Not happy. An electric light fitting was hanging off the kitchen ceiling. The curtain rail kept coming down. The kitchen surfaces were damaged with the surface covering missing in some places. We had no hot water in the kitchen for the duration of the stay. No one knew how to fix it. We had to was all the crockery as it was covered with food debris. The safe stopped operatining, a power issue, which a neighbour rezolved. It happened again, however the neighbour had left so we had to keep askin for a key. The complex itself is excellent. Quiet and a good location. We will stop in this complex again but not at this property.

Unsere Gastgeber legen viel wert auf Sauberkeit und sind freundlich. Sogar als mir der Schlüssel im Schloss abbrach wurde mir schnell geholfen. Für eine kleine Gebühr habe ich einen neuen Schlüssel bekommen und unsere Gastgeber haben ohne viel Aufhebens das Schloss wieder gängig gemacht. Der Pool war eine herrliche Abkühlung und ist groß genug um darin richtig zu schwimmen. Unser Bungalow war sauber und ordentlich mit Komfort ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst, außer der Möglichkeit unseren Müll zu trennen. Dafür gibt es am Zufahrtstor drei große grüne Müll-Container. Etwas weiter die Straße runter gibt es Container zum Müll trennen, man muss aber selbst dahin gehen und selbst trennen. Leider ist das Spülbecken undicht und das Holz darunter bereits aufgeqollen, lange bevor wir dort waren. Man muss sich auf Teneriffa etwas umgewöhnen, wenn man aus Deutschland anreist. Eine heiße Dusche etwa funktioniert nur wenn die Sonne scheint, weil das Warmwasser durch Sonnenlicht erzeugt wird. Tipp: Buchen Sie keinen Neuwagen als Mietwagen. Die Wagen vertragen die Hitze nicht und ein oder zwei mal Getriebeschaden ist vorprogrammiert. Buchen Sie einen Wagen der das schon mal hatte um Ärger zu vermeiden. Abschließend kann ich als Fazit sagen, dass mir der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen hat und ich einen Urlaub im El Cortijo sehr empfehlen kann. Alle Altersklassen sind vertreten, Singles, Familien und Paare.
