A fabulous stay with family and friends! The home is super cute, clean, comfortable and a great location. The lake views are amazing and the kayaks were used daily. The fenced yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs and it felt like home. All the furnishings were comfortable, our hosts went above and beyond making sure the home was ready, and we could not have asked for more. The home is very well appointed and cared for. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable vacation on the perfect spot on the lake. Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was at the big chill! Spectacular views, a great location in a really nice neighborhood and located on a peaceful part of the lake. The house was well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Paddle boards and kayaks made lake time the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The home was clean. We had plenty of space for all of us. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Our teenage boys enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding. The dock was perfect for our rental boat. The host was fabulous with communication. We would stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. The outdoor area is fully fenced and perfect for our dog. The house is located on a quiet cove with a great view of the water. We enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks provided. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our time off relaxing by the water and we would definitely book this place again in the future if it is available!

We stayed 5 nights to visit family in the area and experience some Fall weather (we're from Florida). The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. Comfortably appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor areas are especially nice for enjoying the weather and quiet area. The large, fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We were able to sit on either the patio or upper level deck to have coffee and keep an eye on them. The outdoor dining area is right off the kitchen and we enjoyed breakfast outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are already planning a warm weather trip with our boat. Highly recommend.

Perfect for my family and 2 dogs. Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood - and right on the lake! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Property owners were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!! PS my daughter caught 10 fish while fishing off the dock!!!

Great location convenient to everything! Best selling point fenced in back yard for pups! Need a covering for gate like chicken wire leading to dock as pups can go right thru! AC went out but was fixed in an hour or so. Still felt like house didn’t get cool! Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Patio furniture could have used a spray down overall great place. Oh if steps bother you this would not be ideal!!

The Big Chill on Lake Norman is our go to place when we visit family in North Carolina. The owners are super responsive, the house is well maintained and well furnished. The kayaks, paddle boards, and boat dock make enjoying the lake a breeze. Honestly I don’t have enough space to write all of the positive things to say about this place. Only one negative, the bathroom in the master bedroom only has a barn door instead of a locking regular door. Not great for privacy. Otherwise this place is amazing. 9.5 out of 10. Will stay here again.

This property is absolutely stunning! My girlfriends and I chose this property for our annual girls trip and it was exactly what we were looking for! The place is extremely clean, very well maintained (perhaps brand new?) and had more space than we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality pots and pans. We also appreciated the very kind welcome basket when we arrived - very generous! The beds in the primary and secondary bedrooms were soo comfortable! The primary bathroom on the second floor does get very warm during the day if the blinds are opened, but simply keeping them closed helps keep the heat out. The absolute best part of the home is the large deck overlooking the water. We spent a lot of time enjoying the lounge furniture watching the day pass over the water. Although the house sits amongst houses on both sides and across the water, it was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your home with us - you all did a wonderful job with the renovations and hope to return again!

Would definitely rent again. Really liked the home and the area. Small notes: we did have to empty the fridge on arrival- it was full with prior renter’s condiments and so forth. 4 mustards alone. Haha. That said -we had to purchase baking soda to eliminate the smell in the fridge. There were no trash bags in the trash cans on arrival - so we ran out to purchase those right away. And we had to buy some oxy odor eliminator for the towels. They reeked of body odor. Honestly they could be replaced-they have also lost their fluffyness and a a bit rough to the skin. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves.

Host was very easy to work with. The house is very clean, well stocked with anything we needed. Loved the backyard and access to the lake (even though it was a little cool out to get on the water!). When we come back to Mooresville, I'd definitely want to stay here again!

We spent a few days in this gorgeous home on the lake. Absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated with a very well stocked kitchen, fenced in back yard, located on a very quiet street. Extra towels in each bathroom as well as beach towels and so many other special touches. We had the most relaxing trip and definitely recharged our batteries!

Came to visit family that live in Charlotte. Brother has a boat that he uses on Lake Norman and house was 5 minutes from where he stores it. Very convenient. Nice & quiet. Very clean. Looked just like the pictures. The only suggestion I would make is maybe drapes or blinds for the door in the living room for less light in the evening. Definitely plan on coming back next year.
Came to visit family that live in Charlotte. Brother has a boat that he uses on Lake Norman and house was 5 minutes from where he stores it. Very convenient. Nice & quiet. Very clean. Looked just like the pictures. The only suggestion I would make is maybe drapes or blinds for the door in the living room for less light in the evening. Definitely plan on coming back next year.

Property & location are great! House is charming. Was very disappointed we couldn’t get check-in information until the day before we left. When I booked with Carolina properties in the past they gave it to us 30 days in advance. We traveled 12 hours with a dog χld - would have planned the trip differently. Once we paid in full & you have all our personal info to verify - information should be provided. Arrangement was very lopsided.

A fabulous stay with family and friends! The home is super cute, clean, comfortable and a great location. The lake views are amazing and the kayaks were used daily. The fenced yard was perfect for our 2 small dogs and it felt like home. All the furnishings were comfortable, our hosts went above and beyond making sure the home was ready, and we could not have asked for more. The home is very well appointed and cared for. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable vacation on the perfect spot on the lake. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time. The home was clean. We had plenty of space for all of us. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. Our teenage boys enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boarding. The dock was perfect for our rental boat. The host was fabulous with communication. We would stay here again.

Host was very easy to work with. The house is very clean, well stocked with anything we needed. Loved the backyard and access to the lake (even though it was a little cool out to get on the water!). When we come back to Mooresville, I'd definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect for my family and 2 dogs. Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood - and right on the lake! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Property owners were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!! PS my daughter caught 10 fish while fishing off the dock!!!

Great location convenient to everything! Best selling point fenced in back yard for pups! Need a covering for gate like chicken wire leading to dock as pups can go right thru! AC went out but was fixed in an hour or so. Still felt like house didn’t get cool! Owners were responsive and easy to work with. Patio furniture could have used a spray down overall great place. Oh if steps bother you this would not be ideal!!

The Big Chill on Lake Norman is our go to place when we visit family in North Carolina. The owners are super responsive, the house is well maintained and well furnished. The kayaks, paddle boards, and boat dock make enjoying the lake a breeze. Honestly I don’t have enough space to write all of the positive things to say about this place. Only one negative, the bathroom in the master bedroom only has a barn door instead of a locking regular door. Not great for privacy. Otherwise this place is amazing. 9.5 out of 10. Will stay here again.

I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was at the big chill! Spectacular views, a great location in a really nice neighborhood and located on a peaceful part of the lake. The house was well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Paddle boards and kayaks made lake time the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

Came to visit family that live in Charlotte. Brother has a boat that he uses on Lake Norman and house was 5 minutes from where he stores it. Very convenient. Nice & quiet. Very clean. Looked just like the pictures. The only suggestion I would make is maybe drapes or blinds for the door in the living room for less light in the evening. Definitely plan on coming back next year.

We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. The outdoor area is fully fenced and perfect for our dog. The house is located on a quiet cove with a great view of the water. We enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks provided. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend our time off relaxing by the water and we would definitely book this place again in the future if it is available!

We stayed 5 nights to visit family in the area and experience some Fall weather (we're from Florida). The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. Comfortably appointed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The outdoor areas are especially nice for enjoying the weather and quiet area. The large, fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We were able to sit on either the patio or upper level deck to have coffee and keep an eye on them. The outdoor dining area is right off the kitchen and we enjoyed breakfast outdoors. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We are already planning a warm weather trip with our boat. Highly recommend.
