Charming 5br New Sudbury home w/ AC, Cable + Wifi

Very nice and good location

Wonderful hosts, great home - very spacious and clean.

Had a 3-night stay with family at this location. Upon arrival, there was a very strong pet odor and cleanliness was not satisfactory. Utensils were still dirty in the drawer, hair and food in the utensil holder, glasses were dirty, spider webs everywhere. We did not have any face cloths, hand towels or extra bath towels. Springs in beds were sticking outwhen sleeping.

We (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul and Paul's place. They are excellent and responsive hosts. The property was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the first aid kit was a nice addition. The street the house is on is quiet with little traffic and its location made it easy to access key points around Sudbury (5 min to groceries/pharmacy, 15 min to Science North). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house.

Had to be in Sudbury for a celebration of life. House was perfect for 2 families (5 adults + 3 kids). Parking for 3 cars. Kitchen was well stocked. Sharp cooking knives! Beds were comfortable. Hosts very responsive to any questions. Would stay again.
