The managee did a grear job communicating with us. Place was clean and close by to what we had planned. However, the photos were incorrect in terms of bow many rooms. One room was a duplicate of the same room which caused confusion about the beds. Small futon was uncomfortable and seem to be broken. Large couch futon could use a puffer mattress for more softness. A fan is needed in living room with bug treatment.

Overall really nice place. Just a hard time to get ahold of property owner via the Vrbo app and wasnât very accommodating to the fact that I didnât receive check in details till about an hour after check in time.

Very small and quaint. A little smaller than i expected but overall very nice. It was very clean and Allen was very easy to communicate and deal with!:) i would definetely recommend staying here especially if you only need somewhere to sleep as there is very little couch space for just sitting around! But i would recommend them:)

The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was great. When we arrived, we noticed the water wasnât on, we contacted the host and he called to let us know someone was on their way. Within 20 min of contact, we had water and he contacted to verify it was on for us. The house was clean and organized. Would definitely rent from them again!
