It was a perfect house for two families, parents downstairs and kids upstairs! Kids loved the hot tub every night to relax after our busy days in Marquette. Really close to downtown and several great trails/water falls!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner, was easy to communicate with and provided quick responses. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of parking for our two vehicles and two motorcycl trailers. .

We had a party of 6 and lots of family and friends stop by in the evening for dinner & board games. House accommodated all our needs. I was also impressed by house well the hot water stuck around with 6 people showering. Our friend used the hot tub every morning & loved it! Host was very responsive when we had questions and made sure to let us know before he stopped by to cut the grass. Overall, great spot in a quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay there again.

This property was perfect for our extended families vacation. Very close to a nice park and close to town where we hung out most days. Communication with the host was great. Although we reviewed it 5 stars, there’s a few things worth noting. The hot tub is just an inflatable one that doesn’t stay hot very long. There’s also no true jets; just air bubbles and half of them were out. There was also no dishwasher and we went through a ton of dishes. Lastly, not all rooms had air conditioners so they were very hot at night. Nothing super serious which is why we still have the property 5 stars. Overall a great place and we would come again.

A group of 4 couples was traveling up to Marquette for Ore to Shore weekend. This home had everything we were looking for with 4 bedrooms. The addition of the garage was great as it was a place for us to store and work on our bikes. Communication was quick and Tyler took care of all our needs.

We had six adults with trucks, trailers, and motorcycles. Tyler was great in helping us set up the garage to store our motorcycles overnight. He also provided info on the area for places of interest and restaurants. The house was very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet - until we started our motorcycles. We didn't get all our day trips done, so we will probably be back!

Host was friendly. However, listing included dishwasher. We could not find it!! Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Stairs railings were inadequate and unsafe. Tub and showers had no grab bars. Inside of property needs a deep cleaning.

Overall this is not a bad place to stay, but the the pictures are a little misleading. The house looked like it had barely been cleaned since the previous booking - the carpeting in each room was dirty and most rooms had cobwebs in the corners. The stairway to the second level badly needs a railing because of the steepness of the stairs. One of the bedrooms on the main floor did not have curtains over the windows. On the positive side the home is in a quiet neighborhood area, which is important when your staying in a college town. I will say that the host was very helpful and communicative through booking, and check-in, and he was very flexible when we needed to change the dates of our booking. Not the best to stay if you have young kids in your party, but otherwise it will work.

We were up for Wildcat weekend at NMJ. The house was 6 minutes from the campus which was wonderful. It was clean and a beautiful house. The owner was great to work with and had lots of great suggestions for surrounding areas. It was a great stay- we would come back.

Comfortable inside and out, slept very well on comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Clean and updated had everything we needed. Lots of parking with big backyard. Quiet neighborhood yet convenient to everything. Excellent communication with property manager.

House was very comfortable and well laid-out. Our daughter and two young children and my wife and I stayed in the house and both parties had bedroom and bath areas separate from one another. Even though there was lots of snow, Marquette is a beautiful town with lots to do in the winter. Communication with host was excellent.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Trowbridge Park house. It was just as nice this time as it was the first time. We love the location of this house. It is close to campus and has plenty of hiking too. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house has plenty of space, a nice kitchen for cooking in, and bedrooms for the whole family. We really enjoyed our long weekend of graduation festivities and though it may be a while before we stay in Marquette again, we would most certainly stay here.

Our stay was comfortable and the place is great. Tyler was a pleasure to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Easy in, easy out. We cooked pasties from Cal's and enjoyed a dinner at the table. Instructions we clear and concise. We would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Marquette. Thanks Tyler.

Great place to stay. Close to NMU and all of yhe amenities that Marquette has to offer. Some friends and I stayed there for a weekend filled with NMU hockey, a visit with my daughter and a relaxing time! I will definitely book here again!
Great place to stay. Close to NMU and all of yhe amenities that Marquette has to offer. Some friends and I stayed there for a weekend filled with NMU hockey, a visit with my daughter and a relaxing time! I will definitely book here again!

Overall a great stay, very close to the town and the water! I would definitely stay here again in the future! I couldn’t figure out how to get the ice maker to work or the vent in the master bathroom to work when showering but overall I have no complaints.

We were up for Wildcat weekend at NMJ. The house was 6 minutes from the campus which was wonderful. It was clean and a beautiful house. The owner was great to work with and had lots of great suggestions for surrounding areas. It was a great stay- we would come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would happily go back when we travel to the area again the kids loved having the upstairs to themselves. The kitchen was appropriate for making family dinners. The only complaint I would have is that I wasn’t able to book more days for our trip at this location… which is not a real complaint at all :-)

Our stay was comfortable and the place is great. Tyler was a pleasure to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Easy in, easy out. We cooked pasties from Cal's and enjoyed a dinner at the table. Instructions we clear and concise. We would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to Marquette. Thanks Tyler.

This property was perfect for our extended families vacation. Very close to a nice park and close to town where we hung out most days. Communication with the host was great. Although we reviewed it 5 stars, there’s a few things worth noting. The hot tub is just an inflatable one that doesn’t stay hot very long. There’s also no true jets; just air bubbles and half of them were out. There was also no dishwasher and we went through a ton of dishes. Lastly, not all rooms had air conditioners so they were very hot at night. Nothing super serious which is why we still have the property 5 stars. Overall a great place and we would come again.

Myself, my wife, and three of our children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with our host, Tyler, was timely and informative. The property and home were very clean and pleasant. Hot tub was a nice feature. The kitchen was decently stocked and easy to use. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a fabulous stay! The home is clean, attractively decorated, and well-stocked. It is located near everything you could possibly want. Tyler was great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return in the future.

Two couples traveling to Marquette loved this space. It was cozy & comfy, and Tyler was very responsive. As one who HATES washing dishes, a dishwasher was missed, though we ate out most meals so it wasn’t a big deal for our group.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Trowbridge Park house. It was just as nice this time as it was the first time. We love the location of this house. It is close to campus and has plenty of hiking too. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The house has plenty of space, a nice kitchen for cooking in, and bedrooms for the whole family. We really enjoyed our long weekend of graduation festivities and though it may be a while before we stay in Marquette again, we would most certainly stay here.

Excellent location for activities in and around Marquette. Very spacious layout. We had four adults and two children and had plenty of room! Our host was VERY responsive. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped as we usually make most of our meals when we travel. We truly enjoyed our nostalgic trip to back to Marquette after 38 years!
