It was clean and the staff was very respectful and helped you with anything and the gym is super clean

The property was exceptionally well lit. We never felt unsafe

The property doesn't have a typical breakfast. They had refrigerated breakfast sandwiches that needed to be heated in a microwave. They has a waffle maker but not much else. In addition, there aren’t any vending machines or items for purchase. Seemed kinda odd but other than that, the rooms were fine. Comfy bed and fairly clean rooms.

Well I stayed there for 5 nights. The first two says no one came to make my room. Everyday I had to come get new towels and the used ones just piled up in my room. And on the third when i complained the front desk just gave me two big bags to bring down all the trash and dirty towels and then gave me a stack of new towels. Also they had some random stray dog that roamed around their parking lot and when I told them about it the person told oh dont worry about him he is friendly he has been here for so long. Really wish I didn’t stay here.

Staff is absolutely nice and professional very helpful at check in at the front desk and always available. Rooms are clean premises over all are safe and clean. Can’t go wrong when you stay here.

We liked how well lit the parking lot and surrounding area was, especially since we arrived late. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel fair. Overall a good, economical hotel.

Bathtub was nasty, didn’t drain. Drug dealings in parking lot, no milk for breakfast.

Overall stay was...ok. Parking is easy and well lit. We had a late check in and the desk staff was friendly in person and over the phone. Lobby is clean as well and check in was efficient. Upon entry to our room, AC was on but room felt...humid. Also, dead beetle and cockroach in the entryway. Brushed these 2 denizens into the hall and entered the room. Bathroom, kitchenette, beds and surfaces look and feel clean. Towels are neat. As in other reviews, there is a definite muskiness in the air. Adjusted room temp and proceeded to get to bed. Sleep was...not the best. Sheets felt dry to the hand but moist/humid around legs. Thought I was just weird but wife felt the same. Hard to describe...it is as if sheets were pulled out of the dryer like 3 minutes early. Bed and pillows were very comfortable though! Next morning, everything felt less moist...perhaps the AC helped wick some moisture. Unfortunately, then we found a small cockroach, live this time, on one of the desks, which we had to dispense of. Service is very friendly, just gotta figure out some things for better ratings!

The innkeeper was very rude! No skilled customer service at all. The shower was badly molded! The shower also had lots of hair!!!

Hotel was your standard hotel. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was decent. My biggest complaint is that the room smelled like dirt. The rest of the hotel smelled good, but for some reason when you stepped into the room, it smelled like dirt.

The room we were in was not cleaned properly. There was some sticky substance all over the floor of the kitchenette. We didn’t have a comforter on our bed. When the maid service came during the day they did not take the trash or make the bed, they only brought towels which was weird to me. Staff was friendly but for $130 a night this is big fat NO from me.

My stay was not the best my toilet was dirty as well as the towels. My pillows and sheets smelled like they hadn't been changed. Smelled like a mans cologne spray. The refrigerator did not work well and i could go on. I would not stay there again.

It was a decent hotel for the price, but only one bed of the 2 had a thick blanket. When I asked for one they said they were out! Also our tv never worked bc the hdmi port was broken, so we didn’t have TV and for a hotel that didn’t have anything we definitely needed a tv to watch! When I asked for they to replace it they told me it would be a few days and they had no more rooms to switch us! Not a great look for a hotel. No blankets and no TV.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. There was a cricket team staying at hotel, they were very noisy. No breakfast offered. Coffee provided in room is yuk.

Conveniently located near PVAMU. Very basic, low-budgeted hotel that met my accommodation needs.

Front desk attendant sat in his car and I had to wait over an hr to check in. Did not have any breakfast. The 2nd floor had trash all down the hall for 2 days and it smelled terrible. Will never stay here again.

They lack staff! Check -in over 2 hrs delayed due to the lack of housekeeper's. The young man at the counter kept lying to us telling us the delay was due to management. The room was nice and clean with a kitchen. They tried to make it modern

This place was perfect. Not too expensive and is only about 20 minutes from Premier baseball where my son was playing, so very convenient. Easy access to highway but backed up enough so as not to hear freeway noise. Only 4 buildings at this exit and all look fairly new including this hotel. Staff was the friendliest I have EVER seen, especially Jasmine I think was her name, and we travel A LOT for baseball. Breakfast was just continental, but they have a waffle maker which is all my son cares about with some OJ (canned but good)! I was happy with fresh coffee and a bagel. Room was very clean. Zero complaints about anything. Would definitely stay here again if back to that area.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They will scam you for your money!! I paid for our room when we arrived. The receptionist was super nice and had admitted to me they were having issues with their terminals stating payments are declined when in reality, the payment has been taken out of your account. When Danita got involved, she was really ugly and rude about the whole situation. She gave me attitude the entire time and disable our room keys after they were issued. They tried kicking me and my husband out the room after I had shown her my bank statement. She had me call my bank, CapitalOne, to verify the payment was made. CapitalOne admitted to them we were on a recorded line and they can verify that the amount was taken out of my bank account. Throughout our stay there, they attempt to collect various amounts from my CapitalOne card. After we hung up with CapitalOne, she had me pay “$5 to have a card on file” but didn’t want the CapitalOne card, I told her the other card I had available was my CashApp card. Again, they attempt to take out various amounts. Now I have paid over $300 for a two night stay at a 1 star hotel, if I knew this was the case, I would’ve paid for a 5 star hotel from the beginning.

I was charged for a night and I did not stay. My bank was charged twice. I was informed by the hotel manager that I would not be charged as well as a representative for Expedia and I was still charged!!! I need to be refunded ASAP!!

Really quite area

This place was perfect. Not too expensive and is only about 20 minutes from Premier baseball where my son was playing, so very convenient. Easy access to highway but backed up enough so as not to hear freeway noise. Only 4 buildings at this exit and all look fairly new including this hotel. Staff was the friendliest I have EVER seen, especially Jasmine I think was her name, and we travel A LOT for baseball. Breakfast was just continental, but they have a waffle maker which is all my son cares about with some OJ (canned but good)! I was happy with fresh coffee and a bagel. Room was very clean.
