EV charging (6 spots) available onsite, but you need a member of the desk staff or restaurant manager to activate it - so it relies on you starting your charge while the desk is attended/restaurant is open.

Reception only staffed 8-8 and even then various occasions with no-one at the desk. Nice restaurant & bar - great breakfast & wait staff were lovely and v welcoming. Gym looked reasonable - but overall a soulless and disappointing stay. Didn’t help that I stabbed my foot 3 times in the bedroom on a rather large cut toe nail and two large plant thorns hiding in the carpet!

Nice clean hotel. I got a room upgrade which I was grateful for. The room was nice and tidy (the cleaners do a wonderful job). I had my tampons and pads stored under the sink overnight, and come morning they were all soaked through. I informed the hotel there must be a leak under the sink. Over the few days I was there, I did notice that there always seemed to be water beside the toilet at night/morning, so I feel like that is leaking as well. The door rattles every time a door opens or closes in the hallway, which was a little unsettling at night when you're trying to sleep. Now, in regards to the bed. It's "king" sized, but it's two smaller mattresses pushed together, so you can't sleep in the middle of the bed. One side was softer than the other as well (I use the word "soft" lightly). I was booked for 6 nights but ended up leaving a night early as I couldn't bear another night on that bed. The mattress was very firm and I could feel every spring. I was taking pain medication every night before bed in order to sleep because it was so uncomfortable. I Informed staff of this when I checked out early. Cannot fault the staff at all, they were all lovely. Would I stay here again? Probably not if I needed to stay longer than 1 night, just because of the bed.

Not at all comfortably restful due to kids running up and down hallways and hallways above us until very late after 2230 Sat and as early as 0700 Sun. Suggest when sporting clubs book in, they are housed together and adults of these children are requested to be mindful of other guests. I did not see a children’s area or playground in or outside for them to use their energy.

We loved the the oversize rooms and clean spacious bathrooms. The bed and linens were lovely and the staff attentive. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all.

Because i was staying there because it was close to hospital for my appointment i was almost in my room for whole day for 2 days and i had to do uber cause the restaurant there was close on sunday and all lunch hour and on monday when it opened i was disappointed because of food option ended up eating chips for dinner. Food limited.sonenfood only for first 20 people. If your are in first 30 minutes.you might get some food. Quality very bad.Also quantity really bad. When we ask refill or top up. Food. Hotel itself is very nice and clean with big rooms. Bathroom fan was very loud. But what let the whole experience down is service at breakfast. Unfortunately there was no option to book a room without a breakfast, so everyone was in a room. It was only couple of girls running around like headless chooks trying to accommodate everyone without success as it was too many people. Food was constantly running out. Literally everything. We came down to find no food even bread wasn’t there. I was waiting for a coffee to be refilled in a thermos for almost 10 minutes. This service is not acceptable.
