Great layout, so much room for activities—both indoor and outdoor. Big deal for me is comfortable beds, and this one has some of the best I have experienced through VRBO. The porch overlooking the bluff has great views of the wildlife in the lake cove, it’s a relaxing setting.

We came to Oklahoma for a family fishing vacation. The place was easy to find. We parked our pontoon nicly in the driveway and the neighbors dog was very sweet. We felt like we was home. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Nice size property with s great outdoor seating area and firepit overlooking the water. It was definitely not a priority so did not report as a problem., but 2 of 3 TVs did not seem to work, frankly we would have been fine with no TV available. The home was clean for the most part. We appreciated the washer and dryer and large kitchen as well as 2 full bathrooms. We are 1 of several in our family that visit Grove and have already recommended this property. We will absolutely be staying again.

The Bluffs is a beautiful place to stay. They have everything you need and well kept. The back yard was my favorite spot. Definitely animal lovers, as all the dogs greet you just as described.

Great place. Loved all the decor. Host responded in a timely & gracious manner...even when I asked what "should have been" an easily figured out dilemma - how to lock the front door! I appreciated his kindness! The property was just like what was described. We enjoyed the friendly area dogs! Great outdoor space - we were glad it finally warmed up enough to enjoy it a bit our last day! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great place! Beautiful views and the back yard was nice. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I have is curtains for the sliding door in the master. Not much privacy when you are getting undressed and the sun shines in very early in the morning.

This has got to be one of VRBO'S Best listings. The property/Home is exactly as offered !!! The Owners made sure from start to end our stay was PERFECT! One of the many things we loved about this home was the Master Bedroom décor which is beautifully done in a "World Traveler theme, as if you were on an Expedition. The home is open and bright plenty of room for all. The back your with its firepit, lights, seating areas and beautiful view of the lake, cant help but make you relax, it was one of my favorite places to hangout both morning and evening. The Parking is exactly as the listing states which we were so Thankful for. And the local Pets you get greeted and visited by really made it feel like home away from home... I fell in love with (Ling ling) :) We would HIGHLY recommend this Home for all !!! To the Owners and Home Team.........Thank you for such a Beautiful place for our Family Trip. We will be back !!!!

Loved the view. Could not open balcony door easily as it was off track. Outdoor furniture dirty and cobwebs and spiders on them. Dishwasher is not anchored properly. When you open it, it falls forward and racks fall forward. There were spiders and cobwebs on furniture and corners, had cobwebs on ceiling fans. Description of amenities was not correct as there was no hot tub (one reason we chose it). Could not get propane grill to light so had to go buy charcoal to cook outside. Beds were all small queens. Not enough forks for our 5 person family (3 forks in the entire house). Board games were fun. TV entertainment was a challenge as no instructions but we figured it out finally.

This is a great location for watching birds right from the backyard! We arrived just in time to see the pelicans before they migrated south. Beautiful sunrise view from the east-facing balcony and backyard deck. Perfect eating and sleeping arrangements for our family of 4.

We were traveling to a family Christmas dinner and just stopped for the night. Check-in was very simple. Received the codes via email before we arrived and went right in. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Even had a Christmas tree. Had breakfast at Drakes on the way out of town. Great place.

Overall the place was very clean and pleasant. Great view. Nice Amenities. However, there were no curtains on the bedrooms facing east. This meant very early rising due to rooms being very bright! Also turned up thermostat twice with no noticeable difference in house temperature

This property was very pet friendly. Beautiful site with the lake view. They have made the back yard safe for dogs of all sizes. The weather was not very nice for us and we had to enjoy the view from inside. This house is a tri-level and all bedrooms are on the upper level, kitchen on the mid-level and living area on the bottom which proved a bit difficult for my spouse who recently suffered a small stroke. Suggestions: provide cable or even local chanels by antenna. The smart TVs do not connect to IPHONE, only androids.

Words can’t describe how lovely our stay was here. We had six people in our group. The house is the perfect lake view house. The view is breathtaking. The neighborhood is fun with lots of sweet dogs and kids. It was peaceful and quiet and everything we hoped it would be. Planning on going back next year!

The Bluffs is a beautiful place to stay. They have everything you need and well kept. The back yard was my favorite spot. Definitely animal lovers, as all the dogs greet you just as described.

Neat place to stay on the lake. Super friendly animals that really like attention. Inside was really nice also. Only down side was the is no water access on the property. Other than that we would recommend it and potentially use this again

Great place. Loved all the decor. Host responded in a timely & gracious manner...even when I asked what "should have been" an easily figured out dilemma - how to lock the front door! I appreciated his kindness! The property was just like what was described. We enjoyed the friendly area dogs! Great outdoor space - we were glad it finally warmed up enough to enjoy it a bit our last day! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Good location with easy access to Honey Creek marina, shopping and restaurants. home is a little farther off the water than I perceived from photos but still an amazing view. Very responsive owner communication was great.

This has got to be one of VRBO'S Best listings. The property/Home is exactly as offered !!! The Owners made sure from start to end our stay was PERFECT! One of the many things we loved about this home was the Master Bedroom décor which is beautifully done in a "World Traveler theme, as if you were on an Expedition. The home is open and bright plenty of room for all. The back your with its firepit, lights, seating areas and beautiful view of the lake, cant help but make you relax, it was one of my favorite places to hangout both morning and evening. The Parking is exactly as the listing states which we were so Thankful for. And the local Pets you get greeted and visited by really made it feel like home away from home... I fell in love with (Ling ling) :) We would HIGHLY recommend this Home for all !!! To the Owners and Home Team.........Thank you for such a Beautiful place for our Family Trip. We will be back !!!!

Four of us stayed for a few days. The property had enough space for all. The backyard sitting area was great and the upper deck was perfect to watch the sunrise.

This is a great location for watching birds right from the backyard! We arrived just in time to see the pelicans before they migrated south. Beautiful sunrise view from the east-facing balcony and backyard deck. Perfect eating and sleeping arrangements for our family of 4.

Loved the view. Could not open balcony door easily as it was off track. Outdoor furniture dirty and cobwebs and spiders on them. Dishwasher is not anchored properly. When you open it, it falls forward and racks fall forward. There were spiders and cobwebs on furniture and corners, had cobwebs on ceiling fans. Description of amenities was not correct as there was no hot tub (one reason we chose it). Could not get propane grill to light so had to go buy charcoal to cook outside. Beds were all small queens. Not enough forks for our 5 person family (3 forks in the entire house). Board games were fun. TV entertainment was a challenge as no instructions but we figured it out finally.
