A great property with lots of room for families. 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large dining room, kitchen/family room, sitting room, deck,hot tub and a block to the beach. A short walk along the beachfront promenade takes you to downtown Seaside. A great place to visit!

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom! Plus, there is a half-bath between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Pots, pans, coffee maker, electric teakettle, cookie sheets, 2 ovens, gas stovetop, drinking glasses, wine glasses, ceramic mugs, griddle, Ziploc bags, tea bags, hot pads, dishwasher, and microwave. The house has a large, beautiful back patio with a barbecue, large table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a fire pit. We ate several meals out on the deck. We also enjoyed some reading on the lounge chairs while we listened to the birds sing. The house offered a wide variety of beach accessories: towels, beach cart, and umbrella. Our family plans on coming back each year! This is our second year staying here. The first time, it rained buckets and we made excellent use of the many gas fireplaces and many comfortable places to congregate (large dining room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, reading nook between bedrooms and living room, living room). This year, it was hot, so we enjoyed the 0.3 mile walk straight down from the front door to the ocean. What a perfect location!

We stayed here for a family gathering with people coming from all over - even someone who cycled all the way from Seattle (wouldn’t recommend that). This place was set up perfectly for hanging out inside in kitchen/great room, outside on deck, around firepit and in hot tub. We enjoyed a large MBR plus everyone had their own bathrooms. Hooks on walls in entryway kept order. Plentiful soaps, toiletries, paper products. But the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Fridge was empty on arrival but oils, seasonings, and every cooking implement imaginable was available. We stayed casual but plenty of space for a formal meal. My daughters loved the numerous collections and decorations in the many rooms, most of which having desks. Within walking distance of beach and downtown eateries. Not a view property but outdoor space is lovely for post adventure relaxing. Host was available upon contact. Enough parking for our 4 vehicles. No complaints or recommendations as this was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Seaside home! The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for large groups—our party of 10 had more than enough room to relax and enjoy. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the layout allowed everyone to have their own space while still feeling connected.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and we loved gathering around the large dining table. The outdoor space was a highlight—the hot tub and deck were wonderful!The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to the Seaside Promenade. We booked this property for Spring Break with myself and 3 children and we were so pleased with our stay! The property has a ton of space and is stocked with anything you might need! I work remote so looked for a property that offered some space for kids to play and me to work. This property has separated spaces that was just what we needed! Property is conveniently located at the end of the prom, which offered a quick and nice walk down to Broadway and activities. The owners left treats upon check-in, which made the kids so happy and were easy to reach with the few questions we had. There are 6 bedrooms, with 6 bathrooms, making this property an amazing choice for groups or families! There is a great backyard space to hang and spend time with family or friends around the fire pit, playing games, or relaxing in the hot tub!

We celebrated several happy occasions this year with a trip to Seaside - 6 adults and 4 grandkids (ages 10-19). The location was wonderful - at the north end of the Prom, close to beach access and about a 15-20 minute walk to the main street, Broadway.Because the house is located at the end of the Prom, the area is very quiet with not much traffic or people walking around. Our grandkids are old enough to go out on their own, which they did (walked to the downtown area, played volleyball on the beach, etc.).The house is old but there is plenty of room; every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully stocked. All 10 of us could sit at the dining room table without being crowded. Every drawer and light switch is labeled so it made looking for things very easy.There are a few steps to navigate on the first floor but stairs aren't a problem for our crew. The deck is lovely, we barbequed one of our meals, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub. There are two refrigerators which made storing our food very easy.The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a place to set up a card table for playing games, bridge, doing a puzzle, etc. We weren't there long enough for it to be an issue for us but if that's an important thing to anyone, I couldn't figure out where to set up a card table and chairs.The house was clean and the owner is very responsive. We made lasting memories for our family.

Everything was spot on. The space and the hot tub were great, it was less than two blocks from the ADA accessible beach access walkway on 12th. We received a notice that the owners were staying in the adjoining unit but aside from being very responsive to our questions didn't bother us at all. The reviews are corect in that the kitchen has everything a group of humans could want and more! We ended up making pizzas in the twin ovens! Honestly I felt kind of guilty as we left 40 minutes later than expected and I had to quiet down a couple of unruly guests but the hosts very much took it in stride (thanks!!). For the price what you get for this property is incredible with regards to location, bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities. Cannot recommend enough!

