The Eagle's Nest is a premium quality built carriage home suite (seperate building from our residence) that is fully self-contained, with all the amenities. We are located close to the Victoria International Airport, beautiful downtown Sidn...
Location
Located in Sidney, this guesthouse is near a water park. Dominion Astrophysical Observatory and Ruckle Heritage Farm are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal and Victoria Distillers. Butchart Gardens and Panorama Recreation Centre are also worth visiting. Kayaking and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking/biking trails nearby.

We had a wonderful and most relaxing stay at the Eagles Nest property. It was more than clean and so well appointed and Remo couldn’t have been a better host. He was most welcoming and full of good tips as to the local dining scene and I was a bit amazed on how many and all so close at hand Parking was a breeze and right next to the entrance. The whole neighborhood was quiet and made for peaceful sleeping Location was excellent and adding to the excitement was a double or was it a triple roundabout and a first for me. As I live back in the bush it was always a challenge and so enjoyed trying to figure it out. I think I have it down but still I loved every time I approached it I might add that Remo was nice to have left food for our use and this made eating and all so much easier. We always had leftovers from dining and having this additional food on hand made it all much easier., For sure when visiting Vancouver Island and looking for a place to stay this property in Sydney would be at the top of my list Thanks again Remo for a great stay Jim from Minnesota

We enjoyed our stay. It is especially nice to be apart from the main house. The area is quiet even though close to the airport and very clean. Parking is a bit of a problem as are the stairs if you have guests with mobility issues. A few more items in the kitchen would make cooking easier.

Finding the eagle nest went great google maps took us right there. I loved the separate entry, we really felt we had our own space. Once we were inside the apartment was VERY clean and had just about anything you could need! Having breakfast items available was a huge plus for us! Remo has a great welcome letter that explains everything so your stay is a breeze. We will be booking here every time we visit Sidney/Victoria area!

Stayed for a couple of weeks while waiting for our real estate transaction to close. The flat is in a separate building, in a quiet neighbourhood, which suits us (seniors) well. Close (within 10 mins, in traffic) to the airport, ferry, Pat Bay highway and downtown Sidney.

I stayed at The Eagle's Nest for 10 days. The property is welcoming, clean and it was easy to settle in and make it my own for 10 days. There was a generous amount of necessities such as coffee, cereal, tea, towels to name a few. TV network availability was great and allowed me to watch important World Cup games. Easy walking distance to Sidney which is a great little town. Remo was super responsive to my couple of questions, otherwise totally non intrusive and that works for me. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Easy check-in, simple and easy to follow instructions. Property was clean, and we loved that it was stocked with breakfast items and coffee. The couch was so nice I want to get one myself, and with the foamy mattress on top it was amazingly comfortable. It was very quiet too, with big windows that let in a lot of light. You can tell Remo has put a lot of pride into this suite and it shows. I highly recommend staying here.

I booked this home way in advance. In the final weeks I realized I really didn't under how to manage time from the airport, to the Ferry, to the home and back. I sent a message to Remo and he CALLED ME IMMEDIATELY! WHO DOES THAT?! I booked this home because of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Great neighborhood. Home met all our needs!

Well-maintained place, clean and comfortable. It had lots of kitchen supplies, games and puzzles for kids. It was easy to find and close to airport at the same time a very quiet neighbourhood. We would stay here again if travelling to Victoria and the area.

Very nice 1 bedroom suite, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Most comfortable bed. Nice added touch with games, puzzles and book selection. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are good walking trails nearby. Great location, under 10 minutes drive to the ferry and right beside airport. The unit is separate from the main house so no worries about noise transfer either way.

We spent 5 days at this cute apartment above the garage. It was lovely and clean. It was so thoughtful to have a few amenities in the fridge when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped. A quiet neighbourhood. The town of Sidney was close by and enjoyable to stroll about. The airport was only minutes away for our flight home. Nice quiet new residential neighborhood. Close to Sidney and the Victoria Airport & Ferry Terminal. Fully stocked with food, and drink. Bed was extremely comfortable. Remo(owner) was very friendly and approachable. We'd stay again if possible if we visit the Sidney/Saanich area again.

Finding the eagle nest went great google maps took us right there. I loved the separate entry, we really felt we had our own space. Once we were inside the apartment was VERY clean and had just about anything you could need! Having breakfast items available was a huge plus for us! Remo has a great welcome letter that explains everything so your stay is a breeze. We will be booking here every time we visit Sidney/Victoria area!

Easy check-in, simple and easy to follow instructions. Property was clean, and we loved that it was stocked with breakfast items and coffee. The couch was so nice I want to get one myself, and with the foamy mattress on top it was amazingly comfortable. It was very quiet too, with big windows that let in a lot of light. You can tell Remo has put a lot of pride into this suite and it shows. I highly recommend staying here.

This unit is more than a B&B…it’s a spacious 1 bedroom unit. My hosts had the fridge full of breakfast foods, drinks, and even an evening meal in the freezer. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m visiting friends in North Saanich. I moved from North Saanich to northwestern Ontario in September 2023 and this made my return visit so special. I highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to the airport which made our early flight much easier. The kitchen and frigerator were very well stocked. It is a nice that there is a washer and dryer to use in the unit as well. The owner seemed friendly. It is a bit intimidating that he had signs stating this property is under surveillance, ring doorbell and two pages of rules/instructions. It is a little unnerving feeling like you are being watched and not very relaxing. Certainly, a nice and convenient to the airport place that I would recommend if you don't mind being watched and you don't smoke at all. If you smoke it is not allowed even outside.
