Property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully supplied. Great snorkeling across the street, supermarket a 5 min drive south, and many good restaurants about 15 min north. The shower down by the pool is perfect for rinsing off saltwater and sand. Papaya for breakfast on the lanai overlooking palm trees, blooming hibiscus, and sparkling ocean. In mid-August, it seemed the building wasn't super crowded -- very quiet and often no one else using the pool or visible on the lanais. Easy parking in the designated space below. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cozy condo offers perfect sunset views from the lanai. Condo kitchen is well equiped and there are plenty of towels in the batherooms. The pool is lovely and the grill easy to use. A short walk to the Island's best snorkling beach. Ideal location if you like quiet and not being in the heart of Kailua Kona downtown. Customer Service was very helpful with several things I needed help with. We will be back!

Lovely unit with great view of the ocean. Overall, well maintained but a bit "tired" in its decor. Couch cushions sink quite a bit so anyone with mobility concerns will have difficulty rising from them. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and entertaining with nice appliances and plenty of glassware and dishes. Better directions for managing fans and lights would be helpful. Covered parking and elevator made moving in/out easy. Found Igor to be very responsive and helpful. We\'d definitely stay here again!

Condo is modern, clean and spacious, with large bedrooms and a large living area with a wall of windows overlooking Kahalu’u Bay and ocean sunsets. Convenient to Kona without the crowds. Covered parking - and walk to snorkeling! Grocery store a quick drive away. We had a great experience.

This condo is excellent! Fully equipped with everything you need in kitchen, linens, for the beach! It has it all! Balcony perfect for sunset cocktails! Easy entrance, great to have elevator! Location is ideal, a few minutes from town, groceries, shopping! A great base for exploring the whole island! We will be back!

Our family loved the location and amenities of this unit. Super good directions and info from Trude. Unit and pool was clean and comfortable…and a view to die for!!! Wow, what sunsets! Thanks for making these Canucks have a fantastic first leg of our family vacation.

This was a great place and it accomplished the 4 of us well. We couldn’t snorkel or do as much as we wanted due to high surf but the pool and balcony helped make our stay enjoyable anyway! Great location and lots of supplies. Loved having AC option. Will keep this on our stay place list

The apartment is huge and well maintained. A/C is helpful and the place was cleaned well. The pool was fun. It was a bummer that the beach across the street was closed while we were there, but unavoidable. All in all it was worth it.

First time at this property It did not disappoint. We loved the quiet ocean view in the morning and beautiful sunsets on the lanai. 4 adults/2 week stay.Bryon (our property contact) was very easy to communicate with. Location: PERFECT! Right across from Kahalu’u Beach Park, one of our favorite early morning snorkel spots. It’s close enough to walk down. Theres also street parking for free if you prefer to drive. You can pull into the Kahalu’u parking lot, unload your car and park across the street if you don’t want to pay the 12/4 hours parking fee. Condo: The unit had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The bedrooms are on the east side so the hot afternoon sun doesn’t heat up the bedrooms. The 3 a/c units make it quick and convenient to cool the area you are in. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. There were even containers for leftovers, spices and foil/plastic wrap, and a couple of ice chests.The bathrooms had ample towels, including beach towels. There are dispensers in the shower if you don’t want to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bedrooms: Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to unpack using the dresser, nightstands and closet. Equipment closet in the parking garage: We were able to use the umbrella and 4 beach chairs which was super convenient. There was also snorkel gear and beach toys available that we did not use. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was fantastic. Communication regarding check-in and access was fantastic. The place has everything you need. Love that there’s a dedicated, covered parking spot. The building was very quiet and the view of the water was terrific. AC in the bedrooms was key for a comfortable night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is comfortable and has everything one would need. Having dinner on the lanai overlooking the beach and sunset was perfect, and the snorkeling in the bay across the street was amazing. Our only little hiccup was when the next guest's oxygen was delivered to our unit without the rental manager letting us know first. While it was a surprise to find someone had entered our place, all was well and the rental agency was responsive and apologetic. We'd stay here again if we came back to the area.

Very nice rental. Great Sunset view off of the balcony. Safe area just south of Kona. Across from a beach park. Clean and well appointed, very good service from the rental agency. No air conditioning was the only negative. Even in January we missed that!