This house was LARGE!! We had 9 family members for our Seaside Gathering. Incredible that we each had our own bathroom! Awesome! The kitchen was great: size, stove/ovens, labels on all cupboards & drawers, tons of cooking items, & counter space was wonderful. Overall the Summer House was very clean, well-stocked, cute decor, lovely “secluded” back yard with large deck, close to beach, had beach chairs & wagon to haul our wood for nightly beach fires! A great time was had by all!!! We would rent this house again! Thank you!!!

This is the perfect house for a family gathering! This home has six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with a living room, dining room, patio, hot tub, and den. It allows for people to gather in groups of two, three, or even ten people. The kitchen has virtually everything anyone could want: two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, 2 refrigerators with ice maker and water filter, coffee maker (with coffee beans and ground coffee), electric teakettle (a drawer of decaf teas and a drawer of caffeinated teas), and large kitchen sink with sprayer. It comes stocked with cookie sheets, mixing/serving bowls, hot pads, oven mitts, Ziploc bags, wax paper, Saran wrap, glass measuring cups, electric griddle, stock pot, frying pans, sauce pans, lids for everything, flatware, enough plates and bowls for multiple meals, mugs, wine glasses, tumblers, sippy cups, toddler silverware, and placemats. Plus, two dog dishes. The spacious patio has comfortable furniture and a barbecue.For beach play, they provide folding chairs, towels, and a wagon. The house is a short walk to the beach (down the street and over a dune). I cannot recommend this rental house enough! Great space, well-equipped, and within walking distance to the beach!

We had a 3 generation family vacation here. Grandparents (2), adult kids (4), and young grandkids (3). This house met our needs perfectly. The house was very clean, close to the beach and town, provided everything that could be needed, and was very roomy and comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating in assuring we had the best stay possible. Highly recommend this property!

This was such a fun place to stay! Perfect any scenario where people desire their own space as well as common spaces to share, such as a girls weekend, or multi-generational family trip, or multiple families. Each bedroom has its own sitting area and bathroom, (amazing) and many have their own fireplace (bonus!). The kitchen is amazingly stocked with anything you need and more. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. Would definitely rent again.

Don’t pass on this house! It has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed. The house was spotless and spacious for 8 adults. We enjoyed all the extra amenities it offers. The patio out back was perfection and a great spot to unwind or drink your coffee.

Our grandkids are old enough to go out on their own, which they did (walked to the downtown area, played volleyball on the beach, etc.).The house is old but there is plenty of room; every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully stocked. All 10 of us could sit at the dining room table without being crowded. Every drawer and light switch is labeled so it made looking for things very easy.There are a few steps to navigate on the first floor but stairs aren't a problem for our crew. The deck is lovely, we barbequed one of our meals, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub. There are two refrigerators which made storing our food very easy.The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a place to set up a card table for playing games, bridge, doing a puzzle, etc. We weren't there long enough for it to be an issue for us but if that's an important thing to anyone, I couldn't figure out where to set up a card table and chairs.The house was clean and the owner is very responsive. We made lasting memories for our family.

This I the perfect house location for a beach vacation. 2 blocks away is beach access with a long walkway to the sand - great for pulling a toddler wagon. We went crabbing off the 12th St bridge which is 2 blocks the other direction. The house has everything you might need from umbrellas to beach towels. It’s very well maintained and the gourmet kitchen is fabulous. The bedrooms are all en suite and well furnished. Ample parking provided. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay at Summer House again!

We loved staying here - the place is well furnished and abundantly equipped! We enjoyed having enough bedrooms (and baths) for everyone and loved all the “beachy” decor. Our only suggestion would be to equip one of the downstairs showers with bars. Otherwise it was pretty much perfect.

The house was perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children, so much room! Everyone including the kids had their own bathroom. I have not seen such a well stocked rental before. The house is so close to the beach, short walk to the downtown area, restaurants, shops, brewery. We used the hot tub in the evenings to relax. Great place!

