This charming little apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and so nicely decorated. The word that keeps coming back to me is cozy-homey. The surrounding yard and farmhouse are absolutely charming. Comfortable bed and all kitchen and bathroom amenities. Joni the owner was responsive to all communications. Definitely a win!

Joni has provided a comfortable, clean and well provided place to stay. We had everything we needed. Appreciated the off street parking and very comfortable bed, the sheets were amazingly soft. The grounds were beautiful with her flowers and landscaping making for a relaxing setting.

This place has all the comforts needed . It’s a quaint one bedroom apartment on a quiet residential street. The surrounding gardens are lovely and pristine. The beds (there is a sleeper sofa) are comfortable. It’s such a pretty place , you can tell the owner takes pride in its decor. There were fall decorations too which added a really nice touch.

My husband, my son, and I stayed in Bothell for my daughter’s wedding. We all loved this place. It was well stocked with everything we needed and it is in a great location! Joni was very accommodating, and was a gracious host. The three of us really appreciated her attention to detail and her lovely garden. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place:)

A wonderful space! The “suburban farmhouse” is comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated…and included every amenity you could possibly think of! The gas fireplace was a nice treat during the damp and rainy days :) It was in a good location: convenient to downtown and restaurants. Our host, Joni, was welcoming, friendly and very responsive. We will be back!

The over the garage apartment was just right for my grandson and myself. Clean, quiet, beautiful and very well equipped. We were able to rest and relax, host a family meal, do our laundry and play board games. The AC worked great. Could not have been more pleased or comfortable. Celebrated Thanksgiving with our daughter and explored Seattle and Olympic Peninsula. The apartment was comfortable, cozy and clean. The neighborhood was safe and close to restaurants, parks, wineries, Lake Washington and hiking trails. Cheryl responded to a couple requests quickly and we would definitely stay here again.

Joni’s garage apartment is beautifully appointed, with lots of little extras like snacks and whimsical decor! The place is clean, there are instructions for everything, and the location was perfect for my visit. The only thing I would suggest is to add a hook in the bathroom and recaulk the tub/shower surround. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back again! Thanks for the hospitality….

Enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay at this property in Bothell. My husband & I were there to visit our 9-month old grandson in Kirkland. The apartment was just perfect for our stay/ needs. Comfy, very clean, well-appointed, easy check-in. Joni was super nice & responsive to our questions & let us check-in early since our flight arrived early in the am. We highly recommend staying here & would return again in the future!!

This place is very nice. Well supplied, better than most of the places we’ve visited. Our only suggestion is that if you plan on a late arrival to contact the host ahead of time. There was some WiFi issues but this was not the fault of the host. They were very helpful during our stay. The WiFi issues interrupted the check in process.

Joni was a lovely host while my friends and I attended the local ren faire. She even took photos for us! The space was cozy, spotless, and had laundry and a dishwasher. The bed in the bedroom was adjustable, and the sofa bed was nice too. The space is exactly as described and I would stay again.

Joni is an absolute doll. She is super sweet, keeps a stunning home and property, and is a truly wonderful person. I loved her place, it is exactly as I expected from the photos and review, and so much more. I would love to give 5 stars, but we had a bit of an issue with access when I returned from July 4th celebrations very late at night. Joni corrected the situation the next day, and very kindly made things right. However, my experience with VRBO has not been as satisfactory and is not yet resolved. Despite the difficulty this caused, I would stay with Joni again, and I consider her a friend as a result of my stay.

We had a Great Time!!! Joni is a kind and friendly host. Property was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of days to relax before our cruise. We had a great time in Seattle and visiting Mt. Rainier. Next time in Seattle we’re looking forward to having a longer visit. We would recommend The Suburban Farmhouse! Looking forward to coming back again one of these days!!!

The property was a little farther outside of Seattle than I anticipated but was worth the extra drive. The property was as listed and nice to have the space to unwind. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy to get to the freeways. The host was very friendly and had great recommendations.

The house was lovely and clean. Host was good at communicating. We had to do a lot of clean up according to their check out procedures before leaving which took an hour and a half, which was frustrating. Other than that a great place to stay.

Joni has taken a great approach to giving a 5 star stay for her guests. You can see she takes pride in her rental and her properties. There were a few minor issues but Joni and Cheryl were on them quickly. A suggestion I would recommend that they have a table were you can enjoy a meal with 2 other people as they advertise for 4 guests. Joni deserves a 5 across the board for her lovely farmhouse feel apt. It felt very comfortable the minute we got there. We would love to come back maybe for a Christmas holiday or another time.

We stayed here so we could go see a show at Chateau St Michelle. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was one of the cleanest we've ever rented. It also is slightly walkable if you are open to walking to downtown Bothell or to the QFC around the corner. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in a great location, central to many areas for the week. Clean with all needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood with parking and easy access to the unit. Beautiful gardens all around the house and Joni was a gracious host.

Property manger is a joy to work with, the apt is clean extremely well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Woodinville wine tastings, I -405 and ez access to I -5 a few miles away.

The charm of this place is fantastic! Great location for access to the north end of the Seattle area; such as, Leavenworth and Chateau Ste. Michelle to name a few. Also, downtown Bothell is just a few blocks away with a much new look and vibe from years ago. The Hillcrest Bakery is a must visit!

The property was a little farther outside of Seattle than I anticipated but was worth the extra drive. The property was as listed and nice to have the space to unwind. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy to get to the freeways. The host was very friendly and had great recommendations.

We stayed here so we could go see a show at Chateau St Michelle. The hosts were incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was one of the cleanest we've ever rented. It also is slightly walkable if you are open to walking to downtown Bothell or to the QFC around the corner. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly located. Easy walk to Bothell and trails. Easy drive to surrounding cities. This host truly thought of everything even down to the cute fall decor. One of my most favorite stays!

My husband, my son, and I stayed in Bothell for my daughter’s wedding. We all loved this place. It was well stocked with everything we needed and it is in a great location! Joni was very accommodating, and was a gracious host. The three of us really appreciated her attention to detail and her lovely garden. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place:)

Joni was great! Her communication was immaculate, I only had to ask one question and it was just where a switch was. She has a manual of how to use every thing in the house in any situation. Parking was secure, area was nice. Will definitely stay again if in the area