We had a very nice stay on the Big Island! The condo is located just across the road from one of the best and easiest snorkel beaches in Hawaii. The unit itself is spacious, well-maintained, and a very comfortable two-bedroom. While there is a slightly restricted ocean view through some trees, you can still see and definitely hear the waves.We did have a small hiccup upon arrival—the condo hadn’t been cleaned, and it was late at night. However, the management company (Bryon) responded immediately, sincerely apologized, and offered to send someone right away. We opted to change the sheets ourselves and arranged for cleaning the next day while we went to Costco and had brunch at Lava Java. When we returned, the condo was spotless, and they truly took care of us—hence the 4-star rating on cleanliness. Again a huge shoutout to the management company and Bryon who really corrected things! Super responsive!The location is fantastic for snorkeling, and if you’re interested in surfing, there are great waves and plenty of places to take lessons nearby. I highly recommend swimming with the manta rays—an unforgettable experience! For dining, Magic Sands Restaurant was excellent, and if you’re craving sushi, Sean’s is a must-visit.Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

Overall this property was great. Amazing location with a beautiful view. The start up supply package (soaps, paper products, etc) was incredibly generous. Everyone especially the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The couple things that could use improvement and kept me from giving an 5 star rating are the screen doors on the lanai were a constant issue. The wheels on both doors are flat and need replacing. The guest shower wasn’t the cleanest and appears to have some mold. The guest bedroom carpet could use a good shampooing. Other than that we loved the condo and had a fantastic vacation.

I booked for location and I thought the property had AC but it clearly states in the ad that it doesn't. I missed it. It's a bit too hot in August but the unit has lots of fans. A couple of shabby things let the place down but don't interfere with enjoyment (pocket door not functioning properly, bar sink missing, things like that). There was maintenance work on the trees and brush grinding on our last day and that put a damper on things because it went on for hours and hours and it was difficult to escape the noise. I'd have liked to have been told about it before booking but it can't be helped. The company managing is fairly good at communicating. The unit is difficult to find with the sign being down and google directing to the wrong complex. Luckily the managers answer the phone so no problem. Very short walk to the beach and short drive to supermarket. The pool was nearly always empty!

We really love the location! Close to downtown Kona for dining and steps to one of our favorite snorkeling spots! Much larger living space than I had anticipated from the photos and the lanai was perfect. Only downside was the bedrooms being on the exterior hallway with not great ventilation.

No complaints with the unit. It was clean and comfortable, but we had no TV. Even following the instructions left for the TV we were not able to view any Spectrum cable TV programs during our stay. We did call and text messages to the property management agent, but the problem was never resolved. We also asked for a Keurig coffee pot since one of us drinks decaf and the other regular coffee. Most VRBO’s provide them. When we called the agent she said she would check into it. She never replied back.

Exceeded our expectations! Lovely location-gorgeous views off deck and extremely quiet. We were just outside of the downtown area so perfect location without being loud. We faced the ocean but set back about a block from an excellent snorkeling beach with unobstructed views. The unit is very large and roomy and the fact that each bedroom has an ensuite bath was a fantastic amenity. Very well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed even a coffee grinder for the numerous coffee beans we bought for our stay-the Kona coffee is amazing and well worth the purchase. We reached out to the property manager a few times and he was very accessible and quick to respond with solutions and even gave us some recommendations for a sushi restaurant that we went to twice. Would definitely stay here again.

