Very comfortable home that was close to the race (IM70.3) race finish and IM village. Well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, laundry available. We did not use the upstairs king bedroom as there was no ac (did have ceiling fans) but still too warm for the athletes to sleep comfortable. Nice room though, spacious and well done.

The house was adorable. We liked the easy location to downtown and the university for our son’s graduation.
