Wonderful little place just outside Nashville. Close to downtown with everything we needed for our stay. The backyard with fire pit and privacy curtained hot tub was fantastic and relaxing after a day full of hiking. Loved the little creek that runs behind the property whose soothing sounds added to the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Tasty places to eat nearby. Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls was the best cinnamon roll we've ever had and Brozzini's pizza was delicious! Staff at both places were so friendly. Wonderful place (cute, clean and lots of thoughtful little touches) to unwind and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Location and amenities are the two major deciding factors when listing or renting a property. The ONLY reason we were willing to pay this much for a rental was the hot tub. It didn't get above 92 degrees. We turned the thermostat up to 103 and left the cover on for two hours. We tried to get in but it was colder than bath weather so we had to get out after a few minutes. Very disappointed. Otherwise the property was great and as described in the listing

This is our second time staying at this home and it was was immaculate! We were close to everything. We had a nice fire in the back yard. There’s plenty of firewood. We enjoyed the fall colors

The house was clean, well stocked, and had the extra touches that make it feel like home. My best friend and I did two nights at the property. We loved the area and will return. Our only complaint was that the hot tub doesn’t get very warm. We stayed in the winter so it was a bummer. The house is on a busy somewhat busy road without side walks so although close to town you won’t want to walk. However, we would stay again.

This property is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Backyard is a special plus, with the creek, firepit and hot tub. We did have difficulty kerping the hot tub up to temperature, but the property manager quickly responded when notified of the issue.

The cottage is adorable and cozy! Certainly wouldn't want more than 4 people, but for the 4 or us it was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub while freezing winds blew. It was fantastic! Extremely clean, very well decorated and conveniently located near all the fun spots in town!

Our time at the Bullfrog Bungalow was more than we could have hoped for! It was clean and cozy - the perfect place to have a couple of restful days away from home! It was quiet and the perfect distance to downtown Nashville and Brown County State Park! We will be back! Although we had a rocky start with check in due to our cabin not being clean, the host Courtney was on it and got someone out asap to clean our cabin. Besides that we loved this cabin. Very cute and cozy and super close to town which is convenient. Would stay here again

As a frequent VRBO user, I can honesty rate this house. First off, the house was clean and had a fairly good use of space. Location is great for Nashville and 35 minutes to the heart of Bloomington. You can walk to town, but there is really no shoulder so there is a little risk involved. The backyard was nice, comfortable, a cute brook runs behind the house. The bedroom are small, and as a result do not have dressers. A small closet to hang stuff is available. Large TV’s in every room with Roku, which was nice. The kitchen is a decent size, with an island to prep or eat at. There is a dining area table. The kitchen is kinda sparse relative to other places I’ve been. There’s a Keurig machine with ample pods. One bathroom. Shower is nice, but water pressure is very low. The hot tub works and was clean. We were a family of four and I’d say that’s the limit for this bungalow. All in all a decent value.

We found this place to be the best fit for our family of 4. Spacious enough that we all had some privacy if needed, but cozy when we wanted to hangout together. Cute fireplace, a kitchen with all you'll need for meal time and cozy beds! And the backyard space is amazing! Clean, spacious hot tub and fire put for s'mores and beverages! Word of caution: The walk into downtown is up a fairly steep hill and there aren't sidewalks until you get closer. Lots of busy traffic on the main entrance road. We generally walk everywhere, but found it not ideal with the kids. Otherwise, everything about this place is perfect! We will be back!

My adult daughter and I did a short weekend stay to visit Nashville shops and restaurants. The bungalow was the perfect size for the two of us! It’s lovely inside and out and had everything we needed. We would’ve taken advantage of the hot tub and fire pit had we stayed longer. We’ll definitely keep this on our list for future visits.

Let’s start with the Host- she was great! Very responsive and kind. The home was adorable and the bed was super comfy! We LOVED the hot tub and fun setup out back. Clean and cozy. Convenient location. Well appointed with all linens and nice assortment of kitchen ware and appliances. Responsive host. Great for a couple or family of 4 with children. Definitely recommend staying here. Would stay here again. Couch could use replacing.

Property was very clean and the outdoor space was lovely. The road outside the cabin was very busy, so be prepared for that. However, you are close to town, shopping, dining, and all the entertainment, which can be a plus.

Great stay near Nashville and the host was very thoughtful/helpful. WiFi was down for the stay and they offered us a nice refund without us even asking. Great integrity and service by them!
