Vermieter wohnen direkt neben an! Gastfreundlichkeit fehlte.Jeden Morgen um 7 wurde der Pool gereinigt,das ziemlich laut in den Zimmern war.Keine Privatsphäre im Garten/Terrasse.Als wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen,waren einfach neue Blumen im Garten gepflanzt!Keine Schlüssel für die Zimmertüren.Keine Grundausstattung wie Geschirrspültabs(Wir waren 9 Tage dort) Es gab lediglich 1 Tab für Geschirrspüler und 1 für die Waschmaschine! Der ,,Nahe einkaufsladen" ist sehr klein und hat kaum Produkte.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch unter dem Dörfchen Pićan inmitten von Weinreben. Alles ist außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt, was auf die familiäre Führung der Besitzer zurückzuführen ist. Sie sind mehr als freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend! Hvala!

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool und Liegen ist ausreichend, aber sehr uneben. Das Negative und das ist aus dem Angebot im Internet nicht zu erkennen und nicht erwähnt, dass in ca. 20 Meter Entfernung eine viel befahrene Straße verläuft. (Werktags mit sehr viel LKW Verkehr) In ca. 150 Meter die nächste viel befahrene Straße. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft stehen noch ein paar Ferienhäuser. Hier ist nächtliche Ruhestörung vor programmiert. Auch kein Hinweis.
