Great over night stay! No jacuzzi darn it! But over all great hotel! We would stay again! Friendly staff, only thing they charged us 2x parking fee but was promised they would take care of it tomorrow Pool was nice too!

Pool was good. Breakfast was great. Staff great. But laundry requires an app which you need a US phone number to download. Staff on reception advised no other way. But there should be another option eg provide a US number that could be used or a mobile with app pre loaded etc

We had two rooms and a party of 7 and the rooms were huge and very nice. Check in and parking where a breeze. We tried both restaurants that where seconds from the hotel and both where so good. The pool area was very nice and the fire pits were so relaxing. The breakfast offered had a good variety and everything tasted good. We would def stay here again.

I loved the breakfast! The rooms were nice and big. Shower fits two people ;) the beds are nice and comfy and the layout was very nice. They offer real eggs for breakfast with a number of options. Staff is very on top of things. The gym was nice also. My boyfriend and I got a nice pump and we normally lift 5-6 times a week. No hot tub though and no towels by the pool, which it made it very dangerous when I got back from dinner in high heels. Recommend and worth every penny. Oh and the views were beautiful and Magic koi was littttterly a minute away.

Check in was easy enough. Facility decor looks beautiful. Game room was fun but super hot & stuffy there's hardly any ventilation in there. Foosball table handles were sliding off. We didn't use the pool or outdoor firepit area. Room was decently clean. Pull out trundle under the couch had a bunch of yellow stains on it, kids ended up sharing one of the beds instead of using this. AC worked very well. Pillows are too soft for our liking. I recommend bringing your own if you prefer firm pillows. Breakfast was good with plenty of options for everyone. One disgusting thing would be the shower drain that backed up and flooded the barhroom halfway through one shower. Water overflowed all over the bathroom we had to use every towel in the room to soak up all the overflow. Maintenance was called but they did not arrive before it was time to check out and according to the front desk there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation.

We have stayed here before several times, so clearly I would recommend this place. We had an unfortunate surprise that this hotel began charging $10/day for parking starting Jan2025, a fee that was not disclosed when booking, and there were no viable free parking options. Also, the hotel did not enforce the closing time of the swimming pool (9pm), allowing teenagers to be disruptive and noisy well after hours. At least this was only a problem the one night. However, the location is great and this was the only stay at SpringHill Suites where we ever had any type of issue like I that. I will probably consider staying there again.

To be fair, we had been in a craapy motel that left your feet black with dirt if you walked around barefoot - so the Residence Inn Springhill Suites was PARADISE comparatively! This property is GORGEOUS! Well-maintained, renovated, with a fun bar and fire pits out by the pool, and super friendly staff!

The facility was clean and fresh from the inside to the outside. The staff was friendly and very professional! The breakfast was better than expected from the cage free eggs, to options for meat and the coffee was very good. This hotel was quite a surprise!

for a new facility the cleanliness was subpar. The shower backed up upon first use and we had to call to have them remove the 10lb clog of hair, and the sink was also super slow. stingy with towels and toiletries. the manager needs to get the cleaning crew to do better. like wipe down the wall where the garbage can is, literal poop on the wall and they just put in a new bag like its normal. gross. the beds were comfy, the pull out couch thing is a pain but happy to have it for the kids. pool area is decent, bar on site is nice but limited. the breakfast was yuck. even the muffins were weird and no flavor. the oatmeal was slop at best, and that's if you were lucky enough to get anything through the stampede of other stayers. this hotel could be wonderful. needs work.

Though we have stayed at this property before and had a great experience; this time I was extremely disappointed. Upon check in, they can see we have 6 people and was not offered linen for the pull out bed or sofa. I went back down to the lobby, and was told he would get it for me in a bit, i stated I would wait as I have kids that have been driving for hours that are tired and was told it would take awhile as he was just clocking in. This turned into a 45 min wait for bed stuff. I believe my biggest disappointment was the fact we were there for 3 days and booked for 6 people. We were told they clean the room every other day, which was fine, but when you return from your second day at 6 flags (3rd day at hotel), to find no clean towels and garbage still full and beds unmade, i was very upset. I went to customer service, because my phone didnt work in the room and was told there was nothing that could be done, they had no cleaning staff on duty. All they could do was bring me a garbage bag and towels.

