The host was welcoming, allowed early access, provided all information about the unit and responded promptly to adjusting a stick balcony sliding door.The location is right on the beach and very close to the long pier and boardwalk. Parking is in front of unit and a gate opener is provided for the car. The interior is well-done as are the bedrooms and baths.Highly recommend this property - we plan to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in your condo for a quick trip to visit with our son for his birthday. The condo was everything as described. The ocean view and beach access were perfect! It made our brief trip and wonderful visit with our son extra special! The ease of walking to every restaurant we wanted to go to, all the shops, And ride up to the pier. Location, location, location. Everything was perfect! I do want to say that it was a little awkward, not having privacy between the decks of the condo. The condo next-door had a large group of people and several of the men were smoking cigars. We made it work by rotating when we were out on the deck when they were not. A little more privacy between decks might be nice. And the smoking definitely should be.

Excellent. Really the only problem was not having enough propane for the fire pit. Everything else was amazing! Location! Cleanliness! Well stocked! Responsiveness!

On the beach, beautiful views, private balcony. The sound of the ocean. Absolutely perfect.
