This hotel was truly a paradise to stay in, and it deserves to be a 5* !! We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the main road where all the shops, bar restaurants are, is just a few minutes' walk. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the most gorgeous view of the beach. The pool at the hotel was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting sunbeds every day. The staff at this hotel; from reception, cleaning, breakfast, pool service, and restaurant, were all very super friendly and very accommodating. A special shout out to Tiago (pool staff), Michael (restaurant manager), Varna & Chris (breakfast staff) for going above and beyond. This holiday was extremely special for us as we were away for my partners birthday and we also got married in Cyprus 😀 !! I asked the hotel (quite last minute) if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise, and we walked into an amazingly decorated room. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff who arranged this. It was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much ❤️! We will definitely be returning to Cyprus, and without a doubt, we will be staying at this lovely hotel again. Best regards, Mr & Mrs Schemer.

Es war wirklich perfekt, der direkte Zugang zum Strand, das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker, alles war stehts sauber und ordentlich, man konnte kostenlos direkt am Hotel parken, alle sehr freundlich. Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen es war perfekt.

Exceptional hotel with fabulous staff. The whole place is faultless, spotlessly clean, well equipped with contemporary high end rooms. The pool is wonderful and there are plentiful comfy lounge chairs looking over a beautiful view of the Med. The hotel is well positioned in the middle of the Protaras strip and all the conveniences that has to offer. What makes this place special though is the staff from the housekeeping team right up to Lisa the hotel owner who couldn’t do enough for the guests. Special mention also for Sunita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the spa team who is an excellent masseuse. Mark, Karen and Elliot will definitely be visiting again.

Had a wonderful stay, stunning hotel and rooms. Personally had a sea view which was stunning. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choice. Staff super friendly and cannot do enough for you. Pool was warm and the beach at the front amazing.

We chose Flamingo Beach hotel because it’s on the most beautiful beach, newly furbished, and walking distance to the main road. We were so delighted with the hotel, the amenities and the cleanliness. We usually book 5 star hotels but some of the 5 stars in Cyprus are outdated and we preferred having a new 4 star and are delighted with our choice. The hotel provided beach towels, and the gym amenities are bigger and better equipped than displayed. The only downside was the separate single beds pushed together as we’re traveling as a couple. Huge shoutout to the receptionist Irina. She was so wonderful and made an impression. Hope to see her on our next visit.

Very modern hotel right on beach front. Rooms were bright and bed comfy. But there were some issues with this modernity. The bathroom light couldn't be switched on unless from the panel next to the bed. There was only one hook in bathroom for towel or robe, please put in extra. The shower easily flooded the floor. So little storage, spare loo rolls were stored under the sink housing which was in the bedroom. The storage was open rails and three shelves. There was one drawer which held the hairdryer. The bedside tables we just round tables, no drawer. Nowhere to hide the undies or anything else. If you were there for a week or two on holiday I don't know where you would put all your clothes. The hangers were the sort that they didn't want you to steal, I hate having to try and slot in the hanger. For a junior suite there was one chair to sit at the bench and you could also sit on another bench. Is that a suite if two cannot sit comfortably? Nice balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and also good menu options for lunch. Excellent pool area. Music not too loud. You had to go to spa between 10 and 6 to get pool towels. Overall nice staff and facilities but a little style over substance in the bedrooms. Check your bill before paying.

Τέλειο από όλες τις απόψεις! Ευγενικό προσωπικό, άμεση πρόσβαση σε πισίνα, εστιατόριο, τουαλέτες και παραλία. Μοντέρνα και άνετα δωμάτια με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ηρεμία παντού!!! Εξαιρετικό για ξεκούραση!!! Επίσης πολύ καλό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ! Το μόνο που χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι το μενού στο παραλιακό εστιατόριο. Η ποιότητα του φαγητού δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του. Π.χ. Ένα μπέργκερ των 15 ευρώ δεν πρέπει να είναι κατεψυγμένο. Επίσης θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε και εσωτερικό εστιατόριο γιατί τις μεσημεριανές ώρες η ζέστη στην Κύπρο είναι αφόρητη!

