Feet in the water!

The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!

We had an enjoyable stay at Feet in the water. The views are stunning and we liked Duingt, a quiet area away from the bustle of Annecy but easy to get back to on the bus. General condition of the Apartment is tired, everything worked but could do with a refresh. The advertised private entry to the lake is unusable due to no steps down, and the uneven rocks below. No hand rail on the tight staircase and only an upstairs WC. Not a problem for the young and fit, but might be for the less able. The outside terrace is a nice space but in shade from midday onwards.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement les pieds dans l’eau ! C’est propre , confortable et surtout la vue est époustouflante ! Que du bonheur

Spacieux, agréable appartement, bien placé, confortable. Petit Bémol la terrasse toujours à l ‘ombre en hiver et pas de micro ondes. Je recommande cette location
