We really enjoyed the location as it is close to historic downtown. The home was very clean and warming..we will definitely stay again. The parking space was amazing and was cherry on the ice cream, as parking can be very challenging and expensive. The communication with the host was top notch. We loved our stay

Excellent location. A short easy walk to Flagler College and downtown St. Augustine. Nice sized with 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, full kitchen, dining room, with a washer and dryer. Everything you need for the perfect St Augustine getaway!

This house is a wonderful place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. It is a few minute walk from the "main attractions." The house was very clean, and checking-in/getting in was super simple. I had a test on my phone prior to arrival with all the information. Communication with Roger was easy and he is very responsive and helpful. There were two bedrooms to sleep two couples and one sleeper sofa for a 5th person (downstair apt, no clue on upstairs). There are also two bathrooms complete with shower and towels were aplenty. There was also a washer and dryer for the guests use. The kitchen was a full kitchen with coffee available for the coffee maker. Stores were not far away for grocery shopping. I would rent this house in a heartbeat when visiting St. Augustine.

Loved it. Very comfortably in all respects. Loved having the front porch in the quiet neighborhood. Very convenient walk to everything. Nice having dedicated off-street parking. Would stay again on a return trip for sure. Owner was great to deal with.

Property was comfortable with an excellent location for access to sights and events in the city. Many sights are accessible by walking. Due to some physical limitations, we were unable to do much walking; however, we were able to find parking to accomplish sightseeing. Street parking and city lots were limited but were free for persons with handicapped tags. Many good restaurants are available. The Roku television was a bummer, unless you are into streaming services, which we weren't. The internet access and reliability was excellent. The antique furnishings provided a unique but pleasant atmosphere. Drawers for clothing were plentiful but closets for hanging clothes were very basic. The addition of some shelves in the closets would be very helpful for clothing storage. If only staying for a few days clothing storage would not be a problem. All kitchen and laundry appliances were recent models and functioned well. Dishes and cooking utensils were adequate but not plentiful. Both bathrooms had modern tiled showers, toilets, sinks and modern flooring. The flooring did create some unevenness in floor surfaces between kitchen, baths and bedrooms. The owner was very responsive. Parking was available in driveway was a plus as street parking was in high demand.

Cozy house close to everything. The house was clean and eclectically furnished. There is plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. We walked to old town for shopping and dinners, walked around the fort, and down to the winery and distillery. The house is very well located to explore America's oldest city.

visit was very enjoyable. I think however, this location should be listed as not for seniors or handicapped as the stairs, both front and back do not have railings. Instructions for TV and internet need to be updated.

Loved the location - walking distance to the colonial quarter, quiet neighborhood and driveway parking, which is rare and a huge relief!! The house is decorated beautifully with antique period pieces. Roger was a fantastic host and communication was quick and easy! We will stay again!

We planned a short trip to St. Augustine and wanted a place near the historic part of town. This place was the perfect location. The house fit everything we needed and was clean. Roger was great with communication. We would definitely here again.

I am very impressed with this house. But I’m actually more impressed with the host. He is very attentive and completely involved in the preparation for your vacation. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. My wife and family enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend Anyone to stay in this house. It’s very close to everything and we never moved our car once it was parked. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay at this house. You will love it.

We've stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was one of the most thoughtfully provisioned and appointed. Everything we could possibly want or need was provided and the gorgeous antique furnishings made this meticulously clean apartment a delightful temporary home. The location is very convenient to historic St. Augustine, within easy walking distance of the sights and experiences of this oldest US city. Highly recommend!

The house is ideally located for walking to St George St, as well as other St Augustine sites. Easy access to the trolley to sight see around the city. We took an uber anywhere we wanted to go further as we did not have a car. Uber rates were very reasonable. Even Ubered to the beach!Communication with home owner was excellent throughout stay. The home was appropriately sized for 3 of us. It did have a somewhat musty smell that we noticed each time we entered the home, however, we attributed it to the age of the house and the general weather in that area. We did expect access to the balcony as it was listed in description, however, the entire upstairs is apparently used by others (we never saw or heard them). Would definitely recommend if you’re basically looking for a clean, quaint place to lay your head.

The home is small, quiet, and beautiful. The furniture is a very nice touch if a bit oddly placed. Host communicated flawlessly, and was attentive without fault. Kitchen was spotless, and even though the default microwave was out of order there was a backup sitting neatly on the counter. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful older home, very tastefully decorated. Beds, couches, and everything was very comfy and nice. Walked to Historic St Augustine each day, very close by. Had a wonderful time, enjoyed sitting on the front porch, perfect location - very quiet street. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this place. Host Roger was very communicative and responsive to us. Great Place!

