This property worked great for our guys Spring Training Trip. We had six guys and the five bedrooms and three baths worked well. Great TV room and really nice kitchen. We also enjoyed the heated pool. The location was good for the ball games we wanted to see and great restaurants and shopping were close by. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. There is a coffee shop close enought to walk to.

The home is very nice. We stayed for 30 days and used the pool about 28 of those days. The pool is a little small but we loved it, very warm. The neighborhood is very quiet. The TV options are all streaming. We are not very technical so it took us awhile to get used to. The owner is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The home could use more furniture in the living room and bedrooms.

We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.Just a couple of minor things we noticed during our stay; the light in the master closet didn’t seem to be working, and the garage cans were already filled, we weren’t able to get in the pool because it never heated up. Great stay!! Beautiful home and excellent host. Kim was very helpful and friendly. There were 11 in our group. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. Our little granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool a couple times each day. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Outstanding home close to everything north or Phoenix. We rented this home for our family as we were moving our son to GCU. The house is huge, beds comfortable, outside area tropical. Pool was nice to lounge in. Check in and out process was super easy. Kim is a great host to deal eith.

The host was excellent. The property was dated. Needed more furniture in the large tv room as it only accommodated 4 people. The bedrooms were sparse as the had only a night stand for clothes and the two bedrooms shared a bathroom where the door was paper thin. The heated pool was great. The kitchen had limited glasses and needed more dishes. Overall a good experience but the house needed updating overall.

The house was beautiful, exactly as described. The check in process was smooth, other than me having trouble opening the lockbox. The owner was easily available for contact, which made the process easy. The only issue we had was some minor cleaning issues, like the fridge, oven, and cabinets needed to be cleaned, along with outside grill. Luckily we didn't need the grill because we cooked are food before we came, otherwise it would have been an inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend

Absolutely loved this property. Six adults with lots of room, huge kitchen and lovely backyard. The weather was cooler so we didn't get to use the pool but overall very inviting. Response from the owner about a few minor things was exceptionally fast and very much appreciated. Great neighborhood and close to everything. Will stay again!

This property worked great for our guys Spring Training Trip. We had six guys and the five bedrooms and three baths worked well. Great TV room and really nice kitchen. We also enjoyed the heated pool. The location was good for the ball games we wanted to see and great restaurants and shopping were close by. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. There is a coffee shop close enought to walk to.

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. Plenty of room for everyone and able to enjoy the pool. The place is spacious and clean. Close by to all the places we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again the next time we visit the Phoenix area. Thanks Kim!

The pool was amazing! Great place with tons of space! Owner was great at communicating, would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a quiet house with tons of space and close to so many great things to do in Phoenix.

I searched very long and hard to find a sizable home for three days and host family members. It needed to be close to Glendale. I was so thrilled with the location and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, plus outdoor space. My husband loved the garage, large sparkling, clean with beautiful epoxied floor. Having a sizable laundry room with washer and dryer was a big plus. Kim, the host of this property was great with communication as it is our first VRBO experience, and accommodating our special needs with very young children.

Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Great home for large family. Owner was available when we had questions and was on it if problems. Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of space. Pool was a bit small from pictures, but nice to cool off in.

Outstanding home close to everything north or Phoenix. We rented this home for our family as we were moving our son to GCU. The house is huge, beds comfortable, outside area tropical. Pool was nice to lounge in. Check in and out process was super easy. Kim is a great host to deal eith.

Absolutely loved this property. Six adults with lots of room, huge kitchen and lovely backyard. The weather was cooler so we didn't get to use the pool but overall very inviting. The house was beautiful, exactly as described. The check in process was smooth, other than me having trouble opening the lockbox. The owner was easily available for contact, which made the process easy. The only issue we had was some minor cleaning issues, like the fridge, oven, and cabinets needed to be cleaned, along with outside grill. Luckily we didn't need the grill because we cooked are food before we came, otherwise it would have been an inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend

We had such a wonderful time!The house was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we were all incredibly impressed with the amount of space . It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen.Just a couple of minor things we noticed during our stay; the light in the master closet didn’t seem to be working, and the garage cans were already filled, we weren’t able to get in the pool because it never heated up. Great stay!! Beautiful home and excellent host. Kim was very helpful and friendly. There were 11 in our group. We had plenty of space. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. Our little granddaughters enjoyed the heated pool a couple times each day. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

The house is spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Plenty of cooking items in the kitchen. We had a few questions and the owner was very responsive and sent someone over quickly. Great place to stay in Peoria! Street was quiet and peaceful.

The host was excellent. The property was dated. Needed more furniture in the large tv room as it only accommodated 4 people. The bedrooms were sparse as the had only a night stand for clothes and the two bedrooms shared a bathroom where the door was paper thin. The heated pool was great. The kitchen had limited glasses and needed more dishes. Overall a good experience but the house needed updating overall.

The house was lovely- well equipped, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The heated pool and private backyard was an awesome place to relax and entertain the kiddos. Our host was fabulous and provided clear communication. He even was able to help when part of our group was locked out. We would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect! Even before we arrived the communication with Kim was great, every question was answered immediately. Knowing we had an attentive host helped from the moment we entered the door. The place was immaculate. Everything we needed supplied in the kitchen, living areas and laundry. The pool area was beautiful. We spent a lot of our time there, the seating was plentiful and comfortable. We would absolutely request to stay again and would recommend it to friends.