Excellent hosts and home! The check-in process was smooth, with a welcome gift left by the hosts. The kitchen is AMAZING, with literally anything you could ever need, all very well labeled. The space is so great for extended family. We had our adult children and their spouses with us, and everyone had their own space (including their own bathroom!), but plenty of space for gathering and a big dining room table board games (or eating, if that's your thing :D). The location is perfect, with an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to the tourist trap shopping district. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Of the 10 visits to Seaside, this 6/6 house is the best. Great rooms for 6 adults or 6 couples. All rooms have their own BR. The kitchen is a chef’s delight very well equipped. The location is lovely because it’s quieter toward the ends of the town but easy access to Broad street and the beach. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a family gathering with people coming from all over - even someone who cycled all the way from Seattle (wouldn’t recommend that). This place was set up perfectly for hanging out inside in kitchen/great room, outside on deck, around firepit and in hot tub. We enjoyed a large MBR plus everyone had their own bathrooms. Hooks on walls in entryway kept order. Plentiful soaps, toiletries, paper products. But the kitchen was amazingly well stocked. Fridge was empty on arrival but oils, seasonings, and every cooking implement imaginable was available. We stayed casual but plenty of space for a formal meal. My daughters loved the numerous collections and decorations in the many rooms, most of which having desks. Within walking distance of beach and downtown eateries. Not a view property but outdoor space is lovely for post adventure relaxing. Host was available upon contact. Enough parking for our 4 vehicles. No complaints or recommendations as this was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

We had a 3 generation family vacation here. Grandparents (2), adult kids (4), and young grandkids (3). This house met our needs perfectly. The house was very clean, close to the beach and town, provided everything that could be needed, and was very roomy and comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating in assuring we had the best stay possible. Highly recommend this property!

We celebrated several happy occasions this year with a trip to Seaside - 6 adults and 4 grandkids (ages 10-19). Everything was spot on. The space and the hot tub were great, it was less than two blocks from the ADA accessible beach access walkway on 12th. We received a notice that the owners were staying in the adjoining unit but aside from being very responsive to our questions didn't bother us at all. The reviews are corect in that the kitchen has everything a group of humans could want and more! We ended up making pizzas in the twin ovens! Honestly I felt kind of guilty as we left 40 minutes later than expected and I had to quiet down a couple of unruly guests but the hosts very much took it in stride (thanks!!). For the price what you get for this property is incredible with regards to location, bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities. Cannot recommend enough!

All ten of us (5 couples) meet twice a year around the northwest. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The communication with the owner was excellent before and during our stay. A great place with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and only a couple of blocks to the beach.

We celebrated several happy occasions this year with a trip to Seaside - 6 adults and 4 grandkids (ages 10-19). The location was wonderful - at the north end of the Prom, close to beach access and about a 15-20 minute walk to the main street, Broadway.Because the house is located at the end of the Prom, the area is very quiet with not much traffic or people walking around. Our grandkids are old enough to go out on their own, which they did (walked to the downtown area, played volleyball on the beach, etc.).The house is old but there is plenty of room; every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kitchen is fully stocked. All 10 of us could sit at the dining room table without being crowded. Every drawer and light switch is labeled so it made looking for things very easy.There are a few steps to navigate on the first floor but stairs aren't a problem for our crew. The deck is lovely, we barbequed one of our meals, and some of us enjoyed the hot tub. There are two refrigerators which made storing our food very easy.The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a place to set up a card table for playing games, bridge, doing a puzzle, etc. We weren't there long enough for it to be an issue for us but if that's an important thing to anyone, I couldn't figure out where to set up a card table and chairs.The house was clean and the owner is very responsive. We made lasting memories for our family.

This I the perfect house location for a beach vacation. 2 blocks away is beach access with a long walkway to the sand - great for pulling a toddler wagon. We went crabbing off the 12th St bridge which is 2 blocks the other direction. The house has everything you might need from umbrellas to beach towels. It’s very well maintained and the gourmet kitchen is fabulous. The bedrooms are all en suite and well furnished. Ample parking provided. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We hope to stay at Summer House again!

Everything was spot on. The space and the hot tub were great, it was less than two blocks from the ADA accessible beach access walkway on 12th. We received a notice that the owners were staying in the adjoining unit but aside from being very responsive to our questions didn't bother us at all. The reviews are corect in that the kitchen has everything a group of humans could want and more! We ended up making pizzas in the twin ovens! Honestly I felt kind of guilty as we left 40 minutes later than expected and I had to quiet down a couple of unruly guests but the hosts very much took it in stride (thanks!!). For the price what you get for this property is incredible with regards to location, bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities. Cannot recommend enough!

This house was LARGE!! We had 9 family members for our Seaside Gathering. Incredible that we each had our own bathroom! Awesome! The kitchen was great: size, stove/ovens, labels on all cupboards & drawers, tons of cooking items, & counter space was wonderful. Overall the Summer House was very clean, well-stocked, cute decor, lovely “secluded” back yard with large deck, close to beach, had beach chairs & wagon to haul our wood for nightly beach fires! A great time was had by all!!! We would rent this house again! Thank you!!!

