We had an unbelievable stay here during our trip to Saratoga! The house was even better than advertised! So clean, and the house was truly fully stocked. Our children had a blast with everything the backyard had to offer! Would highly recommend staying here!

My dog and I loved our stay at The Kings Cottage. Close enough to town to be accessible (1 mile) but removed enough to feel calm. We appreciated all of the small touches — welcome basket, loads of games, hammock, and dog dish station. Would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend, my sister, her fiancé and myself headed up to Saratoga for a small birthday getaway and this place immediately caught our eye with all the amenities that were provided. We ran into a very small issue of the propane tank running low for the fire pit but after giving notice to Amanda, she immediately got in contact with me to let me know that the situation was going to get handled. We had the greatest time at this place along with how close it was from Downtown Saratoga. From the amenities, communication, location and having bunnies running on the lawn; I would definitely book here again!

The cottage is pristinely clean and very well equipped, with modern decor and thoughtful amenities. A highlight was the outdoor space, which is a fenced in, private seating area with fire pit and lawn games. The hosts were responsive and gave very clear directions. We really enjoyed our stay at King’s Cottage. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The back yard is cute—we wished the weather had been better so we could have spent more time out there. We loved being so close to walking trails. We had a great stay in Saratoga! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. Check in was easy and seamless and communication with the property owners was easy as well. All in all a great stay!

We travelled to Saratoga Springs for a few days to see a concert at SPAC. The cottage was absolutely wonderful and an easy, beautiful walk to the venue. The cottage itself was very well appointed with beautiful, updated decor, and furniture and amenities . Wish we could have stayed longer! Had absolutely everything we needed. We had a two month old baby, and it was a perfect place for all five of us :-) would highly recommend !

The cottage was very cute and so clean. They really thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available. They even had extension cords, which we took advantage of. They were so attentive to questions we had and always responded quickly. We were there for a concert at SPAC and the location is so close, we were able to walk to the concert. It was so nice not to have to deal with the crowds in parking lots.

The only issue we had was locating the cottage at night... It does sit back from the road and the number looked like a "15" at night... That being said... we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hosts are readily available to answer any question. The cottage was quaint and thoughtfully decorated. We LOVED the outdoor space... from relaxing in our personal hot tub to roasting smores over the fire... The location was also a plus for us. We were centrally located for all of the wedding festivities and it was an easy drive to the downtown area. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

Kings Citrage was the perfect place to stay for our event at SPAC. There is a wonderful path that leads directly to the SPAC grounds. The hosts were over-the-top accommodating and responded immediately to all of our questions and requests. We highly recommend staying at the King's Cottage.

Needed a house close to downtown was perfect 8 minutes from Congress park and two minutes from grocery store perfect I’d stay again
Needed a house close to downtown was perfect 8 minutes from Congress park and two minutes from grocery store perfect I’d stay again

House was very clean and well.maintained. yard was great for our dogs and very accessibke to downtown Saratoga. Host was very communicative as well.

The Kings Cottage was everything we hoped for and more! Just the perfect place to relax. The hosts have provided so many lovely touches and the backyard oasis is amazing! A quiet neighborhood, but within easy access to all Saratoga Springs has to offer. The communication with our hosts was exceptional!This was an amazing experience all around and we will be back!

My dog and I loved our stay at The Kings Cottage. Close enough to town to be accessible (1 mile) but removed enough to feel calm. We appreciated all of the small touches — welcome basket, loads of games, hammock, and dog dish station. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was very cute and so clean. They really thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available. They even had extension cords, which we took advantage of. They were so attentive to questions we had and always responded quickly. We were there for a concert at SPAC and the location is so close, we were able to walk to the concert. It was so nice not to have to deal with the crowds in parking lots.

Loved our stay at Kings Cottage. It was perfect for our romantic getaway. Cozy and comfy, our stay came to an end too quickly. Location was perfect, close to Saratoga Springs top attractions yet private and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal and the backyard was a great place to relax with the hot tub and fire pit. We highly recommend.

King's cottage is super comfortable and excellent proximity to the Saratoga national Park. Lots of amenities and backyard fun activities. Owners were super communicative and thought of of everything in advance. Strong recommend for this VRBO location.
