River views,Kinsale, Hosted by Exquisite holiday homes, Sleeps 26

The house was very spacious and had beautiful views. It was about a 10 minute drive into town. We had 2 young children with us and there was plenty to keep them occupied. They loved the trampoline and the game shed with a ping-pong and foosball table. However, the house was not very clean. It had a musty smell, and the sheets and pillows in most of the rooms smelled musty too. One of the bedrooms had wet carpet and smelled so bad that no one could sleep in it. Since there is no air conditioning or fans and the windows do not have screens, it did get a little hot to sleep at night. While the house had lots of amenities, some small things were missing like salt, pepper and sugar.

The scenery from here was magical. Clean home. Only downfall was thinking we had a dryer along with the washer but it turned out it was a hair dryer. Great hosts.

Wonderful stay with plenty of room for nine of us. We loved Kinsale and it's welcoming spirit.

The property was clean, quiet, and held all our guests which made for an enjoyable stay. Positives: - beautiful views - very clean - lots of open space and natural light - good outdoor space and games - close to town - host was very responsive to online messages Constructive feedback (not negatives): - kitchen island swivel chairs are very noisy and unstable/ in need of replacing/fixing. - trampoline needs repair. Had hole so couldn’t use. - was very warm and no air conditioning - solved by opening windows and doors but then large bugs flew in so had to close and was quite warm for sleeping. - directions to location were not on the website and gps to host provided location sent all guests to wrong house. Website was updated after mentioned. Overall was a great place to hold all 13 of us for two nights.

We wish we had scheduled a longer stay at Riverview. We loved every detail of the house. Excellent owner communication also