What a beautiful, charming and exceptional hotel! Fantastic stay for a solo female traveller. Perfect location to access the strip, and situated steps from the amazing beach. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces and approachable. The room was spacious, very clean and modern and felt luxurious with the comfortable bed/linens and touch panel controls for the lights. The pool area was quiet without music, which made for a relaxing time. There was no rush to get sun beds. The food was delicious with generous portions and lots of variety to select from. Buffet breakfast available, and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Staying with half board gave me an opportunity to try many of their menu offerings and it was all so tasty. The neighbouring hotel was a little loud in the evening from wedding festivities, but I did not find it bothersome. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the numerous hotels in Protaras and I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastiskt hotell! Har varit på många hotell i världen och detta är bland det renaste och snyggaste hotell jag varit på. I klass med 5 stjärnor (men de har inga badrockar på rummen). Renligheten (speciellt i badrummet) är topp.

Wunderschöne Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick - der Balkon war genial! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen ausgesprochen gut. Das Porridge am morgen fand ich toll, und auch das Abendessen war jedes Mal ein Highlight! Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :-) Einzige Kritikpunkte für uns waren: - Der unangenehme modrig/schimmlige Geruch, der im Badezimmer entstand, wenn wir, oder das Reiniungspersonal, die Türe zum Bad geschlossen liessen. - Die minderwertige Qualität des Rühreis und der Buttercroissants beim Frühstücksbuffet, passten leider gar nicht zum ansonsten sehr hochwertigen Frühstücksangebot. Ich finde es zudem schade, wenn Umweltschutz offenbar ein Bestreben ist, man jedoch ausschliesslich Butter in einzelnen mini - Plastikportiononen anbietet... da gäbe es sinnvollere Lösungen. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen - vielen Dank für alles! :-)

This hotel was truly a paradise to stay in, and it deserves to be a 5* !! We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the main road where all the shops, bar restaurants are, is just a few minutes' walk. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the most gorgeous view of the beach. The pool at the hotel was also very nice, and we never had a problem getting sunbeds every day. The staff at this hotel; from reception, cleaning, breakfast, pool service, and restaurant, were all very super friendly and very accommodating. A special shout out to Tiago (pool staff), Michael (restaurant manager), Varna & Chris (breakfast staff) for going above and beyond. This holiday was extremely special for us as we were away for my partners birthday and we also got married in Cyprus 😀 !! I asked the hotel (quite last minute) if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband as a surprise, and we walked into an amazingly decorated room. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all the staff who arranged this. It was such a lovely surprise. Thank you so much ❤️! Had a wonderful stay, stunning hotel and rooms. Personally had a sea view which was stunning. Breakfast is amazing, loads of choice. Staff super friendly and cannot do enough for you. Pool was warm and the beach at the front amazing.

We chose Flamingo Beach hotel because it’s on the most beautiful beach, newly furbished, and walking distance to the main road. We were so delighted with the hotel, the amenities and the cleanliness. We usually book 5 star hotels but some of the 5 stars in Cyprus are outdated and we preferred having a new 4 star and are delighted with our choice. The hotel provided beach towels, and the gym amenities are bigger and better equipped than displayed. The only downside was the separate single beds pushed together as we’re traveling as a couple. Huge shoutout to the receptionist Irina. She was so wonderful and made an impression. Hope to see her on our next visit.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une de plus belles parties de Chypre, au calme mais à la fois tout proche du centre de Protaras. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Le service et accueil était excellents. La plage privée de l’hôtel est très calme et propre et la mer magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux. Very modern hotel right on beach front. Rooms were bright and bed comfy. But there were some issues with this modernity. The bathroom light couldn't be switched on unless from the panel next to the bed. There was only one hook in bathroom for towel or robe, please put in extra. The shower easily flooded the floor. So little storage, spare loo rolls were stored under the sink housing which was in the bedroom. The storage was open rails and three shelves. There was one drawer which held the hairdryer. The bedside tables we just round tables, no drawer. Nowhere to hide the undies or anything else. If you were there for a week or two on holiday I don't know where you would put all your clothes. The hangers were the sort that they didn't want you to steal, I hate having to try and slot in the hanger. For a junior suite there was one chair to sit at the bench and you could also sit on another bench. Is that a suite if two cannot sit comfortably? Nice balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and also good menu options for lunch. Excellent pool area. Music not too loud. You had to go to spa between 10 and 6 to get pool towels. Overall nice staff and facilities but a little style over substance in the bedrooms. Check your bill before paying.

