A wonderful place to stay! It was just my wife and me, but this would also be perfect for the family as well. Tons of games, both indoor and outdoor. There are so many neat things that will keep the kids busy having fun.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. It's peaceful, quiet and private even though there are neighbors. The house is beautiful and clean. There were a ton of games and movies for our use. It was absolutely perfect for us! We didn't need to contact the host for anything but they made sure we knew they were available for anything we may need. We will definitely be back!!

We rented the cottage for three nights. We enjoyed the small bbq pit provided for grilling. Paul was quick at responding when I had a question at the time of checkin. We would absolutely book again!

We loved this little hideaway home away from home! The cabin was beautiful and so was the ambiance. The hosts provided everything for us (firewood, blankets, cooking utensils etc) to make our stay comfortable. There was a cool scavenger hunt and we enjoyed the VHS and DVDs available for past time. High recommend this location and the other that the host have!

We had a wedding Saturday evening and were able to check in hours beforehand to allow us plenty of time to get ready. The children(8,13,14) loved the house, all of the games, the antiques, and the adventures outside. It was like they were able to travel back in time, enjoying some of the small things we were able to when we were younger. Check in was very easy, we received a message right after booking with code and directions to get to the cabin. We also had a chocolate lab with us who loved exploring the trail and retrieving his ball through the trees! Only wish we could've stayed longer! Will definitely be back!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The place was very comfortable and well-stocked. The property is beautiful - we went in late November and the fall colors were beautiful. It rained most of the time we were there, but being cozy by the fire in the wood stove with the sound of the rain on the tin roof was wonderful, and the covered back porch (with a grill) was cozy and perfect too. There are TONS of movies, books, and board games. Can't recommend highly enough!

Overall this was a wonderful trip!! Lovely trails through the woods, cozy cabin, and a wonderful movie collection!! It was a rainy weekend so we mostly just relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful area!

This was our 5th time @ coyote creek and it never gets old! We stayed a couple of nights to celebrate the hubbys bday and had a great time. We went and hiked at Tyler state park. Had some good pizza from Docs pizza. And of course did the scavenger hunt. The property was clean and check in is always easy! Perfect place to get out of the city. We will be back!

This was our second stay at the loft, and it was just as enjoyable the second time. Our dog loved it, too. The bed is comfortable, and having a full kitchen was a definite plus. And the AC was strong enough to keep the place comfortably cool. The host was very responsive to all communications.

We had a wonderful time here. Directions to get there were perfect, and there were plenty of signs nearby to reach the right place. The Loft was very comfortable, the air conditioning kept the stifling Texas heat at bay, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The only thing we wished for was a better quality toilet paper. The surroundings were pretty and VERY quiet. We hardly saw another person. We liked the wifi so we could stay connected to the outside world. There were many helpful little signs inside the cabin. Our city dog loved having places to explore with new and exciting scents to smell. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is absolutely adorable and was the perfect quiet little hideaway. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The woodsy cabin feel was perfect for an escape from the busy noise of everyday life. The rains kept us fro lm doing any porch sitting, but we could definitely see ourselves coming back for another peaceful getaway.

We checked in after dark and it was so dark on the porch we used our cell lights. However, the check in email did not give the code to access the home. So once I got there I had no code to get in and we luckily had 1 bar of service to call the owners. We called 3 times and finally were told the code to get into the cabin. Pictures of the cabin are accurate. The VCR would not stop making a noise all night and eventually we were able to unplug it. Make certain you get the code from the owner prior to leaving home because cell service was near non existent for us.

First off want to thank Kari & Paul for being so accommodating throughout our trip! Secondly the location was perfect, cute tiny cabin with awesome trails to explore within the property. Close to Tyler state park, and downtown Lindale. We will definitely be back!

We came to the first Monday trade days and found this spot about 25mins away. It was so perfect, tucked away and quite. We loved the nature trail around the property. Definitely will be staying again.

First off want to thank Kari & Paul for being so accommodating throughout our trip! Secondly the location was perfect, cute tiny cabin with awesome trails to explore within the property. Close to Tyler state park, and downtown Lindale. We will definitely be back!

I am a VERY busy person and needed a place to escape for personal refocus and to work on some work projects. This place was PERFECT get away to stay in and get some literal fresh air. I took a walk around the property on the trail laid out and it was so peaceful and so helpful to clear my head. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We used this space as an overnight stay for the Canton First Monday's Trade Days. The cabin was CLEAN! The beds were comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. Use Google Maps and a picture of the cabin to find it. Our car navigation did not get us there.

Stayed here for the eclipse. The cottage is perfectly sized for 2 people. Amazingly well stocked with games and DVDs. Nicely tucked away in the country if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located for nearby towns. There are several other cabins and houses very nearby on the property, so just be aware that you're not completely secluded. Loved the little trail through the property. Great place and would love to come back another time with a large group. We didn't need to contact the owners for anything, but I had the sense that if we did need anything, they were just a text away which was very reassuring.
