The home was very well located, had some of the best facilities and had a very good selection of cooking items. The only thing I could suggest is that the step to the back yard and cloths line have a new top step tread as it is quite dangerous with such a small tread on the top

Has everything you could need, big space inside and out. Great communication. Bedrooms were comfy and beds made up well. Bathrooms were clean. They house isn't new, but no issues for us at all. Loved the table tennis and big bath!

The house was ideal for the 8 of us with space to spare and reasonably close to all the local attractions.The rooms were well set up and amenities provided were excellent. The rain kept us indoors some of the time but the games provided kept us occupied.

The house is excellent for big groups. Plenty of space upstairs for everyone to gather around the TV to enjoy movies together or the games room downstairs. The check in process was seamless. And Jeremy provided plenty of detail about the house to ensure we could use all of the amenities correctly.

Our stay at Jeremy's beautiful home was everything and more! Two separate living areas, a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms this place has everything a big group could need. The fireplace was great for the chilly nights. The BBQ was perfect and the deck to relax on after a long day exploring had beautiful sea views on one side and rolling hills on the other. Our two small dogs settled right in straight away and loved the property. Will definitely stay here again, thanks Jeremy!

Had the most amazing time, booked for two nights with friends. The space was way more spacious than we thought, massive rooms and entertainment areas. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans, massive plus with the dishwasher! Would defiantly recommend this stay, the beach is an easy walk and very close to the corner store!

Great well equipped comfortable house short stroll from the beach. The kitchen has an abundance of the latest appliances with lots of crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. A lovely secure family oriented property and very safe for our four legged friends.

Such a fantastic stay. The house was well furnished, had great, large spaces and a beautiful deck looking out with ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor barbecue was fantastic, many a grand meals were had! Fire place made it all nice and cosy and the internet speed was sufficient. A very short walk to a cafe and the beach. Would highly recommend.

The house is well appointed, fire place was wonderful for the winter stay. Rooms were clean well kept and bed was very comfortable. Only a quick stroll to Smiths beach and a cafe the same. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful views, wildlife at your doorstep and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day if you don't feel like streaming something. We really enjoyed our stay in Smith Beach. Jeremy was lovely and allowed us to arrive while cleaners finishing off as we arrived a little early. This home has everything you would ever need for your stay! Modern kitchen and bathrooms and everything was spotless. Great location, walking distance to beautiful Smith Beach.Would definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to booking again in 2025.

We had the most fantastic stay at this property - 5 old friends who have an annual get together. The house was spotless, the beds extremely comfortable and every little thing has been thought of. We were so comfortable!! Thank you Jeremy - I really hope to stay again!

This was my second time staying here - the first was a girls trip and this time was with my family. The house is lovely - so warm and cosy with the fireplace and multiple split systems. The beds are very comfortable and Jeremy’s communication was excellent. It is in such a great spot - easy walk to coffee and beach. Thank you Jeremy - we hope to stay again soon

This is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone. The property is generously appointed in particular the kitchen. This is the best kitchen we have had in a rented property. All the rooms are large so you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is a huge deck around the back half of the house where you can sit and relax and enjoy an ocean view. The property is also a short walk to the delightful Smiths Beach. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hope to revisit again

We (x 10) stayed for two nights in Winter and found the set up to be great. Very comfy beds, lots of rooms, great fire, new kitchen with plenty of appliances, and a great and private balcony set up. Highly recommended location.

We loved this accommodation and it was perfect for our weekend away with friends. The location was amazing, with a view of the ocean, and a short easy walk to get to the beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and living areas that were perfect for a large group. The kitchen was also very large and well stocked which made cooking easy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The only issue was some of the doors are a bit misaligned and hard to open/shut. The only other minor negative was having to take our own linen. It was a bit strange, and would prefer if it was just provided (would be happy to pay the cleaning costs). However these minor negatives were definitely outweighed by the positives and would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here last year with our adult children and their partners and loved it so much they wanted to return again this year. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped and has plenty of room. This place has everything we needed. Communication with Jeremy was prompt and helpful. He even gave us a fantastic recommendation for a place to dine on Saturday night. We'll be staying again.

From the moment we booked for our pet friendly stay Jeremy the host provided brilliant communication to ensure that the moment we arrived we could settle in. The house is well appointed, fire place was wonderful for the winter stay. Rooms were clean well kept and bed was very comfortable. Only a quick stroll to Smiths beach and a cafe the same. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful views, wildlife at your doorstep and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day if you don't feel like streaming something. Highly recommend

The house was ideal for the 8 of us with space to spare and reasonably close to all the local attractions.The rooms were well set up and amenities provided were excellent. The rain kept us indoors some of the time but the games provided kept us occupied.

This was my second time staying here - the first was a girls trip and this time was with my family. The house is lovely - so warm and cosy with the fireplace and multiple split systems. The beds are very comfortable and Jeremy’s communication was excellent. It is in such a great spot - easy walk to coffee and beach. Thank you Jeremy - we hope to stay again soon

We loved this accommodation and it was perfect for our weekend away with friends. The location was amazing, with a view of the ocean, and a short easy walk to get to the beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and living areas that were perfect for a large group. The kitchen was also very large and well stocked which made cooking easy. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The only issue was some of the doors are a bit misaligned and hard to open/shut. The only other minor negative was having to take our own linen. It was a bit strange, and would prefer if it was just provided (would be happy to pay the cleaning costs). However these minor negatives were definitely outweighed by the positives and would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here last year with our adult children and their partners and loved it so much they wanted to return again this year. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well equiped and has plenty of room. This place has everything we needed. Communication with Jeremy was prompt and helpful. He even gave us a fantastic recommendation for a place to dine on Saturday night. We'll be staying again.

Our stay at Jeremy's beautiful home was everything and more! Two separate living areas, a well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and spacious bedrooms this place has everything a big group could need. The fireplace was great for the chilly nights. This is a lovely property with plenty of room for everyone. The property is generously appointed in particular the kitchen. This is the best kitchen we have had in a rented property. All the rooms are large so you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is a huge deck around the back half of the house where you can sit and relax and enjoy an ocean view. The property is also a short walk to the delightful Smiths Beach. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We hope to revisit again

We (x 10) stayed for two nights in Winter and found the set up to be great. Very comfy beds, lots of rooms, great fire, new kitchen with plenty of appliances, and a great and private balcony set up. Highly recommended location.

Great well equipped comfortable house short stroll from the beach. The kitchen has an abundance of the latest appliances with lots of crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. A lovely secure family oriented property and very safe for our four legged friends.

Such a fantastic stay. The house was well furnished, had great, large spaces and a beautiful deck looking out with ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor barbecue was fantastic, many a grand meals were had! Fire place made it all nice and cosy and the internet speed was sufficient. A very short walk to a cafe and the beach. Would highly recommend.

The only thing i couldn't get to work was the netflix on the upstairs tv, but no big deal. Jeremy was a very helpful host and allowed us to check out extra late if we wanted to. Thank you Jeremy.

There was way more then we anticipated. The house was clean, really spacious and we really enjoyed the barbie on the deck too. You are tops 15 minutes away from everything. We would love to come back. Jeremy was available when we needed him and always friendly.
