A/C was a non negotiable during our stay & did not disappoint! The pool was lovely to look at. The entire home was attractive, clean & comfortable. Love the artwork & the casa architecture. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests we may have had. Highly recommend.

A beautiful and comfortable stay. I loved the classical Roman style home built around the atrium. Very fast response from host and we felt well looked after.Tx to the team

Casa Koala was the perfect place for our month long stay in Merida. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like our home away from home. The host and everyone connected with Case Koala were awesome. They us feel welcomed went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and problem free. In short, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The pictures exactly matched the house as did the description. The entire staff is super friendly, host spoke English (which helped me - only non Spanish speaking person in our group). And when we had questions, their responses were immediate and fully answered. Myself, and three other guests (who were born, lived in Mexico) were super impressed - that should say it all. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, comfortable and clean house. Perfect to use as a base to explore Mérida and the surrounding areas. The hosts are super responsive, friendly and efficient. I appreciated the in-person welcome and their flexibility to let us check-in earlier than planned. Please note that the Casita bedroom, located at the end of the courtyard garden, doesn't have an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is located across the courtyard next to the outside dining space.