We enjoyed a great family vacation at 38 Mulvey. Three of us stayed there, and we had plenty of room with several beds and a well-appointed kitchen and living areas. The location can’t be beat. Very quiet but close to the Old City and everything is walkable. Also, big fan of the back yard! Highly recommend.

Our host- Roger was over the top accommodating and communicative. Great guy!We parked our car in the driveway upon arrival and didn’t get in it again until we had to drive home. The home is so conveniently located we walked everywhere!!The house is comfortable and well equipped. Just can’t say enough nice things!!!!

The host was very responsive. Pictures online are exactly what we witnessed. All renovations to this home were done professionally and not "make shift" in any way as far as we could tell. Very clean throughout the home. The walk to major shopping and restaurants was not that bad based on the home's location. Having a driveway to park your car is a huge plus since parking anywhere downtown is expensive and a pain. If you like the charm and ambiance of an older home decorated nicely with French antiques, I would highly recommend this place.
The host was very responsive. Pictures online are exactly what we witnessed. All renovations to this home were done professionally and not "make shift" in any way as far as we could tell. Very clean throughout the home. The walk to major shopping and restaurants was not that bad based on the home's location. Property was comfortable with an excellent location for access to sights and events in the city. Many sights are accessible by walking. Due to some physical limitations, we were unable to do much walking; however, we were able to find parking to accomplish sightseeing. Street parking and city lots were limited but were free for persons with handicapped tags. Many good restaurants are available. The Roku television was a bummer, unless you are into streaming services, which we weren't. The internet access and reliability was excellent. The antique furnishings provided a unique but pleasant atmosphere. Drawers for clothing were plentiful but closets for hanging clothes were very basic. The addition of some shelves in the closets would be very helpful for clothing storage. If only staying for a few days clothing storage would not be a problem. All kitchen and laundry appliances were recent models and functioned well. Dishes and cooking utensils were adequate but not plentiful. Both bathrooms had modern tiled showers, toilets, sinks and modern flooring. The flooring did create some unevenness in floor surfaces between kitchen, baths and bedrooms. The owner was very responsive. Parking was available in driveway was a plus as street parking was in high demand.

Our stay was an amazing experience! The host, Roger, did a perfect job describing the property, giving detailed instructions prior to(as well as during) our stay and following up as well. It was a quiet location with a perfectly decorated house! Would recommend to any couple or a family up to 6!

We planned a short trip to St. Augustine and wanted a place near the historic part of town. This place was the perfect location. The house fit everything we needed and was clean. Roger was great with communication. We would definitely here again.

I am very impressed with this house. But I’m actually more impressed with the host. He is very attentive and completely involved in the preparation for your vacation. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. My wife and family enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend Anyone to stay in this house. It’s very close to everything and we never moved our car once it was parked. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay at this house. You will love it.

We really enjoyed the location as it is close to historic downtown. The home was very clean and warming..we will definitely stay again. The parking space was amazing and was cherry on the ice cream, as parking can be very challenging and expensive. The communication with the host was top notch. We loved our stay

This was a wonderful time capsule 1920’s home with updated amenities. Great kitchen, TWO bathrooms and W/D. Once we parked in the great historic neighborhood, we walked everywhere. My granddaughter loved having her own room.

Beautiful older home, very tastefully decorated. Beds, couches, and everything was very comfy and nice. Walked to Historic St Augustine each day, very close by. Had a wonderful time, enjoyed sitting on the front porch, perfect location - very quiet street. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this place. Host Roger was very communicative and responsive to us. Great Place!

The house is ideally located for walking to St George St, as well as other St Augustine sites. Easy access to the trolley to sight see around the city. We took an uber anywhere we wanted to go further as we did not have a car. Uber rates were very reasonable. Even Ubered to the beach!Communication with home owner was excellent throughout stay. The home was appropriately sized for 3 of us. It did have a somewhat musty smell that we noticed each time we entered the home, however, we attributed it to the age of the house and the general weather in that area. We did expect access to the balcony as it was listed in description, however, the entire upstairs is apparently used by others (we never saw or heard them). Would definitely recommend if you’re basically looking for a clean, quaint place to lay your head.

We enjoyed being able to relax in comfort after a full day of walking and sightseeing. It was especially nice to have the second bathroom, as we were traveling with our daughter.
