Kevalier Park Berry

Very nice property with good location , close to town. Facilities are very good, but there are some small gaps in design etc.

What a awesome place for a mother daughter weekend, plenty of room ,pool table games room, swimming pool outdoor areas so much space would definetly be back

Beautiful home and gardens, with lots of amenities and things to do. Lovely location just outside of Berry’s Main Street so it’s quiet.

Surfaces throughout the house esp. kitchen were grimy and very dusty. Floors not clean. Beds not in the best condition. Some lights not working. Electrical wire’s sticking out from wall. Minimal shading for outdoor sitting areas, also not cleaned. Pool heated by solar should be stated in advert. Basic pantry items was a joke. Ironing board was in terrible condition. No face washers. Instructions if any were incomplete. Excepted higher standard at that price point. House needs a thorough clean throughout and maintenance.

Overall a wonderful, gorgeous property. Well presented and so very cosy. Two thumbs up. For the sake of a balanced review I've added a couple of things for improvement below. Great things: Beautiful property - a grand home with a homely feel. Well designed and flows well throughout. Walking in had so many wow moments. Living room was a highlight - positioned centrally with access from above and around. Having the sound system and fireplace there really made it such an amazing space. Kids room was well thought out. Great amount of entertainment/activities - indoor heated pool, table tennis table, pool table, foosball, netflix, etc Beautiful garden. Very short drive to the center of Berry (albeit Berry is a pretty small town). Things to improve: - Although the property was really well presented throughout, there were two areas that were unusually unclean: 1) In the kids room if you rolled out the trundle beds that sat beneath the beds, the space underneath was very VERY dusty. We found a vacuum cleaner in the laundry and did some vacuuming ourselves. 2) The seats/cushions in the outdoor sitting area between the house and the pool was quite dirty, and ultimately we decided to avoid it. - The non-ensuite shower on the second floor might have worked better with some kind of water containment. Although aesthetically nice without a door/curtain/floor barrier, water does splash around which was slightly annoying, and may also cause water damage over time.
