The house was just what we needed. It even had a huge garage. We were able to keep our Mazda CX-30 and Nissan Rogue inside. Plus, we were close to everything in Sherbrooke and North Hatley, where we were visiting friends.

Once we figured out how to open the door, the property was great. Beds are comfortable, there was the amenities mentionned and there was easy parking. Only thing, we were not informed how to access the wi-fi

Great property. Having access to the garage was convenient for loading and unloading in the rain. Kitchen had what we needed. Comfortable and modern furniture and trim. The road can be loud even with the windows closed but it didn't keep us up or wake us up. Central location was great for getting around.

Very nicely done decor with dining table all set and fireplace on TV when we arrived. Huge 2 car garage and 2 good size bedrooms. Loved the open concept main level with front deck. Lots of natural light. Suggestion: have a binder with instructions on how to use all remotes, thermostat controls, and especially the electric garage door control - for those guests who may not have used such types of devices before can be a bit frustrating. Need recycling containers available in kitchen. Maybe they were in the garage but we didn’t notice. Overall extremely pleased with our stay and would come again!

My teenage son and I recently visited Sherbrooke and rented Vlad's home for the weekend. What a treat! The home was beautifully maintained and well-appointed. We had full use of the large garage for the car, which allowed direct access into the first floor, where there is a large storage closet, half bath and laundry area. The second floor consists of a huge open space for the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is also a full bath and two spacious bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Vlad provided plenty of supplies in terms of towels, extra bedding and kitchen necessities. Everything looks brand new in terms of appliances and my son remarked that it felt like we were staying in an actual home as opposed to a rental. The home was easy to get to and close to everything we needed. We had food delivered twice without issue. The area was quiet at night and we slept well. Vlad was a great host and responded within two minutes when I had a question upon first arriving, as well as prior to our trip. We will likely be returning to Sherbrooke at some point and I plan on booking again without hesitation! Thanks so much, Vlad!

This is our 2nd time this year and it did not disappoint us. It is clean, close to facilities and with a garage. Which fantastic before we were there during a snow storm. So we did not have to plow or shovel. It is also pet friendly and doggy recognized the place. So less stress on her. We will go back for sure. We highly recommend this place

Nous étions dans la région pour un tournoi de basketball de nos enfants. La maison est très bien située, près de tout, à 10 minutes des endroits où nous allions voir nos enfants jouer. Il manquait seulement quelques petits items comme des linges à vaisselle par exemple, mais le proprio a été avisé et il était très réceptif. La maison était très propre et nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous retournons dans la région.

The VRBO site needs to be updated- there is no longer a key entry, but a lock box. The coffee table was noted to be broken on arrival. The apartment was clean. Listed as sleeping 6 and it does, but there were not enough comforters/blankets for the futons, so we used multiple sheets (which there were plenty of). It would a nice touch to add a welcome book that contains the wifi password, local attractions, and dining options. Overall a good place to stay for a family of 4.

Nous étions dans la région pour un tournoi de basketball de nos enfants. La maison est très bien située, près de tout, à 10 minutes des endroits où nous allions voir nos enfants jouer. Il manquait seulement quelques petits items comme des linges à vaisselle par exemple, mais le proprio a été avisé et il était très réceptif. La maison était très propre et nous y retournerons sans hésiter si nous retournons dans la région.

Property was central to everything. Very comfortable, greT appliances and lots of extra supplies. Mentioned that cleaning supplies should be unscented if possible. The garage was great to have with rainy weather.

Great property. Having access to the garage was convenient for loading and unloading in the rain. Kitchen had what we needed. Comfortable and modern furniture and trim. The road can be loud even with the windows closed but it didn't keep us up or wake us up. Central location was great for getting around.

Very nicely done decor with dining table all set and fireplace on TV when we arrived. Huge 2 car garage and 2 good size bedrooms. Loved the open concept main level with front deck. Lots of natural light. Suggestion: have a binder with instructions on how to use all remotes, thermostat controls, and especially the electric garage door control - for those guests who may not have used such types of devices before can be a bit frustrating. Need recycling containers available in kitchen. Maybe they were in the garage but we didn’t notice. Overall extremely pleased with our stay and would come again!
