Great space for our family in a beautiful location. Everything was better than we hoped it would be.

I honestly cannot say one bad thing. We rented the chalet for 4 days and our experience was fantastic. The owners were prompt in responding to any question we had. The view was absolutely incredible. We loved it! We will rent again.

Our stay here was simply delightful. The house and property are beautiful and we couldn’t have been more pleased - except for the uncooperative weather. Despite the weather, however, we were able to relax and enjoy our time here. The property is located within an easy drive to Sydney, Cape Breton and coastal sites. We enjoyed exploring the area, the wildlife sanctuary and coming home to such a beautiful and serene setting overlooking the Mira river. We grilled, we kayaked and we had a great time. We gathered twigs to start a fire, but the wind and rain kind of nixed those plans. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. Catherine was very attentive and responsive. I would definitely stay here again should I be fortunate enough to come again to Nova Scotia. This was our first time here and we are very glad we chose this place as one of the stops on our journey!

The property is spacious, clean and very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and reconnecting with family who have recently moved to Cape Breton. A good time had by all. Beautiful place situated on a very nice part of the Mira River.