The breakfast situation is a joke. The flow of the lines are terrible to the point where you can’t even get food because too many people are gathered waiting for the waffle makers. The workers tried keeping it stocked but they were always out of something- even to the point where I had to wait for over 20 minutes for coffee!! On top of this, no one told us upon arrival that the rooms only get cleaned every other day. So for our short weekend stay, our room didn’t get cleaned, which is unfortunate as that is one of the benefits of staying at a hotel. I had to call down and wait for clean towels to be brought up upon our late night arrival.

First room was very dirty, then they switched us rooms and the bedding was dirty on the next one. We ordered clean bedding but those had stains as well. Laundry area wasn’t working as well. This was a disappointment.

Overall the hotel was fine. However, the Wi-Fi was terrible! Phone reception is also not great if you are in a middle room. Also, I expected my room would be cleaned after the first night but seems you have to ask for service.

Everything about this property was good except for one thing: the heating system! The ability to adjust and control heat has been taken over by the property. If you set your thermostat at your desired temperature and your room reaches and slightly exceeds desired temperature, the air conditioning automatically kicks on to immediately lower the room temperature. So you are either sweltering or freezing. Heating system does not naturally adjust to ambient temperature, as does your home furnace. I would be happy to revisit this property in the future; however, the heating system is a major deterrent.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The beds are comfortable, but too high to get in and out of easily. There is no safe in the room. The water pressure or lack of was the biggest problem for us Additionally, the showerhead is up so high that it was impossible for three of our family members to reach it for adjustment

Great breakfast,only wish hours were the same on the weekends so travelers could get an early start. Rooms ok just HATED the opaque bathroom door. Felt like privacy was compromised and when using the bathroom at night the light streaming into bedroom woke up other family mothers.

Rooms were spacious and loved the additional trundle/couch for the kids! Soo much more comfortable than all the “sofa beds”. Great design from West Elm” Comfy beds for the adults and very good breakfast! Only “con” for me was the noise of the freeway right next to the hotel, but would still stay there.

The girl in the pm shift was very rude. We had to switch rooms around midnight because the toilet was broken and when I asked her to waive the late check out fee of $20 she gave me and attitude. Not happy.

Unfortunately I left an item behind. I called the hotel as soon as I realized and left my number twice. I never got a call back. Even to tell me they didnt find what I had left. I know its my fault because I left it, it just felt like the staff didnt really care to bother looking

If you’re planning on arriving after the front doors are locked good luck getting in, thankfully someone let us in the lobby as it was 11:45pm. We waited a total of 45 minutes, along with 2 other groups waiting to check in, before someone casually appeared. Never once apologizing for the wait or even acknowledging we had been waiting

We had a great stay here. Access from the freeway was easy. Check in was quick and easy. Parking under the building was nice, especially since it was hot outside. Not many spaces, though. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. American hotels aren’t known for having breakfast with the room, but this place did! It wasn’t big, but was perfect to get the day started. Magic Mountain is a few minutes drive away.

Great location for visiting Magic Mountain as it is five minutes by car and you could walk in 25 minutes if so inclined. Property is very nice with large breakfast area and cozy little lobby bar. Breakfasts were awesome, with large range of food and beverages, including cold coffee. Noisy since located on side of freeway but manageable with window closed. Room was clean in important places ( floor, sink, toilet, shower, bed) but walls were dirty and due to high humidity from recent rains, there were yellow drips running down bathroom walls. Tops of furniture were dusty.

The first morning, a Monday, the free breakfast was terrible. Very dry scramble eggs, dry turkey sausage patties, oatmeal wasn't prepared good at all... disappointing is putting it lightly. But we were there from Sunday and left Thursday. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's breakfast foods were totally good, much better done.

It was quite clean beds were very comfortable, only downside is I remember the breakfast being better, we stayed a week only thing for breakfast everyday is eggs and sausage no waffles, no potatoes. same thing day after day, I wish they would bring back waffles at least for the kids.