What a beautiful, charming and exceptional hotel! Fantastic stay for a solo female traveller. Perfect location to access the strip, and situated steps from the amazing beach. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces and approachable. The room was spacious, very clean and modern and felt luxurious with the comfortable bed/linens and touch panel controls for the lights. The pool area was quiet without music, which made for a relaxing time. There was no rush to get sun beds. The food was delicious with generous portions and lots of variety to select from. Buffet breakfast available, and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Staying with half board gave me an opportunity to try many of their menu offerings and it was all so tasty. The neighbouring hotel was a little loud in the evening from wedding festivities, but I did not find it bothersome. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the numerous hotels in Protaras and I would definitely stay here again.

Wunderschöne Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick - der Balkon war genial! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen ausgesprochen gut. The property itself is very good and new with spacious rooms however the reception and customer service has been poor. We booked well in advance asking for a side sea view for our anniversary and despite us asking for a decent one we’ve been given one at the back with very minimal sea view, more of a view of another hotel. We’ve asked to be moved but there was no right option except a twin bed room. Only few channels work on the TV and despite us asking 3 times to have it looked at, no one bothered. Asked to check out just one hour later and we’ve been asked to pay, things that in any other hotel they grant it. Location is good however very close to a strip full of clubs and loud music which you can hear easily all night from the room. Despite reception not being very friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff such as cleaners and bar/waiters have been all very friendly and attentive. Value for money not worth it at all. We won’t be coming back as we haven’t been feel valued at all, probably the opposite.

Exceptional hotel with fabulous staff. The whole place is faultless, spotlessly clean, well equipped with contemporary high end rooms. The pool is wonderful and there are plentiful comfy lounge chairs looking over a beautiful view of the Med. The hotel is well positioned in the middle of the Protaras strip and all the conveniences that has to offer. What makes this place special though is the staff from the housekeeping team right up to Lisa the hotel owner who couldn’t do enough for the guests. Special mention also for Sunita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the spa team who is an excellent masseuse. Mark, Karen and Elliot will definitely be visiting again.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans une de plus belles parties de Chypre, au calme mais à la fois tout proche du centre de Protaras. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Le service et accueil était excellents. La plage privée de l’hôtel est très calme et propre et la mer magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs endroits à Chypre et cet hôtel fut notre endroit préféré ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, tout à été parfait !

What a beautiful, charming and exceptional hotel! Fantastic stay for a solo female traveller. Perfect location to access the strip, and situated steps from the amazing beach. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces and approachable. The room was spacious, very clean and modern and felt luxurious with the comfortable bed/linens and touch panel controls for the lights. The pool area was quiet without music, which made for a relaxing time. There was no rush to get sun beds. The food was delicious with generous portions and lots of variety to select from. Buffet breakfast available, and a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Staying with half board gave me an opportunity to try many of their menu offerings and it was all so tasty. The neighbouring hotel was a little loud in the evening from wedding festivities, but I did not find it bothersome. This hotel is a hidden gem amongst the numerous hotels in Protaras and I would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is very good and new with spacious rooms however the reception and customer service has been poor. We booked well in advance asking for a side sea view for our anniversary and despite us asking for a decent one we’ve been given one at the back with very minimal sea view, more of a view of another hotel. We’ve asked to be moved but there was no right option except a twin bed room. Only few channels work on the TV and despite us asking 3 times to have it looked at, no one bothered. Asked to check out just one hour later and we’ve been asked to pay, things that in any other hotel they grant it. Location is good however very close to a strip full of clubs and loud music which you can hear easily all night from the room. Despite reception not being very friendly and accommodating the rest of the staff such as cleaners and bar/waiters have been all very friendly and attentive. Value for money not worth it at all. We won’t be coming back as we haven’t been feel valued at all, probably the opposite.

Es war wirklich perfekt, der direkte Zugang zum Strand, das Frühstück war sehr sehr lecker, alles war stehts sauber und ordentlich, man konnte kostenlos direkt am Hotel parken, alle sehr freundlich. Ich habe wirklich nichts auszusetzen es war perfekt.

