Muy buena ubicación en el centro histórico de Segovia, si bien eso te obliga a dejar el coche algo lejos (unos 5 minutos a pie). Tienen convenio con el parking acueducto oriental.

We really liked our room which was very roomy and had one of the best bathrooms with twin showers, double sinks and a jetted tub. The location could not be better, short walks to all that we wanted to see in Segovia. The view from the windows (4th floor) was over the town with the Roman aqueduct. There was also a nice deck and library on the roof with 360' views.

I can’t understand de high rating… our experience was pretty bad… we stayed only one night… little room for getting so many things wrong, but they managed to above it…: small room but acceptable (average) super noisy you can here everything going on in the hall, outside the window and room upstairs…no hot water, nice shower only if you like cold icy water (not for us…thank you), to make it worst we had company in the room …a cockroach showed up from who knows where… disgusting … really really disgusting. Finally as the cherry in the cake… when we ask for support to the staff they couldn’t care less… they just said : “apology, apology, the maintenance person is not here we can do nothing at all, apology, apology” of course attitude wasn’t at all apologetic, but that can be different I guess from nationality to nationality of their guess (shame), … but I bet the result might be the same: no help at all. Good luck if you wish to stay here.

Great location but I was not impressed with the cleanliness, repair and hotel staff. The staff gave a key another couple who let themselves into our room. Needless to say, we were not happy about it. Breakfast was pretty disappointing, lots of choices but poor quality on the pastries. It is in a cool old building but our drapes were stained and the shutters did not work properly. The air conditioning was a little difficult to control temp. A decorative blanket on our bed was stained and had a burn mark on it. The floors felt dusty and had lots of hairs.

This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. One thing we did notice though is that the hotel restaurant only had one same waiter for breakfast and dinner in charge of everything. He was always very helpful and cordial, but we felt bad that he was the only one there one of the dinner nights that were rather busy. With how busy and rowdy things were that night, they really could have used more help.

The tall and friendly gentleman who checked-in my wife and I at Hotel Real Segovia kindly happened to give us the very same room Sophia Loren spent a month in, many years ago! The Hotel Real Segovia indeed, has true star credentials when it comes to the Golden Days of Hollywood films. You can witness this for yourself by just walking through the lobby and taking a look at all of photos on the walls Our room had a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the surrounding mountains. By morning light, we heard the gentle and soothing cooling of the many pigeons on the rooftops outside of our window. We looked forward to this tranquil atmosphere each day. The bathroom was very spacious, featured a huge bathtub and was filled with natural light. The shower was great, as well! All in all, a gem of a room with a view!

The hotel is in a perfect location! We had a very nice room. The staff did not want to be there and really didn’t want to help (I get major tourist town). Breakfast was lackluster; as if the eggs were thrown on the plate and let’s add can shoe string potatoes. Go for room only then great!

Internet connection was poor. People making a lot of noise after midnight on the terrace. I called the reception to complain letting him know that I could not sleep because they were right above me but he did not seem too bothered about it. The receptionist responded "I am sure they will leave soon". When they did not leave, I had to go down to reception in my pajamas so that the receptionist would do something about it.

Hotel reformado y práctico. Está en una ubicación ideal, se puede ir caminando a cualquier sitio, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Nosotros fuimos en el fin de fiestas y el personal de recepción (por cierto super amables tanto la chica que nos hizo el check in como las chicas de la mañana) nos recomendaron subir a la azotea a ver los fuegos artificiales y super bien, nos encantó! El hotel esta reformado, todas las habitaciones están nuevas, es sencillo pero perfecto para una estancia corta. Bien insonorizado a nuestro parecer. Genial el detalle de las toallitas desmaquillantes y el agua de cortesía! Limpieza, en líneas generales bastante limpio. Aspectos a mejorar: no teníamos el desayuno incluido, pero aún así bajamos a verlo ya que si nos gustaba nos quedábamos, lamentablemente nos pareció muy flojo para 10€.. pero claro es algo muy personal, hemos estado en muchos hoteles y nos parece flojito. El baño de la -1 necesita una reforma
