This was just a great spot for our family together for the holidays! The kids could play ping pong, hike down to the water, and play games! Communication with the host was fast and effective. Perfect spot to hang with family/friends and unwind!

We enjoyed the property. It had space in the right places for gathering. The location of the property was fun - the dock wasn't in the best shape but it was a fun spot and the cliffs to swim and jump to were really fun. The trail to the dock was difficult and a bit treacherous in places. I would say it needs a little work to make it safer. There wasn't a paddle board for use as shown in the pictures but the local rental place was easy to work with. There also wasn't anything to help with starting the fire - would recommend bringing your own - was very nice that the wood was provided - might suggest adding some firepit tools to the house. Overall very nice - very comfy beds and the bathrooms and house were clean. Really enjoyed our stay.

The amenities for this home were just so numerous! We had a hot tub, a fire pit, a ping pong table, and a gas grill. We had dining options inside and out. We were able to launch our boat from a semi-private ramp just 6 houses down. In addition, during the day, we were able to dock at the dock in front of the house so we could come in, cool off, and then head out again without having to take the boat in and out of the water. Our 16, 19, and 21-year-olds loved it! The family time was priceless and memorable.

The property was beautiful and the kitchen was stocked with utensils (my favorite for a VRBO listing as I cook a lot on vacation). Hot tub was hot and clean, rooms felt new. We have an 8 and 10 year old and they had a blast.

We had a fun family weekend at Splash Landing! Clean, lots of space for everyone, nicely stocked kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space. We appreciated the supply of firewood and loved our time spent by the fire pit. Exploring the cove in the kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub were memorable activities. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Kind, communicative host. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very nice especially loved that there were several kayaks available and all of us enjoyed paddling in the lake. Caught several fish (caught and released) and enjoyed nature and the beauty of the area. Went to the Great Passion Play Friday night and the Walmart family museum on Saturday. All in all a very fun family vacation.

This is a wonderful house with a great lake view and easy access to Beaver Lake. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The size of the house was perfect. The house includes a dock and lots of water gear including kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with plenty of cookware and a variety of utensils. There is also an excellent gas grill on the back deck. The fire pit was a big hit and is a really nice touchThe house was immaculate and everything was in good repair. There were plenty of bed and bath linens and the house's laundry facilities were top notch.We had a great stay, the house is wonderful and Maria is great to work with. A great stay!

We loved the house - great space for large groups! Loved the two full masters and space downstairs. Couple of things not mentioned in the listing. #1 theres a steep rocky walk down to the lake, while we were all able to proceed safely (even a 7 yr old) would definitely suggest not wearing flip flops!! #2 there is no ladder or cover on the dock, water shoes are a MUST and be prepared for no shade! There is a nice rock area close to the trees that makes a great "camp" area during the day, (still no easy way out of the water without water shoes) its not a short walk up to the house so bring everything you need down for the day! We did love the house and the lake is very calm in this area, granted we were not there on a holiday weekend!

Our framily stayed here and had a terrific time. We had a boat charter and the littles were all smiles. They enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Maria was always available to answer questions and help problem solve. Highly recommend.

We had a great time. Two families (each with 2 college aged kids). Total of 8. Double master bedrooms were great. Kids had plenty of room downstairs. Easy access down the steps to the water. Firepit is terrific.

Our group planned a retreat at this house. We had a lovely time. Our only complaint was the cleaning services need to be addressed. There were ping pong balls and trash under one bed. Another needed to be cleaned better. The property managers were easy to work with and very agreeable. A door needed servicing and the handy man showed up and fixed it. Overall we would recommend this property and would love to stay there again

This is a great property. The amenities are excellent, it has appropriate space for all guests, it is thoughtfully stocked, it is clean, and was a perfect place for our family trip. The hosts provided all information in a timely manner and were patient and helpful with any question we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

Overall property was clean with several updated areas. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. The outdoor space was awesome - fire pit, stairs down to the dock. We had a group of 13 and this rental was perfectly accommodating. It never felt crowded. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook big meals and the hot tub was nice a hot.