It's a new hotel. I can't fault the staff from reception all the way through to the cleaners. So polite and they couldn't do enough for you. The problems I noticed but it wasn't so tough. They have two bars . One is what we called the pool bar and the second was at the end of the reception area. Which while we were there never opened. Most hotels supplied entertainment not here ? At breakfast queuing to get a hot drink was a problem. Over 500 rooms only two hot drinks machines ? Come on everyone likes a hot drink in the morning. . Overall it's a new hotel with new staff and very good staff too. Would like to see what it's like in two years from now when the foundation cracks start appearing.

Γενικά η διαμονή ήταν οκ. Τα κρεβάτια/μαξιλάρια δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικά. Δεν είχε shampoo,conditioner kai shower gel ξεχωριστά. Παρείχαν μόνο ένα είδος σαπουνιού που ήταν και τα τρία μαζί. Επίσης, όταν έπαιρναν τις λερωμένες πετσέτες ξεχνούσαν να μας βάλουν καθαρές με αποτέλεσμα να παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο για να μας φέρουν νέες. Τέλος, το πρωινό θύμιζε ξενοδοχείο το πολύ 3 αστέρων.

Very modern hotel right on beach front. Rooms were bright and bed comfy. But there were some issues with this modernity. The bathroom light couldn't be switched on unless from the panel next to the bed. There was only one hook in bathroom for towel or robe, please put in extra. The shower easily flooded the floor. So little storage, spare loo rolls were stored under the sink housing which was in the bedroom. The storage was open rails and three shelves. There was one drawer which held the hairdryer. The bedside tables we just round tables, no drawer. Nowhere to hide the undies or anything else. If you were there for a week or two on holiday I don't know where you would put all your clothes. The hangers were the sort that they didn't want you to steal, I hate having to try and slot in the hanger. For a junior suite there was one chair to sit at the bench and you could also sit on another bench. Is that a suite if two cannot sit comfortably? Nice balcony. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and also good menu options for lunch. Excellent pool area. Music not too loud. You had to go to spa between 10 and 6 to get pool towels. Overall nice staff and facilities but a little style over substance in the bedrooms. Check your bill before paying.

Τέλειο από όλες τις απόψεις! Ευγενικό προσωπικό, άμεση πρόσβαση σε πισίνα, εστιατόριο, τουαλέτες και παραλία. Μοντέρνα και άνετα δωμάτια με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Ηρεμία παντού!!! Εξαιρετικό για ξεκούραση!!! Επίσης πολύ καλό υπόγειο πάρκινγκ! Το μόνο που χρειάζεται βελτίωση είναι το μενού στο παραλιακό εστιατόριο. Η ποιότητα του φαγητού δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του. Π.χ. Ένα μπέργκερ των 15 ευρώ δεν πρέπει να είναι κατεψυγμένο. Επίσης θα ήταν καλό να υπήρχε και εσωτερικό εστιατόριο γιατί τις μεσημεριανές ώρες η ζέστη στην Κύπρο είναι αφόρητη!

Wunderschöne Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick - der Balkon war genial! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen ausgesprochen gut. Das Porridge am morgen fand ich toll, und auch das Abendessen war jedes Mal ein Highlight! Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! :-) Einzige Kritikpunkte für uns waren: - Der unangenehme modrig/schimmlige Geruch, der im Badezimmer entstand, wenn wir, oder das Reiniungspersonal, die Türe zum Bad geschlossen liessen. - Die minderwertige Qualität des Rühreis und der Buttercroissants beim Frühstücksbuffet, passten leider gar nicht zum ansonsten sehr hochwertigen Frühstücksangebot. Ich finde es zudem schade, wenn Umweltschutz offenbar ein Bestreben ist, man jedoch ausschliesslich Butter in einzelnen mini - Plastikportiononen anbietet... da gäbe es sinnvollere Lösungen. Alles in allem können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen - vielen Dank für alles! :-)

The hotel rooms are beautifully modern, and the ones with sea views are simply incredible. But the biggest draw is the location, it’s perfectly central, right in the middle of everything, and just a 10 second walk to the beach. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful, and the food at the hotel is fantastic
