The house was great, but the location wasn't. I hate dinging a place for its location, but it really wasn't a nice area. The neighborhood wasn't what I would call a bad neighborhood, but I was a little nervous about my truck when we first arrived. The driveway is probably 40 feet from the house, so you really couldn't hear anything if someone broke in. However, nothing happened and we were comfortable after that. The other thing is it's not centrally located. We had never been to Nashville and didn't really know how spread out stuff was. If you were sticking to the north end of town, or going to the Grand Ole Opry, this would be perfect; but we were doing stuff downtown and south of the city, so it was a solid 15-20 minute drive anywhere we wanted to go. That being said, the house itself was wonderful. It was very clean and had a very updated look. Everything seemed new. The bed is a super soft mattress, so if you need a firm mattress for your back, this isn't for you. The property manager, Maria, was also very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay and we would consider staying here again if we returned.

We stayed on here on our honeymoon. They went up and beyond during our stay. We had a small issue when we checked in, but the staff worked hard and fixed the issue. Couldnt had asked for anything better. Would come back again and stay here.

This property was just as advertised. It was obvious it had been recently updated. There was a small issue when we arrived, and a text to the owner resulted in a fast response to resolve it. The one bedroom/ one bath space was just the right size for the two of us who stayed, and had plenty room to allow us to have our daughter over for a while to visit. It was a pleasant experience all the way around.

This property is perfect for us. We make this annual July trip for an event hosted by some friends who live locally. This house 5 minutes from one of our event locations and 10 minutes from the other. PERFECT. The house itself is nicely appointed with everything we would ever need and MORE. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and living areas. The host(s) are very responsive and hospitable. We WILL be back next year.

Security system and screen door did not seem to work properly. Bed was very comfortable and overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. Plenty of room and the location met our needs.

This reservation was for my parents who visited me for the holidays. Everything was as described and very clean. The management company was communicative and responsive, though they didn’t really need anything because the house was so well kept! Would recommend!