Joined our family for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The property was as we expected, had plenty of room for our group and renovated bathrooms that were a plus. The owners were great with some advice on places to eat and it was a great trip.

We loved our stay at Splash Landing. We came in to the area for spring break and to do some mountain biking. The hot tub and the incredible view were the perfect thing to come back to after a long day. The shower in the master bathroom was amazing. We loved everything about the property. We hope to come back when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the lake.

Our group planned a retreat at this house. We had a lovely time. Our only complaint was the cleaning services need to be addressed. There were ping pong balls and trash under one bed. Another needed to be cleaned better. The property managers were easy to work with and very agreeable. A door needed servicing and the handy man showed up and fixed it. Overall we would recommend this property and would love to stay there again

Joined our family for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. The property was as we expected, had plenty of room for our group and renovated bathrooms that were a plus. The owners were great with some advice on places to eat and it was a great trip.

Loved the view of the lake out back. Loved the big dining table, great for playing games and of course dining. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lighted Christmas tree and a nicely decorated home. We had an issue with the heat but immediate response from host resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend this home for families!

This is a great property. The amenities are excellent, it has appropriate space for all guests, it is thoughtfully stocked, it is clean, and was a perfect place for our family trip. We had a fun family weekend at Splash Landing! Clean, lots of space for everyone, nicely stocked kitchen, and beautiful outdoor space. We appreciated the supply of firewood and loved our time spent by the fire pit. Exploring the cove in the kayaks and relaxing in the hot tub were memorable activities. Great location. This is a wonderful house with a great lake view and easy access to Beaver Lake. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The size of the house was perfect. The house includes a dock and lots of water gear including kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with plenty of cookware and a variety of utensils. Our framily stayed here and had a terrific time. We had a boat charter and the littles were all smiles. They enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. Maria was always available to answer questions and help problem solve. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Splash Landing. We enjoyed the private lake access our entire family loved using the kayaks! The fire pit was great for s’more’s. This home is great for large families- close to many Beaver Lake activities.

This property was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was the location with the boat rental. They wouldn’t allow us to go under the hwy bridge to load up at the dock at the rental property. The property was great and the surrounding amenities were super. Very family friendly.

We loved the house - great space for large groups! Loved the two full masters and space downstairs. Couple of things not mentioned in the listing. #1 theres a steep rocky walk down to the lake, while we were all able to proceed safely (even a 7 yr old) would definitely suggest not wearing flip flops!! #2 there is no ladder or cover on the dock, water shoes are a MUST and be prepared for no shade! There is a nice rock area close to the trees that makes a great "camp" area during the day, (still no easy way out of the water without water shoes) its not a short walk up to the house so bring everything you need down for the day! We did love the house and the lake is very calm in this area, granted we were not there on a holiday weekend!

We had a group of 13 and this rental was perfectly accommodating. It never felt crowded. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook big meals and the hot tub was nice a hot.

The amenities for this home were just so numerous! We had a hot tub, a fire pit, a ping pong table, and a gas grill. We had dining options inside and out. We were able to launch our boat from a semi-private ramp just 6 houses down. In addition, during the day, we were able to dock at the dock in front of the house so we could come in, cool off, and then head out again without having to take the boat in and out of the water. Our 16, 19, and 21-year-olds loved it! The family time was priceless and memorable.

We absolutely loved the all that the property had to offer. We drove to Arkansas for an early summer and there were so many places to take in the beauty of the trees and the lake. We especially enjoyed the fire pit area and the rock ledges. In the evenings we loved playing games along the big dining room table. Thank you!

Splash Landing is a great home in a fantastic location. We have stayed here two years in a row and intend to stay again in the future. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the waterfront and dock is perfect for kayaking and fishing. I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed the water, the fire pit, hot tub and spacious patio and living/dining spaces! Plenty of dishes and seating for us all!! The host was wonderful and very quick at responding.

We had a great stay!!! The property is just as pictured on the photos. Beds were comfy and linens were new. The hot tub and ping pong table were a hit for us since the weather didn't want to cooperate for as much outdoor fun we’d hoped for. Great place for 2 families!!!
