I love the common areas of this hotel! We've stayed here before and have enjoyed our time there borh times, especially the indoor pool that is clean, inviting, and is actually warm enough to swim in! The coffee was delicious!! The bathrooms need to be cleaned a little more thoroughly, especially the sink and the floor tile grout.

Perfect for our purpose. Ally Senior Tour golf tournament. Never used small indoor pool or fitness room. Staff were outstanding. Very friendly. Limited dining in the immediate area but a short drive to Grand Blanc for more options. Room was clean, quiet with a couch and kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes/cutlery.

We had a great time! We were there for state powerlifting competition. The pool was great and very warm. The kids had a blast. We loved the room. We really appreciated the staff allowing us to have some breakfast a little early since we had to be at the competition super early. Thank you so much.

This was a lovely place to stay nice clean pool and the room had a full-size fridge raider microwave and dishwasher. My only thing that I think could be improved was I have a Tesla and unfortunately, they had throttled the Tesla chargers to a slow charge so I wasn’t able to get a full charger overnight.

Booked room as non-refundable. Other couple staying with us contracted covid infection and couldn't come. Had Expedia reach out to Home 2 to see if we could move to cheaper room due to this event. Home 2 never bothered to answer several communications from Expedia. Got to hotel and person at desk couldn't tell us anything about this. checked in and found room which couldn't have been cleaned - one of two queen beds clearly mussed up and never remade, popcorn on floor along with empty water bottle; no body wash in dispenser in shower; bathroom floor soiled. Staff was helpful and breakfast was decent. Wouldn't hurry back

It is a very good option when you are visiting Flint, however the house keeping was not as good as expected, they promise to clean the room every other day, they did clean it during our 5 nights visit, we had to request clean towels and clean sheets every other day.

Room was dirty- dirty fingerprints all over light switches, tons of black hair all over the bathroom, bathroom sink did not drain, refrigerator was filed with water and ice. Bed was sunken in as if it was 400 years old. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Terrible room

Though a fairly new hotel the condition of it was disgusting. On arrival, 2 hours after check in time, room was not ready. Bathroom had hair in sink and shower as well as inside of towels. Feces in toilet bowl. Room smelled of dirty mop water. Brown crud in sink. You could tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned but given a quick passover. Asked for a new room and found it in same condition.

Everything went smooth until 2:45 AM when the room next door and 2 rooms across the hall were filled with rowdy, drunk people making a lot of very loud noise. We called the front desk and they were very receptive and came up and knocked on the door of the rooms. Unfortunately, the employee was received with rude comments and the people did not stop the noise. We had to call the front desk again at 4 AM to ask that they stop the noise next-door. We didn’t get any sleep and it was a terrible night. Not the fault of the hotel, but the very inconsiderate drunk guests staying in rooms next to us.

The propert seems to be nice but when we got to the room the bathroom doors slide and the top was broken so we could barely shut the door and I called the front desk to let them know about the door and the front desk person did not leave notes like they said.

The evening/night staff (Theresa was great and very helpful). The morning staff & management were terrible. I was awakened at 4 AM by jumping & dancing? in the room above. When I complained the morning staff/management assured me it would not re-occur because the guests had checked out. This was a lie because the same thing happened the next morning at 4 AM.

The night staff was great. The person in charge of the morning/afternoon hours was unnecessarily rude. If I had not been able to control myself it would have gotten very bad. I will not forget her rude seemingly racial behavior towards me. I left my room key in my room and needed to get back inside. This was my second day. I was told my name nor my mothers (Who is 78 years old) was not in her system as guest and I may be at the wrong hotel. Of course I was confused at the statement. I had no idea what was going on. I had already paid for two days and my things were in the room. The woman was absolutely unfriendly. Just plain rude Instead of an apology when she realized what her staff had done incorrectly I was told, mam you can leave if I did not show my drivers license and speak with a correctly to her. I walked away to gather myself, before their mistake turned against me. I did not use any profanity or yell. It would have given this lady at the front desk a perfect reason to call the police. After being what I feel was harassment; she asked for my address and gave me another key. No I will not give this place a positive review.

Hotel is new and clean. The staff are less then friendly but there is minimal interaction with them thankfully. Not horribly rude but definitely not thrilled to help you out. Other then that it’s a great place to stay.

Upon entry, Theresa was warm, friendly & helpful. Even at checkout the women who helped me was also a prime example of customer service! I didn’t eat breakfast but heard from my colleagues it was amazing along with their coffee. Will be back again.

Everything at the hotel is great as always with a home to home until breakfast time serving almost frozen food lady takes it back put it in the oven I'm waiting at least 12 15 minutes and then she says are you waiting for the bowl yes then she goes back to cleaning I wait five more minutes and leave on top of that she's using the dirty towel to wipe up the counters and wipe off the waffle machine

We only stayed one night. When we went to make out the pull out couch there wasn’t Ny bedding available in the room. I called the front desk and was told to come down and get it. When I asked for pillows for the bed they said they were out. The next morning they were out of plates for breakfast.
