The property was very convenient to our venue. The house was spacious and nice. A couple of the bathroom sinks did not have stoppers, and the bathroom sink on the right, downstairs, did not work. Plus, the downstairs bathroom light was very dim. The front porch steps are a bit uneven, so for older people it was a concern. I just thought these issue should be shared with the owner. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This place is amazing! The views to the space it gives you to relax. A total retreat in my eyes. We will definitely be back!

The home was clean and well equipped but the layout of the house was not what I expected for 4 couples.Two bedrooms were in the basement with a shared nonfunctioning bathroom. The light/fan in the toilet/shower room were not working so we were forced to go upstairs for a toilet and shower. There were double sinks in the basement bathroom but one did not work.

The property is easy access and accommodates a large party - we had a party of five for a gal pal trip. The downstairs seating area is comfortable for large parties and viewing TV, shows, etc. On the down side, is the patio deck. It had limited seating but had the beautiful view of the mountains. It is a shame, there is not better outdoor seating in that area. The two seater swing is very outdated, needs new cushions and new paint. I would suggest to other renters to bring your own outdoor chairs to be able to enjoy the outdoor area. The seating in the living area can accommodate four comfortably however, again additional comfort seating would be a plus.We also experienced trickle water from one of the sinks in the downstairs bath area. The house is great, it's open and has tons of space. I wish there was a little more seating in the main living room, but overall tons of room for multiple families. The kitchen is huge, the cookware is a little bare, and there is no Tupperware, I'm guessing people end up taking it.... otherwise it was great, and close to downtown BV! We will def be staying again!
