Everything was perfect, the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. The food was great, plenty of sun loungers, right on the best beach in Cyprus. Lots of restaurants and shops a short walk away.

Overall a good hotel, great location. They really need to improve the entertainment, classical piano on a weekend- really? Do they know their audience. Also please don’t clear away the sun beds at 5.30pm with people still around. It’s well run but the head manager needs to loosen up and inject some fun. The bar is like a ghost town all week and the pool bar shuts at 6.30pm. It’s a holiday resort not a library or should be. Overall though there is only one hotel better on this strip and that is more expensive.

Great hotel very easily accessible to Protaras restaurants and Fig Bay Tree beach. Liked the adults only area and free exchangeable pool towels. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Not over enamoured with side sea view room on ground floor overlooking a car park and run down to beach. Rooms were clean and tidy though it seems a little dated.

A One night stay in a lovely hotel. It’s a busy resort but the hotel was a lovely oasis with great facilities and positioning. The beach and water close by was amazing. Staff were wonderful and I can see why the rating is so high.

When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and our bags taken up to our room. The reception team were always friendly, helpful and professional. Pool and waiting staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during the day. The newly refurbished sunbed area was fantastic. The entire hotel was kept spotless and even when we had a small maintenance problem in our room the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and cooked freshly. Special thanks to the reception staff who helped when my friend was poorly during our stay.

We’ve been going to capo bay on and of for over 24 years and never complained but we really think it’s time for them to upgrade their rooms including the beds and decor it seems to me they have concentrated all their efforts on the exclusive rooms to which I must add are far better than the standard sea view room we had . This hotel is still a good choice for a great holiday it’s just falling behind some of the other hotels along the strip .

Second time staying here and it really is an amazing hotel and in my opinion, the best location in this town. Staff is great, rooms are great, and the food is always delicious. Highly recommend!

Food is limited choice and all self service. Before the hotel prided itself to service especially at breakfast now you have to run around collecting drinks and choosing from a small selection. Bed was not great as a married couple we had twin bed

Wish list hotel for the location alone. The attentive staff made us feel really welcome. We also appreciated the interconnecting room, and the late check out (especially as it was a busy weekend for the hotel). Highly recommend.

This was not our first stay at Capo Bay Hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel itself is fantastic and the beach out the back has to be one the best on the island. The staff are all very helpful, speak many languages and are always friendly and happy. We would like to make particular mention of three employees who each made our stay that much more special. Eleni at the reception desk is the is the first person customers interact with and she does not disappoint with her kind friendly helpful manner. Andreas in the breakfast room makes the best Cypriot coffee hands down and was always keen to make one for us each morning. Finally Costa who works in the pool area is another who has a great sense of customer service and went out of his way to help. We stayed at a total of 12 hotels during our trip and Capo Bay was the standout.

Fantastisk ophold, som vi nu har bestilt igen til efteråret. Virkelig god service fra størstedelen af personalet, flotte forhold på hotellet og du bliver behandlet godt. Lidt dyre priser på hotellet og det er svært at gennemskue åbningstiderne på de forskellige restauranter (vi fik en brochure for åbningstiderne fra den forrige uges program). Flot udsigt og pæne værelser.
