COOL Urban-walk to Q39 BBQ-KUMC. WESTPORT!

Did not stay in unit except to sleep. Ate all meals out. Purpose of visit was Royals baseball game and Nascar races. Found two awesome BBQ joints. Q39 and Joe’s.

Interacting w property manager was rough to begin with - no check in information til hour before we got there, his VM was full so luckily he texted, tvs didn’t work so he had to come over to correct, overall the quality of the place was not great.

Wish I could have looked at tv the Wi-Fi keep going off and the tub was little

We really enjoyed the property. Jim was very kind and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. He lives Nextdoor so if we needed anything he said he could be right over to help. Property was clean and beds were comfy. Would gladly stay again!

The driveway is on a slight hill. Im glad the townhouse wasnt located on a steep hill. The house was clean. The owner was hospitable. U have to wait for the owner to communicate. Anyway, I felt comfortable.