Excellent hosts and home! The check-in process was smooth, with a welcome gift left by the hosts. The kitchen is AMAZING, with literally anything you could ever need, all very well labeled. The space is so great for extended family. We had our adult children and their spouses with us, and everyone had their own space (including their own bathroom!), but plenty of space for gathering and a big dining room table board games (or eating, if that's your thing :D). The location is perfect, with an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to the tourist trap shopping district. We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

My particular group of friends gets together once or twice a year at house on the Oregon coast, so we've done this before. This house is by far the best stocked house we have ever seen. They literally have everything. I am so used to having to bring my own specialty items and they had a really great selection of things already stocked like oils, salts and spices. Cooker! The layout of the house is odd but works. All six bedrooms have their own bathroom which is a rare find. Multiple living areas and a separate dining room. Make this a really great space for groups when you want to spread out. The owners were great. I had one very small issue and they came over and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They were very gracious.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom! Plus, there is a half-bath between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Pots, pans, coffee maker, electric teakettle, cookie sheets, 2 ovens, gas stovetop, drinking glasses, wine glasses, ceramic mugs, griddle, Ziploc bags, tea bags, hot pads, dishwasher, and microwave. The house has a large, beautiful back patio with a barbecue, large table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a fire pit. We ate several meals out on the deck. We also enjoyed some reading on the lounge chairs while we listened to the birds sing. The house offered a wide variety of beach accessories: towels, beach cart, and umbrella. Our family plans on coming back each year! This is our second year staying here. The first time, it rained buckets and we made excellent use of the many gas fireplaces and many comfortable places to congregate (large dining room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, reading nook between bedrooms and living room, living room). This year, it was hot, so we enjoyed the 0.3 mile walk straight down from the front door to the ocean. What a perfect location!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Seaside home! The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for large groups—our party of 10 had more than enough room to relax and enjoy. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, and the layout allowed everyone to have their own space while still feeling connected.The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals together, and we loved gathering around the large dining table. This was my fourth year spending my birthday at this Seaside getaway! My whole family looks forward to the location every year! Each room is beautifully decorated and has its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have sitting rooms; one of these rooms has a day-bed with a pull-out bed, which was perfect for a 3-year-old. When it comes to kid's stuff, the house comes complete with a high chair, pack'n'play, wagon, beach towels, and sand toys. The kitchen is perfect for a family reunion or getaway with a fully stocked kitchen. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cookie sheets, serving dishes, silverware, placemats, and kitchen utensils. We love the double ovens and often use both at the same time! For the fair weather visits, there is a barbecue on the deck (we cooked burgers one day and steaks the next). The kitchen has plenty of barbecue utensils. The living room has comfortable seating for 6+. The dining room comfortably seats 14 people (12 at the dining room table). This is a comfortable space with a window seat and a cozy gas fireplace. We ate meals and played games in the dining room. The neighborhood is quiet and only a couple of easy blocks from the beach. It is just a short drive from downtown Seaside. We always have a lovely time in this vacation home! We cannot recommend it enough!

This is an AMAZING house! The kitchen is set up with more supplies than I could ever have hoped! Easy walk to the beach and Promenade and the kids loved the hot tub. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

This is the perfect house for a family gathering! This home has six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, along with a living room, dining room, patio, hot tub, and den. It allows for people to gather in groups of two, three, or even ten people. The kitchen has virtually everything anyone could want: two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, 2 refrigerators with ice maker and water filter, coffee maker (with coffee beans and ground coffee), electric teakettle (a drawer of decaf teas and a drawer of caffeinated teas), and large kitchen sink with sprayer. It comes stocked with cookie sheets, mixing/serving bowls, hot pads, oven mitts, Ziploc bags, wax paper, Saran wrap, glass measuring cups, electric griddle, stock pot, frying pans, sauce pans, lids for everything, flatware, enough plates and bowls for multiple meals, mugs, wine glasses, tumblers, sippy cups, toddler silverware, and placemats. Plus, two dog dishes. The spacious patio has comfortable furniture and a barbecue.For beach play, they provide folding chairs, towels, and a wagon. The house is a short walk to the beach (down the street and over a dune). I cannot recommend this rental house enough! Great space, well-equipped, and within walking distance to the beach!

Very well supplied, so well in fact spend time looking for items (many labeled drawers and cabinets) since we knew it had to be there somewhere! Had everything we needed and was nice that everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy walk to the beach and nice off street parking for 5 vehicles. Dinning table large enough for the group so it was nice to all be seated together. Even had a second refrigerator which was nice. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay.
