We had a great time at this house. Our two new grandbabies that are 3 weeks apart in age got to meet for the first time since one lives in Edmond and the other in Houston. Big trip for both families but this place was perfect for staying inside mainly. We paid to have the pool warmed up for the babies to get in (4mo and 5 mo) and the water was just perfect. They loved it!! There was plenty of cookware and other necessities. Spice rack and all. This place had more toilet paper paper towels and trash bags than other places we have stayed. Highly recommend. Only small complaint is back yard is pretty small with basically no grass so when traveling with pets they have to pee on rocks with a little grass or go out front. We figured it out though.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Beds are super comfy, beautifully furnished, all the comforts of home and more. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will treasure the memories we made at this fun girls sleepover.

Loved this property and location! We are a large family and we had plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Everything we needed was provided and kitchen well stocked with dishes and tools for cooking. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub in the Winter too. We did not have any problems during our stay. I would stay here again.

The house is lovely. Plenty of room. Nice neighborhood with close restaurants and stores. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. Soap, shampoo and conditioner available in both bathrooms. Lots of clean towels.Our only disappointment was that there was a charge for heating the spa or pool. We were particularly looking forward to the hot tub at night.

The house seemed much bigger in pictures. I was surprised that some of the towels were a little marked with bleach stains and there were no bath rugs or bath mats. A little scary with an elderly guest for stability when the floor is wet and slippery. There’s no rug to wipe your feet when you walk in from the pool. I myself almost fell because it was slippery. I’m just surprised about that

Nice house overall, a lot of rules that are not listed prior to booking. Had to pay extra to heat pool and hottub each day. Stay at a lot of vrbos and this was a first that we had to pay $80 a day extra just to heat the spa and pool. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We did like the location and neighborhood. Backyard was over grown weeds everywhete we ended up pulling some of the weeds for them while we stayed because it was an eye sore when we had family come over for a cook out. Inside the home was nice, large and clean. Overall we did enjoy our stay here just a few things that i listed was my only issue with this place.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The pool and game room were a huge hit and there was plenty of space inside for adults and kids to spread out. The house was clean and free of clutter. There was also ample space for parking cars. You can hear airplanes flying over due to the nearby airport. This didn't bother the majority of our group and with a sound machine it drowned it out a lot but something to note if you don't do well with sound when sleeping. There was plenty of space for sleeping but one thing to note is if you already know which rooms/beds you'd like to occupy I would let the host know as they only make up enough beds to accommodate the number of guests. Our kids decided to shift where they wanted to sleep at last minute and one of the beds didn't have a sheet but the host got back to us right away and was able to accommodate us with no problems! All in all, we really enjoyed our time and would come back in the future. Such a beautiful home where memories were made!

House was clean, neat, and had all the amenities we needed to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Grocery store nearby was ideal. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our large family and the backyard pool and hot tub was used by our entire group. We would definitely rent again. It's not a big deal though it would have been nice if some of the weeds around the backyard had been gone over with a weed eater. There had been a lot of rain in the area so I can see why it might not have been done though it's those little extras that count.

We really enjoyed our time at Christina’s property. The house was massive, with plenty of bedrooms for the entire extended family. We only had 3 of us and a pet so there was more than enough space for us. Backyard was on the smaller side but very well kept and had a lot of seating. The house was very clean except for master bathroom toilet. TVs in almost every room and our daughter loved the gameroom. I would be happy to stay again if I was with a larger group to help offset cost. There are planes that fly over the house due to being near DFW but it didn’t bother us much.

Amazing place for family and friend looking to get away in DFW area. The property location is in a great location for most of the major places that people frequent the most. It’s great if you need to come in to beat the Texas heat for a while and then go back out. Owner is amazing to deal with and is very responsive when you have a question.

The Pink House was perfect for our family! Very clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport and all of our stops! Highly recommend! Christina was very responsive and attentive!

We chose this property for an overnight stay to break up our trip to Mexico. We relied on Ubers for transportation so wanted something close to DFW. Flower Mound and this property fit the bill perfectly. Had lunch at Anamia's Tex-Mex and a really great dinner at Bistecca. Would highly recommend this place. Comfortable and nice quiet neighborhood.

Girls 60th birthday trip from Georgia. The home was a perfect central location. Easy access from DFW airport. We loved lakeside village for shopping drinks and food. Plenty of room with beds for all of us. We drove to the stockyards, visited carpernaum studios and visited JFK memorials. All convenient from the home. We didn’t use the pool, but loved the fireplace

We had a fabulous time at this property during our family trip! There were 7 members of our group - with plenty of space and great amenities to enjoy. The location was perfect and central for our travels to see attractions in Dallas, Frisco and Arlington. The communication both before and during our stay was great. The neighbourhood was perfect for morning walks. We enjoyed the pool and spa, the spacious kitchen for meals together, and bedrooms for everyone including a bunk bed room the kids. The decor was beautiful and it was so comfortable and inviting, it felt like home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property and owners for any vacation plans.

Roomy, modern. Not enough pool towels set out had to call for more. Malfunctioning fridge, leaking water and freezer not working. It self-corrected on day three. You have to call host every time you want the hot tub turned on. Grill was too. dirty to use. Host was very kind and responded to all issues immediately.

Eleven of us came to town for a wedding. There was a little mix up with the amount of beds in each room we needed but it was fixed right away. The hosts were on top of it and we were able to continue to enjoy the home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the pool area was wonderful for hosting a small get together. Would definitely recommend and return!

I had an event at the Gaylord 15 minutes away and my family stayed here during it. What an amazing property. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We even used the backyard grill. Our teens loved the hang out room with the giant tv and tic tac toe on the wall. The property owners checked in with us to see if we needed anything...so attentive. The only thing we had to do was relax by the pool. Overall a wonderful experience. Planes do fly over the house, but that was no big deal really. I definitely recommend this property.

House was clean, neat, and had all the amenities we needed to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Grocery store nearby was ideal. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our large family and the backyard pool and hot tub was used by our entire group. We would definitely rent again. It's not a big deal though it would have been nice if some of the weeds around the backyard had been gone over with a weed eater. There had been a lot of rain in the area so I can see why it might not have been done though it's those little extras that count.

We had 10 people in our group from a few different states, all meeting in Dallas. We had no couples in our group, just old friends and our adult kids, so it was really nice for everyone to have their own bed. Everything was exactly as advertised!We were appreciative of the laundry facilities, pool, patio, and charcoal grill.

Loved this property and location! We are a large family and we had plenty of room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Everything we needed was provided and kitchen well stocked with dishes and tools for cooking. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We loved being able to use the pool and hot tub in the Winter too. We did not have any problems during our stay. I would stay here again.

We were a group of 12 here for a competition. The house was great. Nice pool. Good communication with the owner. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group. Great neighborhood. Very quiet and near a Krogers. Would stay here again!

The house is lovely. Plenty of room. Nice neighborhood with close restaurants and stores. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes. Soap, shampoo and conditioner available in both bathrooms. Lots of clean towels.Our only disappointment was that there was a charge for heating the spa or pool. We were particularly looking forward to the hot tub at night.

Property was in good condition and clean adequate parking Host was very helpful answering questions that we had before arrival. Didn’t have time to use pool but pool was very clean and in good condition. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Flower Mound. Great location in the north central DFW area.
