Stayed 7 nights

When I booked this reservation, I was hesitant because it was a new listing on Vrbo. There were no previous reviews. I reached out to the host with some questions. Siso was very responsive and patient with me, and I did proceed with the reservation. As the trip approached, we were experiencing some severe weather at home, and I was unsure if I would be able to depart. I stayed in communication with Siso and he made it very clear that whatever happened, it wouldn't be a problem. Siso met us out the house, yes it is a house. In the US we would call it a duplex. There is one entrance directly off the street, which opens to a small entry room with two doors to either side. One of those led to our half, and the other to Siso's place. That door opens to a lovely outdoor patio with table, chairs, and a rocking swing. The front wall is at least 2m high, so it is very quiet. We continue inside. It is a 2 level home. The 1st floor - ground level - contains the kitchen and living/dining room. The kitchen is nicely furnished, but no dishwasher. We didn't mind that. It does have an all in one laundry machine, which we never tried to use. There is a nice TV in the living room, along with a comfy couch and large table with chairs. Upstairs is a full bedroom, a second sleeping loft with a desk below, and the bathroom. We never tried the loft, as it was just two of us, but it looked to be about queen sized, and very stable. The bathroom was very good, with a typical small euro shower, no tub. There are several single steps up on this level, so be prepared if you are up and about at night. I'd leave a light on. And if you have problems navigating stairs to the upper level, then this may not be the best place for you. It is an older home, but entirely renovated and every was absolutely clean and worked well. Inside the house it was very quiet, outside on the patio we would hear street noise. We very rarely heard the neighbors next door. It is an old stone house with very thick walls. Heating was fine. We were there over the New Year, so we didn't need AC, but it was there upstairs. In summary, we loved the house, it was pretty quiet, and very comfortable. We stayed for 7 nights total. I would say much more, but I am out of room. I can't think of any reasons not to stay here. While it isn't near the center, its very close to two different Metro lines, which are easy to use. The host is wonderful. We would definitely go back!
