the pool was for children only. Given the circumstances and that the pool was empty, this policy felt unnecessarily strict. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive thanks to the quality of the breakfast and the welcoming attitude of the staff in the restaurants and housekeeping. With a few improvements in service responsiveness and flexibility, this stay could easily meet five-star expectations.

Hôtel au top!!. Chambre magnifique, les petits déjeuners sont savoureux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Que dire des restaurants, les plats sont exceptionnels. Le service impeccable avec un personnel aux petits soins. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite très largement ses 5 etoiles. Etant un habitué de Taghazout, je peux vous dire que c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de la station.

Great hotel. 15 min walk to Taghazout. Clean place. Great breakfast and the Club lounge access well worth it for all day snacks and a 2 hour happy hour in the evening. Beach area is more chilled out than the pool area. The pool is too busy with screaming kids. Shame there wasn’t some sort of free board hire or bike hire but we made do with the hire available on the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout from April 16 to 23 for a family vacation. The resort has a beautiful setting, great room comfort, appealing architecture, and a prime beachfront location. We enjoyed the amenities, especially Pilates sessions with Suliman. Room cleaning was also good. Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by poor service and hygiene concerns. The check-in was chaotic, with no updates or welcome information, leaving us frustrated. Most staff struggled with communication and appeared poorly trained. The towel and sunbed management at the pool was disorganized, with us being wrongly accused of hoarding towels. The heated pool was cold, and the sides were slippery, creating a safety hazard. The buffet was inconsistent, and hygiene was questionable. Four of our group fell ill, and we overheard other guests with similar complaints. The live food stands were a good idea, but the staff was too slow, making the experience frustrating. Also, no kids' food section in the buffet, which is unusual for a family-friendly hotel. The kids' activity with inflatables was fun, but it lasted only an hour instead of the promised three hours. Overall, the service level is far below what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. Management needs to address these issues urgently.

Hotel feels like it may have got its 5 stars by ticking a few boxes - eg kids club, spa, gym, concierge etc. The service is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel at all. Negatives: We were told we got upgraded and were presented with a ‘sunset view’ which was in fact a view of the staff car park and a partial bay view. Family of 4 - Small sofa bed, definitely not suitable for older kids over 12 yrs They had not provided pillows for the sofa bed, so we had to ask. Only one chair on the balcony - not suitable for a family! Pool towel service very slow and you can’t just grab a towel… they seem to be in short supply and they have to go and get them for you weirdly. Only one buffet restaurant on the main site catering for the masses. The service at the hotel’s Sud beach restaurant is slow and patchy… they got drinks orders wrong several times. Expensive bill for what you get. Design of the hotel makes it feel busy as there is only really one main area with loungers and 2 pools. They organised horse riding for us which was not good at all - my daughter who is an experienced rider was in tears because they gave her a young horse who got out of control and almost bucked her off. Breakfast service is sloppy when it’s busy - tables are not set properly, missing napkins and cutlery, tables are not cleared. We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. we stayed in a Regency Club Room and we treated to a fantastic suite with great service for breakfast and evening drinks and canapes in the club lounge. The room was kept spotless and had aside sea view. The service from Said the head Butler, Mohomed, Abderarim & Youssef was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for these guys who always had a smile on their faces, a credit to Hyatt. There was a promenade right in front of the hotel that was approximately 10km long taking you Tagahzout one end to the marina at the other. We felt very safe and the locals were friendly and not pushy. The beach was pristine, lots of surfers, camel and horse rides were available on the beach too. There are many other hotels along the strip to visit too lots of choices for different restaurants.

La chambre attribuée devait être une chambre vue jardin, nous avons eu une chambre vu local de maintenance. Au delà de la vue qui n’était pas terrible nous avons souffert du bruit lié aux allers retours des camions de déchargement qui stationnaient moteur allumé au pied de la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Par ailleurs, douche bouchée et personnel de Reception inefficace. La douche a été débouchée par la femme de ménage la veille de notre départ à ma demande. Forte odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Sinon localisation et hôtel très sympa, on y mange très bien et le personnel des restaurants est adorable. Il ne faut juste pas tomber sur les chambres 320 à 326 et celles situées en dessous.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout from April 16 to 23 for a family vacation. The resort has a beautiful setting, great room comfort, appealing architecture, and a prime beachfront location. Excellent nous avons bc aimé notre séjour tes bien accueilli autant à l accueil par Hicham que par la personne du restaurant 7. Jolie plage navette pour le village prix corrects si vous voulez manger à l hôtel. Chambre moderne et spacieuse À améliorer les cafés au pt dej queue à la machine pour un 5* un peu dommage ainsi que le service ( pas de couverts manque de verres ou tasses à café) des petits détails qui je suis sûre seront vite améliorés. Sinon tout était parfait

