Magnificent Lakefront Modern Cottage

The property was really clean. Host communicated properly. The kitchen had all the amenities.

We stayed at this property for one night and had a mixed experience. The location was definitely good and convenient, but there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The property had a “for sale” board outside, which was unexpected and gave the place an odd first impression. The biggest problem was that there was no water for about three hours, and despite reaching out, we didn’t receive any response from the host during that time. Additionally, the mattress was not comfortable, which made it hard to get proper rest. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but these issues made it far from ideal. With better communication and some improvements, it could be a much better experience.

The inside of the cottage was modern and welcoming and nicely accommodated 9 of us. Just a couple of things needed doing. The door handle of one bedroom kept falling off, and the entrance closet door was off the hinges. Also we couldn't get the little gas fireplace to work. Otherwise everything else was perfect, nice kitchen facilities, large living room dining area and clean bathrooms. View of the lake was lovely.

The property is on a beautiful a lake with a gorgeous view but it is dirty, poorly equipped and falling apart. I do not recommend staying here.
