Tricky checking in because name Tao Ocean or Villas of Akumal not clear in direction. Found it by luck looking for Jungle Fish pictured in listing We loved the Jungle Fish, food and service. Beautiful view of bay. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. Felt safe.

Quiet location, close to the beach, security guards are very active and friendly on the property. Villa is beautiful and spacious. The only minor thing I would ask to change is to provide decent utensils.

Our stay at Tao was very relaxing. We wish there was more access to neighboring properties’ amenities, but all in all a good time.

Loved the home, the neighborhood and the nearby activities. One tip if you want to pamper yourself for a day: buy the day pass at the neighboring Akumal Bay Wellness resort. The food is great and the service top notch! Will definitely come back