La chambre attribuée devait être une chambre vue jardin, nous avons eu une chambre vu local de maintenance. Au delà de la vue qui n’était pas terrible nous avons souffert du bruit lié aux allers retours des camions de déchargement qui stationnaient moteur allumé au pied de la chambre au milieu de la nuit. Par ailleurs, douche bouchée et personnel de Reception inefficace. La douche a été débouchée par la femme de ménage la veille de notre départ à ma demande. Forte odeur d’égout dans la chambre. We swapped from the Hyatt up the hill as we wanted to be able to walk to the beach - this hadn’t been clear in the online marketing info. Our first room on the garden side was very noisy - as the seal around the sliding windows was faulty. This caused us to have two very disturbed nights sleep. Fortunately, with the help of Ayoub on reception, they were able to move us on the Tuesday to the opposite side near the tennis courts, after which we had a much more enjoyable holiday. We then stayed for a further 4 nights, enjoying the delights of both the hotel and Tagazhoute village and beach. Maha on reception was also most helpful.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Hicham was very accommodating and Salah on the F&B side was EXCEPTIONAL. Hyatt Regency est un hôtel agréable, la chambre est très bien, fonctionnelle et très propre. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et large, le café pourrait être meilleur mais le reste est vraiment top ! Malheureusement la qualité du service est très en dessous du standard d'un hôtel 5*. Certains employés semblent vraiment manquer d'expérience notamment dans les équipes de la restauration, réception et à la plage. Si vous demandez une information (horaires, tarifs, disponibilité): chacun aura une réponse différente. Vous avez une demande particulière: il y a de bonnes chances que celle-ci ne soit pas respectée. J'ai vu plusieurs fois des gens à la piscine attendre plus d'une heure une pizza alors qu'il n'y a pas grand monde, j'ai moi-même commandé des boissons à plusieurs reprises qui ne sont jamais arrivées. J'ai de nombreuses anecdotes qui s'accumulent sur la semaine et rendent le séjour désagréable. Autre exemple, j'ai demandé si l'on pouvait me fournir 1 pansement pour soigner une plaie, on m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas 🤔 Vous serez assez loin du centre de Taghazout et l'hôtel facture donc cher l'ensemble des prestations: comptez 33€ l'heure de paddle, environ 42€ pp le dinner buffet sans boisson, 20€ pp la journée de location de vélos, et les réservations de golf coûtent plus chères si faite via l'hôtel (400 MAD pp vs 300 MAD en direct)

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout. we stayed in a Regency Club Room and we treated to a fantastic suite with great service for breakfast and evening drinks and canapes in the club lounge. The room was kept spotless and had aside sea view. The service from Said the head Butler, Mohomed, Abderarim & Youssef was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for these guys who always had a smile on their faces, a credit to Hyatt. There was a promenade right in front of the hotel that was approximately 10km long taking you Tagahzout one end to the marina at the other. We felt very safe and the locals were friendly and not pushy. The beach was pristine, lots of surfers, camel and horse rides were available on the beach too. There are many other hotels along the strip to visit too lots of choices for different restaurants.

Hotel feels like it may have got its 5 stars by ticking a few boxes - eg kids club, spa, gym, concierge etc. The service is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel at all. Negatives: We were told we got upgraded and were presented with a ‘sunset view’ which was in fact a view of the staff car park and a partial bay view. Family of 4 - Small sofa bed, definitely not suitable for older kids over 12 yrs They had not provided pillows for the sofa bed, so we had to ask. Only one chair on the balcony - not suitable for a family! Pool towel service very slow and you can’t just grab a towel… they seem to be in short supply and they have to go and get them for you weirdly. Only one buffet restaurant on the main site catering for the masses. The service at the hotel’s Sud beach restaurant is slow and patchy… they got drinks orders wrong several times. Expensive bill for what you get. Design of the hotel makes it feel busy as there is only really one main area with loungers and 2 pools. They organised horse riding for us which was not good at all - my daughter who is an experienced rider was in tears because they gave her a young horse who got out of control and almost bucked her off. Breakfast service is sloppy when it’s busy - tables are not set properly, missing napkins and cutlery, tables are not cleared. Hôtel exceptionnel! Etant un habitué de Taghazout, je peux vous dire que c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de la station. Chambre magnifique, les petits déjeuners sont savoureux avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Que dire des restaurants, les plats sont exceptionnels. Le service impeccable avec un personnel aux petits soins. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite très largement ses 5 etoiles!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout from April 16 to 23 for a family vacation. The resort has a beautiful setting, great room comfort, appealing architecture, and a prime beachfront location. We enjoyed the amenities, especially Pilates sessions with Suliman. Room cleaning was also good. Unfortunately, the experience was undermined by poor service and hygiene concerns. The check-in was chaotic, with no updates or welcome information, leaving us frustrated. Most staff struggled with communication and appeared poorly trained. The towel and sunbed management at the pool was disorganized, with us being wrongly accused of hoarding towels. The heated pool was cold, and the sides were slippery, creating a safety hazard. The buffet was inconsistent, and hygiene was questionable. Four of our group fell ill, and we overheard other guests with similar complaints. The live food stands were a good idea, but the staff was too slow, making the experience frustrating. Also, no kids' food section in the buffet, which is unusual for a family-friendly hotel. The kids' activity with inflatables was fun, but it lasted only an hour instead of the promised three hours. Overall, the service level is far below what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Our partial ocean view room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The terrace was lovely. The pools and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed very tasty and varied options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. A special “shout out” to hostess Wiam who was an entirely charming ambassador to the hotel! : )

Sejour inoubliable dans cet hôtel. Chambre magnifique, les petits dejeuners sont savoureux avec beaucoup de choix et que dire des restaurants, les plats sont execpetionnels. Merci aux chefs cuisiniers et patissiers! Le service impeccable avec un personnel aux petits soins. Je vous recommande vivement cet hôtel qui mérite très largement ses 5 etoiles. Etant un habitué de Taghazout, je peux vous dire que c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel de la station.

L hOtel les chambre tout est nickel mais il y a un vrai problème de nourriture malheureusement mise à part le petit déjeuner qui est correct les repas à la carte et le restaurant c’est vraiment cata rien n est bon c dingue en revanche spéciale mention pour la gouvernante Myriam et Nora de l accueil qui sont vraiment très professionnelles et efficace

One of the best hotels ive stayed at, the staff are super friendly, they are attentive. The hotel has all the luxuries, the swimming pools, thr breakfast and resturants are high quality and very reasonably priced. Check out the beach resturant Sud which does amazing food. Will definitely stay here again.
