Our stayed has mixed reviews. It had plenty of room for our family. 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. The layout of the house was nice. The pool was nice for the kids to get energy out. The mattresses were comfortable. We did have issues with the house when we arrived but it was easy to get in contact with the host. Some negatives - the living room furniture is very cheap and not comfortable. The bedsheets on the 3 beds used all felt damp. We saw fruit flies throughout our stay all through the house. Enough to get my attention.

We had a blast! Enjoyed the pool, very clean! Only complaint was that our stay was too short and the weather didn't cooperate. 😉

I don’t even know where to begin. This place was incredible. We didn’t plan to stay in Texas but needed a place last-minute as our other VRBO fell through. From nearly-instant communication at my first inquiry to the closing of the door as we checked out, this place was top to bottom fabulous. It was clean. We got incredible communication throughout the entire stay. We felt like we were in paradise. The pool was so awesome. It was me and my 5 teens for the stay and we all loved it. Lots of bedrooms to get your own space away from others and the main areas were open and wonderful for communicating with each other. I honestly don’t know what to say other than - don’t hesitate to book this property. It was our first real VRBO stay and I’m not sure it gets much better!!