First time at this property It did not disappoint. We loved the quiet ocean view in the morning and beautiful sunsets on the lanai. 4 adults/2 week stay.Bryon (our property contact) was very easy to communicate with. Location: PERFECT! Right across from Kahalu’u Beach Park, one of our favorite early morning snorkel spots. It’s close enough to walk down. Theres also street parking for free if you prefer to drive. You can pull into the Kahalu’u parking lot, unload your car and park across the street if you don’t want to pay the 12/4 hours parking fee. Condo: The unit had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The bedrooms are on the east side so the hot afternoon sun doesn’t heat up the bedrooms. The 3 a/c units make it quick and convenient to cool the area you are in. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. There were even containers for leftovers, spices and foil/plastic wrap, and a couple of ice chests.The bathrooms had ample towels, including beach towels. There are dispensers in the shower if you don’t want to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bedrooms: Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to unpack using the dresser, nightstands and closet. Equipment closet in the parking garage: We were able to use the umbrella and 4 beach chairs which was super convenient. There was also snorkel gear and beach toys available that we did not use. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was fantastic. Communication regarding check-in and access was fantastic. The place has everything you need. Love that there’s a dedicated, covered parking spot. The building was very quiet and the view of the water was terrific. AC in the bedrooms was key for a comfortable night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Condo is modern, clean and spacious, with large bedrooms and a large living area with a wall of windows overlooking Kahalu’u Bay and ocean sunsets. Convenient to Kona without the crowds. Covered parking - and walk to snorkeling! Grocery store a quick drive away. We had a great experience.

This condo is excellent! Fully equipped with everything you need in kitchen, linens, for the beach! It has it all! Balcony perfect for sunset cocktails! Easy entrance, great to have elevator! Location is ideal, a few minutes from town, groceries, shopping! A great base for exploring the whole island! We will be back!

We've been to Kona several times but so far there is absolutely nothing that beats this location. Every single day you can just walk down to one of the best snorkeling spots ever and the kids love it we love it it's relaxing the place has everything you need, they do a great job keeping it clean and ready for you. Second time staying for us and looking forward to many more.

Everything was just as listed, super quiet, right by beach, clean and comfortable. You barely run into any one in the building. 14 mins drive to downtown Kona. The drive is so nice. They had everything we needed and more, and they leave you a good bag full of things you might need around the place. Parking and beach gear.

Near to Kona, snorkeling, coffee farms. Beautiful overlook. Very well equipped kitchen. The classic white sand beaches to the north of Kona a 40 minute drive but there was plenty close by. The a/c, by the way, was fine. We just didn’t need it after the first night. Buy fresh fish at Kona seafood, a top shelf bottle of wine, local fruit and veggies, eat on the back porch and you couldn’t have a better meal.

We attended a luau at the nearby Royal Kona, a tour of the seahorse farm, as well as a stained glass class - all recommended. I would book this property again.

Had everything we needed even a coffee grinder for the numerous coffee beans we bought for our stay-the Kona coffee is amazing and well worth the purchase. We reached out to the property manager a few times and he was very accessible and quick to respond with solutions and even gave us some recommendations for a sushi restaurant that we went to twice. Would definitely stay here again.
Exceeded our expectations! Lovely location-gorgeous views off deck and extremely quiet. We were just outside of the downtown area so perfect location without being loud. We faced the ocean but set back about a block from an excellent snorkeling beach with unobstructed views. We had a very nice stay on the Big Island! The condo is located just across the road from one of the best and easiest snorkel beaches in Hawaii. The unit itself is spacious, well-maintained, and a very comfortable two-bedroom. While there is a slightly restricted ocean view through some trees, you can still see and definitely hear the waves.We did have a small hiccup upon arrival—the condo hadn’t been cleaned, and it was late at night. However, the management company (Bryon) responded immediately, sincerely apologized, and offered to send someone right away. We opted to change the sheets ourselves and arranged for cleaning the next day while we went to Costco and had brunch at Lava Java. When we returned, the condo was spotless, and they truly took care of us—hence the 4-star rating on cleanliness. Again a huge shoutout to the management company and Bryon who really corrected things! Super responsive!The location is fantastic for snorkeling, and if you’re interested in surfing, there are great waves and plenty of places to take lessons nearby. I highly recommend swimming with the manta rays—an unforgettable experience! For dining, Magic Sands Restaurant was excellent, and if you’re craving sushi, Sean’s is a must-visit.Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return!

This was a fantastic condo! The hosts were super communicative and helpful. The condo was very well appointed and had everything we needed - boogie boards, snorkel gear, all the kitchen equipment, and recommendations. We ate in for most of our stay and couldn't have been happier with the kitchen supplies. Having the snorkel beach nearby was awesome, and the location just south of Kona was perfect to get out of the busy area but close to activities. We ventured to the beaches north of us and snorkeled with Captain Cook in K bay, and visited the cultural national monument. We would 100% stay at this condo again on our next trip. Great for families!
