Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again

We had a great stay for a week. 5 people in 2 rooms. Nice and clean all the time and great location. Really close to the beach and pool. Perfect All inclusive hotel. Food was ok and beer and drinks was good. All though. Water you had to ask for at the bar all the time. Was hard for the kids to keep hydrated. Beer was available all the time, but water you had to ask for. A little noice at the rooms, but nothing major. So a great stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Hotel muito grande, mas com número de funcionários adequado. Quarto de bom tamanho. Fiquei no andar térreo, sem varanda. Quartos no andar superior tem uma varandinha simpática. All inclusive funcionou bem, embora com horários um pouco reduzidos para almoço e jantar. A cerveja e o vinho (esquece, não dá para beber, não são de boa qualidade). Menu de café da manhã, almoço e jantar: muito bom, sem reclamação. Alguns funcionários são simpáticos, outros parecem cansados e estressados, pois o movimento é muito grande. Sem reclamação no quesito atendimento. A localização é muito boa para eu que fui ao torneio de tênis (ATP Umag). O bondinho que passa atrás do hotel te deixa há 3 minutos do complexo, mas pode ser alcançado caminhando tranquilo do hotel até o complexo.
