Property location is excellent. A little off the beaten path but quiet, peaceful and nice. Paying for amenities at a VRBO, should include everything, not being left with empty propane tanks and told you can go fill them. Why would we fill propane tanks for your next visitor. Cheap move on managers part but would use home again, just not plan on BBQing. Overall great place.

Home was clean and listed exactly as is. Back yard and deck were amazing. Full kitchen with everything you need. The large space is perfect for families. The downstairs had a separate living space which was amazing for children. Will stay here again.

This is the second summer visit to this house in Prescott Valley. We’ve had great times as a family here. The house is big enough for everyone including our four grandchildren. There are so many great outdoor spaces with the deck, patio and backyard. We’ll be back again-hopefully next summer!

Overall, the property is very nice and well stocked. The owner was very easy to work with and allowed us to store groceries a day ahead of our check in day. We did find that the 5th bedroom mentioned wasn’t actually a bedroom - more of a den with no door and with only a very low to the ground/toddler size bed. We were not able to use this room, which was disappointing. Apparently we learned that propane was not included for the BBQ and as such, within a minute of our putting steaks on the grill, the flames went out. We assume there must not have been propane in the tank. Other than these two disappointments, the house was wonderful and our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

This home is beautiful! Absolutely spotless and so well stocked with extremely nice items. Kitchen is amazing ! Perfect amount of very comfortable beds and bathrooms for our group of ten. Our two dogs were able to be with us as well. Very large safe space for them too ! WiFi was great, ample parking, exceeded our expectations!Maria is so gracious to share her home, so accommodating and replies quickly to texts. We would certainly stay here again in the future !Thank you Elaine White and Family

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need, bathrooms were fully stocked, they thought of just about everything. It was spacious and open floor plan. Plenty of space for my whole family. The views from the balcony were incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful modern home fully equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is beautiful and has every kind of dish you would need. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and very spacious. The master bathroom and bedroom are especially beautiful. A lot of space we didn’t even get to enjoy because it’s so spacious and we all stayed together in one area. This home is perfect for a large family. I hope to be able to stay here again next year and will definitely plan more activities in different parts of the yard and home. The homeowner communicated promptly and is very kind.

The owners and property manager meticulously and thoughtfully thought of EVERYTHING when furnishing and providing the best amenities for this home. We appreciated all that was provided for us so much, we made sure to take off our shoes before we entered, covered the sofas with the soft and numerous blankets provided (we had 2 small dogs) and made sure to empty all the trash cans on a regular basis. That home is loved, so we loved it back and we give high praise to the owners and the property manager for going above and beyond for their incredible hospitality and kindness. My hope is that every family or group of friends that decide this is the vacation VRBO place for them, they take great care of the home so that others can enjoy all that is provided for a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay in Prescott, AZ. This property was our base location to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This home was immaculate upon arrival inside and outside. Fabulous open concept, huge kitchen space, and several outside gathering, relaxation spaces. Lovely bedroom spaces all with large closet space. The property manager was easily accessible and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this property, and we were pleasantly surprised with the town of Prescott, it’s a destination in of itself with wonderful restaurants, parks, hiking, and nightlife.

Only used the property in the evenings for dinner and rest but it was perfect for that. Lots of space and able to give everyone their own privacy during a company stay in Prescott Valley. Well appointed and the host, Maria, was great at communicating quickly.

This was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 8 adults and everyone had their own bed to sleep in except for the master bedroom where 2 shared a king bed. The home was well equipped and only a 9 minute drive to Toyota Convention Center. We absolutely loved it.

This property was our base location to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This home was immaculate upon arrival inside and outside. Fabulous open concept, huge kitchen space, and several outside gathering, relaxation spaces. Lovely bedroom spaces all with large closet space. The property manager was easily accessible and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this property, and we were pleasantly surprised with the town of Prescott, it’s a destination in of itself with wonderful restaurants, parks, hiking, and nightlife.

We had a great weekend stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the spaces inside and out along with an end of season dusting of snow to wake up to Saturday morning! The home had everything we needed and more in the kitchen for meals and prep. The neighborhood was quiet and was situated perfectly to get to the soccer fields for the tournament we were attending. Would certainly book again!

Our family stayed for several days. The bedrooms fit our needs perfectly! The spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking meals for everyone and it was very well equipped. It was pretty hot so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor patios as much as we would have liked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean, kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need, bathrooms were fully stocked, they thought of just about everything. It was spacious and open floor plan. Plenty of space for my whole family. The views from the balcony were incredible! I would definitely stay here again.

6 adults in town for a family wedding, there was more than enough room for us to spread out. The kitchen had absolutely every utensil you could need. The patio and porch were awesome !outside and relaxing

This home is beautiful! Absolutely spotless and so well stocked with extremely nice items. Kitchen is amazing ! Perfect amount of very comfortable beds and bathrooms for our group of ten. Our two dogs were able to be with us as well. Very large safe space for them too ! WiFi was great, ample parking, exceeded our expectations!Maria is so gracious to share her home, so accommodating and replies quickly to texts. Great stay again at the Prescott Valley house. This was our 3rd time staying at this property and it’s been an excellent choice each time! Lots of room for our family and the 4 granddaughters love the bunk bed room. The back deck, patio and yard are our favorite places to hang out and to visit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need for family meals. Maria is an excellent host!

Extremely clean house! This was probably my favorite thing about it. There were more than enough rooms and bathrooms for our four people, which was great. The kitchen is very modern, the backyard was great for dogs and kids, and the furniture was very comfortable.
