The house was in a great location for us, only 10 minutes from where our son lived and also 2 or so minutes from a good grocery store. The home was very comfortable to stay in and the kitchen which we used daily for breakfast was very well equipped. I was thankful for the air conditioning in the house, and for the laundry facilities which were right next to the kitchen (not up or down the stairs). The three TV’s with Netflix and YouTube were an unusual surprise! I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Westside Charmer. It loved up to its name. The host is excellent and has thought of everything to make your time at her home pleasant, comfortable, and cozy. This property is adorable. A quant spot in the city that is dog friendly. They have everything you need as a home away from home. My daughter lives a block down the road, and we were able to cook a wonderful Easter dinner. The dogs loved the walks down to the park, and we felt safe walking day and night. I hope to able return in the future.

This was easily the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing house our family of 4 has rented. Everything was as described. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore GR as well as take short trips to the coast (Holland and Grand Haven). Also highly recommend the Meijer Sculpture Gardens if you have never been!

We had a great day! Every room was thoughtfully arranged and very clean. There are many little details that were greatly appreciated in the house! For example, laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. There was a fully stocked first aid kit, in case of an emergency. Each morning we had Keurig coffee, on the house! I loved the decor throughout the house, and felt very at home. As mentioned in another review, the neighborhood was just average. However, it would not sway me from renting here again!

We had a nice time, the neighborhood is up and coming but close to downtown and easy to get to. The host was amazing and was very prompt with communicating. She put a lot of thought to making her place as accommodating as possible. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a cute house by the edge of Grand Rapids. Awesome location for going to downtown or east side of GR. Host was wonderful. Such a sweet person. Very quick to respond to messages. Would love to stay at this place again. It was also very clean and well maintained.

I loved the decor throughout the house, and felt very at home. As mentioned in another review, the neighborhood was just average. However, it would not sway me from renting here again!

This property is adorable. A quant spot in the city that is dog friendly. They have everything you need as a home away from home. My daughter lives a block down the road, and we were able to cook a wonderful Easter dinner. The dogs loved the walks down to the park, and we felt safe walking day and night. I hope to able return in the future.

Absolutely love this rental! Second time staying and love the fact it is dog friendly. This is middle ground for my family so we enjoy having our Easter holiday here. Having the park down the road helps with keeping our pupps happy. It has everything you need to cook a good dinner. We were very happy to be able to check in a little early as we needed to drop the dogs off before picking our son up from the airport. We added a last minute easter egg hunt for a little one who joined us unexpectedly. And the neighborhood is very uneventful. The home sleeps 3 comfortably
