Outstanding views! No need to leave the property if you do not want to. The property had everything needed for a great stay, pool table, electric blankets for those cooler nights, and more. Walking distance to shop, restaurants, walks, beach on doorstep. Great neighbors too. What a place!

Myself and a work colleague stayed for 3 nights for work. Everything was clean and well set out. Very comfortable. We were working all day but nice to come back and relax at the end of the day. 2 bathrooms which is a plus. You can see the Sealink dock and leave. Didn't get to use the pool table in the end but maybe next time.

The property has had a great new kitchen put in a new oven and cooktop. as well as the second shower and toil/et completely renovated. New curtains and blinds. We have stayed 3 times and is such an idyllic place. Thanks Ros.

The interior is nicely renovated and has all the conveniences of home such as dishwasher and washing machine. The pool table provides a nice break with non-digital fun and the back yard is conveniently enclosed for the dogs.

Beautiful location and very clean property….although it was a work trip it was a treat to be able to relax after work with a walk to the beach. Proximity to shops and services was a big plus for us with this trip. With future work coming up I hope to stay again.

Main shower mixer is reversed. Hot is cold and cold is hot. I wouldn’t want to unknowingly put a small child in there and select the wrong temperature setting.

Check-in was seamless - Ros had left the house opened with the keys on the bench. She turned up later that afternoon to set and light a fire for us, and was able to return the next morning to help us navigate the stovetop.Very helpful and friendly.

What a view! A homely place to stay. Had a couple of unforeseen issues but Ros was so friendly, helpful and accessible that they were quickly rectified. So close to the ferry and local shops and cafe. Also perfect for your furbaby. Just be mindful if you need to work or be contactable there is no WiFi. We hope to return soon

Great views, close to beach and a lovely stroll into town. Very comfy beds. We were very happy with the accommodation including the modern well stocked kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was comfortable and roomy. As we drove there Penneshaw was a great location as it was very close to the ferry. There were some interesting walks nearby. We did a day tour which also left from Penneshaw.Would love to come back and stay at the house for a longer period of time to further explore. We decided not to bring the dogs but the area at the back would be very suitable. Many thanks and regards.
