Villa Luis Vives By SunVillas Mallorca

Had a wonderful week in this spacious villa. Excellent swimming pool and surround with sun loungers and parasols. 5 good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make the villa suitable for up to 10 people. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the town with its excellent shops , beaches and restaurants. However the fridge is not really large enough to store food for 10 people and as it was over full it was not cooling properly and as a result milk and ham had to be thrown away. We would suggest that a second fridge is provided , especially as we were drinking from 6L bottles of water everyday and needed an extra fridge to cool them.

Lovely villa with all the necessary facilities - v good pool and outside dining excellent. Josep was extremely efficient in responding quickly to any questions/concerns. Would certainly visit again. Thank you.

The villa was excellent with great facilities. Great communication from the management company. We had to get in touch with them a couple of times regarding minor issues and both times I got a prompt response and the issues were dealt with the same day. The villa itself was very clean with everything we required. Easy collection of the keys using the dropbox. Cleaners came midway through our two week holiday and the pool cleaner came a couple of times that we saw. The pool chlorine, although didn't feel strong to the eyes, turned everything yellow within minutes of being in the pool so I wouldn't recommend wearing your favourite light coloured swimwear. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was a great temperature. The porch overlooking the pool could do with some more lighting. On the few nights that we stayed at the villa to eat, by 8.30/9pm we couldn't see what we were eating. The villa was a bit out of the way, quite a long walk down narrow, single track, dark roads so we ended up driving most nights when we went out as we didn't want to walk back in the pitch black with the kids. Other than that, a great villa and would definitely recommend if you don't mind using a car.
