The house was amazing! The fireplace was really nice for cool mornings. The kitchen had everything imaginable, and the backyard was awesome. The location was near the beach and near town, and was quiet, too.

The house is exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family of 4. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. The location is perfect to walk to the beach or town.

Well appointed home and about a block to the public beach! Comfy bed and plenty of seating in the living room for watching tv at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the quality of the pots, pans, utensils are good. Our pup loved the front porch - the fenced yard is nice too.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is a nice large home, clean with updates. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were cute. We loved the coffee options and extras in the kitchen. Our doggie liked the little fenced in area. Such a short easy walk to the beach or downtown shopping and restaurants. Recommend for a big group!

The rental was great for what we needed for an last minute trip to Frankfort. Our contact for the rental was quick to return text messages and checked in with us before we got there. Positives: Location was very close to both downtown and the beach. Very clean and had all the necessary kitchen needs plus towels, linens, etc. We had 6 adults, 1 kid and 2 toddlers plus a dog and had plenty of space. The fenced in backyard was nice to have. Kids loved the oversized bean bag in the living room. There were also gates available to block off the stairs for the little ones. Negatives: There was nothing major, just a few minor things. It did smell a little bit like the first floor had been smoked in, perhaps before the renovation but it dissipated very quickly. Around both the showers needs some resealing and paint. The stairs are pretty steep but not completely unexpected in a home of this age. One thing that does need to be changed on the listing is that it no longer has a two twin bedroom. It didn’t mess up our sleeping arrangements but it would have been nice to know. Overall, I would recommend The Sundowner for those looking for a conveniently located and well kept rental in Frankfort.

My Mom, dog and I stayed at the Sundowner. We love this beautiful home just one block from the beach and Frankfort pier and lighthouse. Sundowner is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. We spend a lot of time on the little patio. It is really the perfect place to experience Frankfort from!

Everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was small but great for the dogs. So close the beach . We walked down to the beach and had it all to ourselves . Would stay again .

This lovely home has everything anyone could possibly need. It is clean, updated and in a perfect location with an easy walk to the beach and downtown. A lovely fenced backyard is perfect for kids or dogs. All furnishings and beds are like new.

Our 4th rental from Agape in Frankfort and most certainly one of the best! House is neat and clean, 2 blocks from downtown and 2 ish to the beach. Kitchen well supplied. Manager SUPER REPONISIVE! Quiet back porch for down time and front porch for people watching. There IS a washer/dryer- yeah! There has to be a balance comment, right? Maybe a little color to to neutral decor! But really, just go to the gorgeous beach.

The location was great. Appreciated the fenced backyard for our dog. There are a few repairs that need to be done to both showers and some rooms do not have heat upstairs, so we had to leave the doors open. It is hard to get out of car on right side, perhaps trim the bush next to? There are very few wall hangings for decor, upstairs none, the ones downstairs in dining room need to be framed, the driftwood is ugly. The house in general is too gray, add some color please. But walking to the beach and Main St restaurants was an excellent perk!

The host was very welcoming and the house was incredibly clean. This was our 3rd stay at this house with our young 2 kids and dog and we always have the best time! The house is in the perfect location. The beds are very comfortable and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back again some day!

This property is exceptionally clean and provides many amenities like toiletries, kitchen spices, foil, plastic wrap, ample dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and Keurig coffee. Ample space in the house to have meals, spread out, and relax. Grounds are well groomed, and the house retains its 1908 character along side a well-done remodel. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach.Property manager is excellent -- very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure one's stay goes very well.

Great location walking distance to bars, restaurant, and the beach. House was clean and the property manager was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early to beat the winter storm. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Overall we were so happy with our stay! Really cute and spacious house, perfect location in between beach and town. All the amenities were great, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and bathroom was well stocked as well. Only downside was that one of the bedrooms was listed as having a queen and a twin when we booked, which we were counting on fully using - the bedroom was just two twins. I did see the listing was updated, but that meant one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. That aside, this is a great spot!
Overall we were so happy with our stay! Really cute and spacious house, perfect location in between beach and town. All the amenities were great, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and bathroom was well stocked as well. We had to make a last-minute booking because of a family tragedy, but we were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The location was absolutely stunning, and we fell in love with the house! It turned out to be a perfect retreat during a difficult time.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. This was a perfect place to relax. We arrived to a nicely updated home with a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. We also really appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms. The public beach, restaurants and shops are within quick walking distance. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay!

The rental was great for what we needed for an last minute trip to Frankfort. Our contact for the rental was quick to return text messages and checked in with us before we got there. Positives: Location was very close to both downtown and the beach. Very clean and had all the necessary kitchen needs plus towels, linens, etc. We had 6 adults, 1 kid and 2 toddlers plus a dog and had plenty of space. The fenced in backyard was nice to have. Kids loved the oversized bean bag in the living room. There were also gates available to block off the stairs for the little ones. Negatives: There was nothing major, just a few minor things. It did smell a little bit like the first floor had been smoked in, perhaps before the renovation but it dissipated very quickly. Around both the showers needs some resealing and paint. The stairs are pretty steep but not completely unexpected in a home of this age. One thing that does need to be changed on the listing is that it no longer has a two twin bedroom. It didn’t mess up our sleeping arrangements but it would have been nice to know. Overall, I would recommend The Sundowner for those looking for a conveniently located and well kept rental in Frankfort.

Our 4th rental from Agape in Frankfort and most certainly one of the best! House is neat and clean, 2 blocks from downtown and 2 ish to the beach. Kitchen well supplied. Manager SUPER REPONISIVE! Quiet back porch for down time and front porch for people watching. There IS a washer/dryer- yeah! There has to be a balance comment, right? Maybe a little color to to neutral decor! But really, just go to the gorgeous beach.

This property is exceptionally clean and provides many amenities like toiletries, kitchen spices, foil, plastic wrap, ample dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and Keurig coffee. Ample space in the house to have meals, spread out, and relax. Grounds are well groomed, and the house retains its 1908 character along side a well-done remodel. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach.Property manager is excellent -- very responsive and genuinely interested in making sure one's stay goes very well.

Well appointed home and about a block to the public beach! Comfy bed and plenty of seating in the living room for watching tv at night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and the quality of the pots, pans, utensils are good. Our pup loved the front porch - the fenced yard is nice too.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is a nice large home, clean with updates. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were cute. We loved the coffee options and extras in the kitchen. Our doggie liked the little fenced in area. Such a short easy walk to the beach or downtown shopping and restaurants. Recommend for a big group!

Overall we were so happy with our stay! Really cute and spacious house, perfect location in between beach and town. All the amenities were great, kitchen was well stocked with cookware and bathroom was well stocked as well. Only downside was that one of the bedrooms was listed as having a queen and a twin when we booked, which we were counting on fully using - the bedroom was just two twins. I did see the listing was updated, but that meant one of our guests had to sleep on the couch. That aside, this is a great spot!

Everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was small but great for the dogs. So close the beach . We walked down to the beach and had it all to ourselves . Would stay again .

The host was very welcoming and the house was incredibly clean. This was our 3rd stay at this house with our young 2 kids and dog and we always have the best time! The house is in the perfect location. The beds are very comfortable and decorated so cute. We will definitely be back again some day!
